Note - On their New Era hats, don't let the factory price sticker on the hats fool you, their pricing is actually cheaper. Example is my new Padres trucker hat was stickered for $42, actually price was only $32, as cheap or cheaper than online. Well Date of Visit : February 27, 2023 and Seeing Billion Creation on Different Websites and knowing I am a huge Padres Fan !! I walk in to store and just remember it opens at 11:00am but got here right when they opened and looking around it was like pretty cool !! With all the cool 59 Fifty Fitted Hats and I mean a lot of them all sorts of styles and prints !! Lots of Padres Ones to !! I just looking around I wanted almost everything but it is a Padres Fan Dream come true to just look or to see all the different Jackets , Hoodies and They do carry Dickies also plus lots of Skater type of clothing too !! It is located in the back near Noor Clothing !! And Parking is no problem !! As for Service it was not bad !! Service was good and the young lady working the register helped me and as I also noticed was the store is loaded with lots of different Teams for MLB Baseball also !! So if your looking for cool Hats and Gear Look no further then Billion Creation !! I surely see myself coming back again !!!! One more note The Tax Rate there in Chula Vista is 8.75 Percent compared to San Diego 7.75 Percent one percent higher !! But I still will return and shop again !!! read more

Customer service or lack there of purchased a hat for a family member for Christmas , turned out to be the wrong size went to exchange it told my receipt was from last month and no good, 11-30 still not 30 days , After I pointed that out was told the hat was not in sellable shape , hats been sitting in the same bag it was purchased in on November 30. What a joke these guys just didn't want to help , What's even sadder is me my brother and friends have been shopping here for over 15 years if not longer and I come in at least twice a month for hats and shoes going to have to seriously reevaluate my purchases in the future read more

Recently came to this place and was greeted by a nice gentleman, after I was shopping around I asked if I could try on a T-shirt since they didn't have my size and I wanted to make sure that it will fit me the clothes are already over expensive and I did not want to be stuck with a shirt that wasn't my size they told me we are not allowed to let anybody try on any clothing as well with they do not have a fitting room. They also told me that they only took cash this place is already in a bad part of town and their cashiers are very rude especially the one lady with the lip piercing I never got her name. This place should step up or they should just shut down never coming here ever again I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

This business is a lifesaver for me! So every now and then I will have a last minute print run where time is a factor and I do not have enough time to order through the apparel company directly. Luckily, I have found B & C Sportswear. Everytime I come I am promptly assisted in getting my order of tees together. No matter what the size or quantity, i have always found that they are able to provide me with exactly what I need. I can even call in and they will help me in assembling my order so it is ready to go when I arrive. I have been down to this store aT least three times over the holidays spending well over $300. When I realized the hats I purchased for my son and husband were the wrong size I returned WITH MY RECEIPT, and asked to simply exchange for a size they could wear. He proceeded to show me a sign that said no exchanges and I asked him why he couldn't exchange a hat for a different size and he said "he's not the boss". I suggested that he mention to his boss that it is probably not worth the bad word of mouth and losing a customer that would have likely returned in the future. Now I will never go back to that store and I strongly suggest looking for your merchandise somewhere they are more focused on real customer satisfaction. read more

This is my favorite place to get hats and men's clothing. Customer service is great. If they don't have a certain size on the shelf, they will go check the boxes in back. They have a nice selection of limited edition hats as well. This will be my go to store for hats from now on. read more

They had a wide selection of things that I liked and was able to purchase the items I had seen on their website, I went in with my mom and as we were looking around the one employee I saw kept in close range watching us like we were going to steal something and another gentlemen who I assumed to be the owner watched us like a hawk, I never felt more uncomfortable than I did at this store and this was an instant feeling as we entered the store. I'm a paying customer and you should make your customers feel welcome not like they're nothing more than thieves. I've worked in retail for 11 years and I know for a fact that's not how you treat your customers. I may return for further purchases but I don't know when that will be. But try to be more considerate of your shoppers!! read more

If this is the same place that I went to with the same owners, then I would rather walk 10 feet to noor clothing. I went to B&C during Christmas and asked the male clerk if they had layaway, he said yes. So I got some outfits, put on counter. Then the owner I'm guessing ( she was philipino I think) sayed'' it will cost'' so so , I told her ''I want it on layaway'' she says rudely'' we have no layaway'',then she takes the clothes from the counter saying thing in her own language. I told her that her own employee told me they had layaway but she didn't care, and the man that told me didn't step in ans appoligize for the wrong information.Really rude. Never went back. Nice stuff but really pricey anyway. read more

When I go to San Diego I always stop here and usually pick up a hat. The owner always treats me well and talks to me for at least 15 minutes. Nice lady and is willing to give you her advice on hat choices. They carry the best New Era hat selection I've seen in SD. I only wish that they would sell online. read more

I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Their stock varies over time and you may or may not luck out. All in all, if you are shopping or eating on Adams, go check it out. It's really fun to browse and you may find something you like.
