This H&M is beautiful. Such a bigger store than Plaza Bonita and better prices on some things too. Found quite a variety of clothes for the little ones today. A little pricey on some items tho for example a minion onesie for $35!? Ummm i think NOT. But they have TONS of clothes for the whole family. Me & Baes found a pair of shorts each that weren't on sale but who cares cuz they were cute! Customer service is very nice. I admired a employee that stopped what he was doing just to help me find a size when it was right in front of my face and instead of just handing me the pair of shorts and returning to whatever he was doing he made sure i liked it and made sure i left happy. The wait line wasn't too exgerating pretty well wait and the cashier was also great in his customer service. The only thing that did bum me out was while i was walking back to the car i was playing around with Baes and swung my bag at him lol and realized my stupid bag handle ripped...why you ask!? Because for about 7 pieces of clothes they packed it all in 1 bag. Yes 1 freaking bag instead of giving me two. Wow i had clothes overflowing off the top of my bag. Every once in a while, I'll step into H&M. This was no different but only because I had some time to kill before my friend's appointment over at the Global Sentri office. The mall was open, so why not. H&M is known for their cheap but trendy clothes and I'll never forget discovering the brand when I visited New York City years ago. It's been an on and off again relationship ever since. I walked around checking out some of the wares. They had their holiday stuff out already. It was a few days prior to Halloween. Seems to get earlier each year, I swear. It looked like it might rain later that evening, so I bought a beautiful wool hat in grey with black details. We don't get to wear too many hats in California, but I sure do enjoy it when I get the chance. The staff was really helpful and I was excited that they had the hat in different sizes, not the one size fits all crap. read more

I love h&m and it's one of my top brands. So I was very excited that they were opening an outlet store. I went here during the middle of the week to make sure I avoid the weekend crowds and ensure I can find what I need in Stock right away. (I learned from experience as a past retail employee.. best time to shop). However, I was pretty disappointed because they overstocked EVERYTHING. I mean it's not a problem to put what you have on the floor but seriously? Everything I tried to grab was stocked to the max that clothes kept falling and to make it worse the clothes aren't even sized right. I get you're trying to cater to foreign tourism shopping. But cleanliness first, that means don't stock your items that they're literally bursting at the racks. To all the Trolls... dont get so upset im just writing an honest review. It's not the end of the world, i still shop here, and people will still shop here. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this H&M. There are times when the store is very clean and the workers are nice. They'll apologize when the line is too long, or they'll help find a product. But then there are times when the store is FILTHY! Trying to walk by the shoes is a nightmare with shoes covering the ground. It's actually dangerous and someone could easily trip. And sometimes there is this beeping noise that rings throughout the store. It's loud and gets really annoying and ruins my shopping experience. Overall, this place is just meh. If I'm in the area I'll go but by no means will I go out of my way to go to this location. read more

I'm a store manager in this mall for a different retail company and if the cashiers acted the way they do at H&M I would be mortified. I shop pretty frequently at this location and I think it's just the new wave of associates they have but the horsing around (IE. Today my cashier playfully spanked his coworker while myself and several other customers waited in line or yesterday when the two cashiers stationed next to one another proceeded to flirt with one another and barely say two words to the multitude of people I watched them help in line before me). The store itself seems to be cleaner now than it used to be, but the associates are brand representatives, and I can't believe that behavior is something their store manager is ok with. read more

This location is THE PLUG for sale items. They have numerous racks filled with sale items!!! However, if you prioritize getting customer service you will not get it here since this store is huge. But I don't like getting bugged so its perfect for me. read more

The first complaint I have is their customer service. The first impression a customer gets from a store means alot. And the impression I got from this store was not good. The only reason I came here was because my son liked a suit. I am not gonna rant about my experience since Its not the first time I experience this and they are not gonna change, unless they start training these young kids about customer service. So my only advice is if you want good customer service go somewhere else or just buy the product online, besides their online prices are far cheaper than going to the actual store, even if it's the same product they have. For some reason I can find everything I need for me and all of my girls here at this location. Its a far drive but at least i dont have to shop at multiple stores. I have a preteen, 7 yr old and 5 yr old. All of their sizes change every month (growth spur). They have reasonable prices and good quality clothes. read more

I love H&M, and always shop here. The place is spacious, well lit and I tend to have an overall pleasant experience while shopping here. However, every time I come to this particular branch, they seem to open up late. Sign on the door says it opens at 10am throughout the wk, and yet it's 10:13am and they are still closed. There are about 10 ppl outside including myself, waiting for this store to open. I will be moving on to another shop as my time today is limited. This isn't the first time this has happened at this branch and if I need to come shopping early in the day, I will be avoiding this location in the future. read more

This H & M service sucks!!!! From the cashier informing that the line started at another line when she was taking care of someone else. When I purchased something 10mins previously and they opened another line. The cashier took the person that was last in line. He didn't tell me I was next. Then as I was leaving the alarm went off because she didn't take the alarm sensor off. I saw a young man walking around with a coffee cup in hand, I asked him if he can take the sensor off. He told me that he couldn't because he wasn't due to start work for another hour but you are walking around the store like you are on the clock or the owner with a coffee cup in hand!!!! read more

I came in the other day on Sunday, January 1st looking for some leggings and whatever else I could get my hands on. I was in there for about an hour and half browsing around; I went into the dressing room three times. I want to say that the person in the dressing room, Christopher was extremely courteous not just with me, but I could hear them offering help to other customers in the store, they offered to pick an item in a different size to someone as well as make conversation with the customers. I hope you give them the chance to grow as a professional within your company because they are definitely a great asset. Keep up the good work, Christopher! read more
