Definitely five stars, if I ever need a table moved or felted again I'll be calling these guys. After a minor scheduling snafu, I was floored to see them apologize repeatedly (something that just doesn't happen in customer service any more in my experience) and then correct the situation. When the delivery day came they were quick, professional, and clean. Both guys moved the table up a full flight of stairs, with a 90 degree turn, without damaging the walls or nicking any paint. I SOLD my pool table to another guy. He sent Billiards2U to pick it up last Saturday. Daniel and Chase came to pick it up and move it to his house. These guys were GREAT!! They were very clean, organized and efficient. They work as a team perfectly. They packed the table up in their van with everything wrapped and protected. What a wonderful and amazing experience. Not only is the owner Dan wonderful to communicate with but he happily offered his professional opinion on a used table I was looking to buy off of Craigslist. I was not home for the moving of the pool table from the home of the individual we bought it from to our home but my husband was there from beginning to end and said the two guys who moved it were wonderful. He appeared to have had a great time chatting with the two gentlemen as he enthusiastically told me about a couple conversations they had together. In addition to having the table moved, we also opted to have it re-clothed. Dan was nice enough to have his employees bring the three colors we were torn between and my husband told me that the two gentlemen offered expert opinions on which color would look best on the table to help pull some of the wood grain out. These guys were awesome. They arrived at the house on time and got right to work. Gave me great recommendations for the existing bumpers, felt, and even cue balls but were not sale-sy at all and allowed me to make my own decision. I had the bumpers replaced after realizing how old and dried out they had gotten in the AZ heat. The felt was in good enough shape but I will for sure be reaching out to these guys when it does come time to replace it. read more

We had to move out of our house and didn't have a rental secured until just a few days before. After calling all around and no one could do it in the time we needed, we came across Billiards 2u. And we're so happy we did! We contacted the owner on Fri eve, needing it moved by mon. The owner was in contact with us until after 9pm making arrangements with his crew to get it scheduled for mon! They showed up on time! Had the 8ft slate table disassembled and loaded in their truck in 30 min! 30 min drive to new place, and had it set up in 45 min! Moving cue rack and all! The whole process took only 2 hrs! The guys were super friendly, we even shared dog and kid pics and stories. And they were cheaper than everyone else we called! ! Love, love, love - in an HR-compliant, non-creepy sort of way Billards2U! Daniel was quick to respond - beating out the competition by 2 days. I had quote for move, new felt (at my request) and new bumpers within 2 hours. We had also confirmed the move during initial call as he was kind enough to hold a spot for me until I had a chance to view the pool table I was purchasing. Keep in mind - I didn't know if I was dealing with 1 slab, 3 slabs - stairs to deal with and there was even confusion as to the length of the table. I had to reconnect with Daniel about felt - because I'm a woman - and I changed my mind - weird - I know! He was very courteous and gracious about my change request. Fast forward to move day - a different Daniel & Chase were quick to notify me AND the current owner of pick up and timing. After loading - they called again to let me know they were on the road - what a dream - people who communicate! Insert cherubs playing harps here. Upon arrival we talked about the condition of the bumpers again - the Arizona sun and AC had done their work - I know nothing of "bumpers" but they showed me new versus what was on the table and took time to explain (without making me feel stupid) the importance of bumpers. I get it. In the end - the move went seamlessly. Daniel and Chase are a dream team - I ended up keeping the old felt - it was in good shape and I'm confident that my son will destroy it since none of us know a thing about pool. So when it's time to refresh the look - I don't need to look around - I'm calling Billards2U and will be using every social media avenue I can to shout praises to them. Look no further folks! These guys were great, They just delivered the Connelly I bought. I watched every step they took from the time they pulled into my driveway. They were meticulous every step of the way from making sure it is positioned correctly to making sure it was level to a very strict degree using a machinist level. I will be honest that I did not realize all they did and was a little apprehensive about the price at first, but if you just spent money on a table , these guys will make sure it plays to its maximum potential.
