Very disappointed with return policy. Tried to return pants that had never been worn, tags were still in place with original receipt in hand. Would not let us return or exchange because it was over their 15 day return policy. ( it was actually 29 days when we tried to exchange or return for the correct size ) They told my wife at time of purchase she could purchase both sizes and could return if necessary the size that wasn't a good fit. We live in Tijuana and we're not able to return within the 15 days.. It's unfortunate. However my wife will give the new pants to one of her coworkers. And we will no longer be shopping at Scrub Mart. We will be sharing our experience with her co workers at the hospital, so they can avoid the same experience that we had with Scrub Mart. read more

Very disappointing experience -- I do not recommend this place at all. I purchased a set of scrubs about a month ago but decided to return them after changing my mind. The material felt cheap, and it just wasn't what I expected. I've included photos for reference. The return process was frustrating and took about 10-15 minutes, which was already irritating. They refused to accept the top due to "discoloration" around the left neckline (again, see photos). They claimed I had worn it, yet they accepted the pants -- which makes no sense if I had supposedly worn the whole set. I never used the shirt beyond trying it on at home, which is when I decided I didn't like it. The shirt clearly shows no signs of wear -- no armpit stains, no marks, just a few faint white lines near the bottom right, which they said were acceptable. Still, they denied the return because of the neckline, which looked perfectly fine to me. The staff member spent about 5 minutes inspecting every inch of the shirt and even took photos to send to someone else for approval -- a bit excessive. Then he made a phone call, and I could hear the woman on the other end speaking loudly in Spanish with a rude attitude, saying the item was "discolored" and in "unacceptable" condition. Her tone was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. To make things worse, they made a big deal about the last 4 digits of the card I used for the purchase not matching their system. They almost didn't issue my refund until I pulled up my banking app to prove the charge came from my card. Only then did they refund me for the pants. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated by the poor customer service and wasted time. Save your money -- and if you do decide to shop here, inspect everything carefully in case the items are already defective. read more

I was in need for scrubs for my new nurse job I start this week. Came across this store about 6 minutes from where I live. When I get there the employee Mike greets me with a smile and offers to help me find anything I need. At first I didn't know what type of scrubs I should get and Mike showed me their selection. Hi there. I popped into scrub mart this morning looking for scrubs and a lab coat as I was going to start helping with administration of the Covid vaccine. From the minute I walked in I felt welcome because of Mikes cheerful greeting and great customer service. He helped me find my correct size and made excellent recommendations. Small store, one small rack of sale scrubs that barely had anything on it. The scrubs pants, brands and colors I actually wanted didn't even have my size (M). The guy wasn't that helpful. I ended up buying a few pairs of scrubs because I eagerly needed some and I didn't want to have driven all the way out there for no reason. Their scrubs are very expensive as well FYI. They're cute though. When I went to check out the guy added all of my things up on a calculator and added the tax on himself which was weird, but whatever. I was helped by Bob, the new owner and he was so nice and brought out some new Dickie lab coats that just arrived! I loved them and ended up purchasing a small and a medium (depending on when I wear a short or long sleeve shirt underneath) because I really liked the style and comfort. The store carries high end scrubs from Koi, Cherokee and Dickies to name some and also carry the basics you need. The items I saw were priced competitively and the store was organized so nicely. They do have two dressing rooms for those that what to try on pants and such and the owner indicated they do have discounts for mass orders $500 or more. Well the customer service is great but I don't know about the actual store itself. Sure there's some variety but it feels very overpriced. Walked in to try to find scrub caps and not only are they eye level at register only (I guess to keep people from stealing but it's uncomfortable) but they felt overpriced. I couldn't find anything here. Cramped, disorganized, and unhelpful. I found one pair of Dickies enzyme-washed pants that seemed to be by themselves. I really liked the look and feel of them, but I wasn't sure about the fit. I couldn't find any other pants like them to try on a different size, so I asked the lady who worked there if she could help me by either showing me where the others might be or even if there were others in the store in another size. She kind of pointed me towards a corner where there "might be stuff like them". I told her I'd already gone through that entire section, and she just shrugged and walked away. Mmkay, I guess we're done here. There are better, more organized, more helpful scrub shops in town. read more

It is pricey but definitely cheaper than most places I've been to! I usually get the Dickie tops and the cherokee pants since it's cheaper that way. And they do have many scrubs on sale sometimes. Small sizes Medium and down sell fast. But I can't complain the guy that's always there is always super helpful and nice. And in reality I just need 3-4 pairs of scrubs. read more
