When I finally tasted them, WOW they are #1 Cajun fries I've ever had. They had just enough of a kick to get your nostrils flowing a bit but not even to where it burned your whole mouth. Cooked to perfect with just the right amount of seasoning. If I'm in the area again, I'll be stopping right on by for another order!
