Their customer service is amazing and so many of them go above and beyond to help clientele. 2nd Street has raised their prices by just a bit in the past couple of years as well, but I feel like that's fair compared to other stores and businesses right now. If you are a SELLER, I think it's important to go in with no expectations. I'd typically recommend more of what you would give to Goodwill and all of those random bags of clothes that have been sitting in your garage vs. the fur coat that your great-grandmother gave you that you cherish and are thinking about selling. I would ALSO recommend looking up the payout sheet IF you are mainly focused on making MONEY from your pieces. Otherwise, drop-off and pickup are pretty easy and they're typically decently fast on their turn-around times. The store is organized based on Men's and Women's, and then most of the aisles are sectioned by type of garment, ex. tank tops, short sleeves, dresses, jeans (with the exception of a couple themed sections like Y2K or Designer.)
