So we waited. We ordered drinks and we're then informed the balls from earlier weren't rwturned and I would be charged $12. Really? The young lady insisted that the promo did not apply. I showed her the ad and she said she had to ask her manager. Really? Turns out it is the same lady who was bending tournament rules. Otherwise... Lots of pool tables. Big place. Good music. Limited menu but ok for a pool hall. Bad management. You decide. Addendum- we went outdide for 10 minutes after proving we were right regarding free pool. Then we were forfeited for that round. On top of that- we were refused to have entry fee returned. These people are rude and make the rules up to suit their nickle and diming false accusations. The servers are mediocre too. The biggest offense is how badly maintained the pool tables are. Disgraceful. What a dump! I will be informing affiliates and officials of our experience.
