They responded to my review by basically telling me to call a 1-800 number and that it's hot during the summer deal with it. We are giving deals out so you can deal with it. My husband and I bought a new 2016 Silverado on Sept 9th and we love the truck. The only problem that we have had is that Jake Conover said that they lost the second key and would order us a new one and send it in the mail if they couldn't find it. We are still waiting for our second key to arrive! My husband has left several messages for Jake to call us back but he has never returned his calls. My husband has also left messages for the Sales Manager but has never received a call back. We are getting very frustrated and just want the second key that Jake told us we would get! I would not recommend this dealership if this is how they treat their customers. read more

Worst Chevrolet dealership I have ever been too. I would recommend going any where else but to them. Bad service, rude customer service and inflated prices. Save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else. I do not like to publicly post comments but you need to be informed. They follow the Chevy mantra, don't say anything to try to get away with it and ultimately stick it to the customer. Jeremy, the service tech, was rude and very unhelpful. It's hard to find better service than Billion Auto. All around from the service mangers, service writers to the service techs. They know how to find the best guys in the business and keep them which is very important to me to see the same guys everytime. It's hard to beat the salespeople and managers also. Billions is a top quality GM store. There's a reason i buy a new truck from them every year and have them keep my fleet rolling. read more

Went to the fairground "sale" the salesman driving around on the golf carts need to slow the F down and have some respect for people driving. They zip around like they are at Thunder Road. Make sure you look over the used vehicles very closely before buying. Many look really nice at first look. But once you check at the car report, and look closely a lot of these have many flaws, flooded, rust etc. read more
