Honestly don't have much to say but the reviews about customer service confuse me. I went a couple days ago in the AM and a gentleman greeted me with a good morning as I walked in. I then entered the store and asked the cashier who is a lady, to point in the direction of mens dickies. Instead of pointing she guided me and showed me my options. Was caught off guard with the great service. She was kind and let me know that dickies ran smaller. Normally I'm a 32 but I ended up getting a 34 and it fit perfect. Well Date Of Visit : February 27,2023 and I use to come here for there Dickies and Ben Davis Clothing !! Now it is kind of expensive for a Pair of Dickies !! Well back in the day it was like 17.99 now 29.99 which it is the exact same pair but higher !! Well as you walk in you will notice all the different type of work clothes they have here and they do have a huge selection of Dickies and for a pair of Ben Davis it is 49.99 compared to before 27.99 !! Well prices has gone up quite a bit but as of selection I would say it is pretty darn good !! Lots of different Colors and they do sell Scrubs here also plus New Era Hats also !! It's more of an place for work clothes !! As for the Service it was not bad and they greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed any help !! But I do for sure say there Selection is amazing and I shall return and purchase if I need new Dickies !! Just kind of far but not bad of a store !!! read more

Not really in the best location, but a good place to go if you know exactly what you want. me, i come here to buy scrubs. I prefer standard, solid scrubs, and thats what they have alot of. $21 for a set of Dickies unisex scrubs (top and bottom) is not a bad deal. they have a TON of scrubs (mostly solids, just a few prints) and in all sizes. when i walked in, i was welcomed right away. this place can be intimidating because this store is packed with merchandise. i usually come in, get what i need, and im out in less than 10 minutes. read more

All time favorite dickie store. I've been coming here since a teenager over 25 years. When my kids younger and had to wear school uniforms. I'd get it it here and it's cheap. Now a days I come here for my work cloths. Dickies because there lightweight fabric, last a long time and comfortable to wear. And my pro club shirts thick material but comfortable to wear. Very rude and disrespectful employees. I went in to buy a whole new weeks worth of scrubs and this is my experience: 1. Very difficult to find pairs of scrubs. 2. No one was around for help. 3. If you found help, they hardly spoke English. 4. They allowed me to walk into the dressing room with 10 pairs of scrubs but into my 3rd pair of bottoms, a man knocked on my door telling me that they don't allow that many clothes to be tried on at once and asked me for all of the clothes back. Mind you, I'm a female in the middle of trying on clothes and this is the last thing anyone wants to deal with. 5. After I re-clothe, I open the door and gave them 90% of the scrubs. I almost walked out at this point because of the piss poor service I've received. 6. I try on 2 more tops and again, some lady employee walked to my door and knocked but was told by another employee to leave me be. 7. Once I'm done, I take all the clothes (4 pairs of scrubs), walk to the counter, drop $240 to the employees amazement and walk out pissed off. I have never received such poor service in my life. I'm definitely NEVER returning and I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. read more

It's just dusty store, crammed full of Dickies of every conceivable color, size and style - except, of course, the color and style I need for work. Dammm I'm glad I saved my receipt to exchange something I bought. You only have 14 days to exchange or ur FU**. If u walk in with a bag they tell u to leave ur stuff by the door and take a number. Check out my DICKies ;) This is a Dickies wholesale outlet. They have great wholesale prices for everyone. I bought 6 pairs of Dickies shorts for about $15 bucks per pair. That's an awesome deal! They sell shirts, pants, jumpsuits, shoes and a few other name brand items that are just as inexpensive. The only downfall is poor floor help and communication. English seems to be a second language there but the associates are super friendly and eager to help, once you flag one down. Chekkit, yo! read more

They followed us around the store in a very rude way not even trying to be discreet they really thought we came to steal lol. NEGATIVE STAR RATING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I needed to do a return. The lady at the desk had to call the manager. After 25 minutes of waiting for him to get off a break, he finally told me they don't do returns without the tag.
