NIGHTMARE....RUN.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....Worst towing company in the state! I will never use…read morethem again. The staff and owner are extremely rude. They towed my vehicle to the wrong place. I called and ask could they please ask the driver where they towed it to because I've been waiting over 30 mins and it not here at the address that was given. The female representative yelled, cursed me out, then hung up on me multiple times stating that my car was there and her tow driver knows how to do his job. After calling and begging to please calm down and help me locate my car with valuables in it (why I got a ride to the towing location to remove b/c I wasn't able to carry the items before receiving a ride) she put the driver on the phone and he didn't know where the "mystery address" came from where he dropped it. He dropped it at another location that was no where near the address I put in to drop off. He stated he would come back to get my vehicle and take it to the right place. Could you imagine going through emotional and verbal hell not knowing why your car isn't working, who will fix it, or how much it will cost, finding a ride, having to continue paying for a ride until you find your missing car that was taken to the wrong location....and receiving the worst customer services ever while being cussed out, yelled at, and hung up on and paying for that service. What a NIGHTMARE! I'm thinking about taking them to court for emotional distress. Writing this now is causing me great distress.

Logan Johnson from MoCo Pro Towing came this morning via a AAA request. He was prompt and took…read moreamazing care of my '46 Chevy Pickup. Because of how it was parked, he could only load it from the back. BUT, he took the time and effort to unload it and re-load it front first onto his like new flatbed truck. I was obviously confused and he advised that if he towed it on 690 (at 55 mph) the back window wasn't designed for that and could become dislodged from the force of the wind. Seriously, it added a solid 20-30 plus minutes (my truck has a very low front bumper). He clearly could have taken the easy way out but took the safer for my truck route. Now that is fantastic service!

I gave this business a few days to call me regarding an unfortunate experience but they didn't take…read morethe opportunity to speak to me and make things right. This business responded to a service call to change a flat tire. Unfortunately, the technician who switched out the tire over torqued all 4 lugnuts on the wheel. All four of the lugnuts were difficult for the tire business to loosen and 2 broke off. I called Car Pros and told them my problem. They said the owner would return my call. He didn't. I guess they don't care if I write a negative review of their service, either. The woman who answered my call defended the error by insisting they were 'helping' me. DO NOT CREATE A BIGGER PROBLEM WHEN 'HELPING' SOMEONE. And actually I PAID for your 'help' in more ways than one. My opinion is that a trained professional should understand how to properly perform their job. Regardless if they are 'helping' me, I paid $50 for them to change out a flat tire and another $34.00 to repair their technicians over torquing of the bolts. I'm not a professional and even I know that lugnuts should be hand tightened to prevent this from happening. Making it impossible for a human or a pneumatic device to loosen the lugnuts is a ridiculously stupid and irresponsible thing to do. Any business that believes this result should be expected or accepted without correction, needs to fade away.

do not rely on this company if you are in a stressful situation (like every time you need a tow),…read morethey did not handle the situation very well, and was quick to recall a service (tow)truck, and leave a stranded Teen Driver, because i wasn't 'cheery' with them. I dont know what they expect to hear when you have your child with a broken vehicle, and you can't be there as a parent, but a little courtesy, and understanding would have been appreciated. They were quick to recall the recovery vehicle, without calling me (the parent), but at least they were dilligent enough to call my teen driver and tell her that they weren't coming anymore. Thank you for lack of assistance, and professionalism in this matter. I will not recommend you to anybody i know.

Chris & Nick were lifesavers & came right out @ 3am to change a blown-out tire for us to get us…read moreback on the road (after AAA had let us down by making us wait over 4 hrs late at night, without ever showing up). Chris & Nick did the job fast & thoroughly, & were very personable. They worked with me & charged a fair price, certainly earning my future car repair business !!! It's nice to know that there are still some honest, capable mechanics out there to help you, in a time of need

I gave them benefit of the doubt time and time again, but I was continuously lied to about an ETA…read more I was charged $80 for an assessment of the vehicle damage. I was told to order a part to the rear bumper and they could put it on. I was told to reach out to them when the part arrived and I done so I was given a date and an ETA after I begged for it and they never showed up nor did they communicate they wouldn't make it. I had to reach out to them and got a response that he was still at the prior scheduled repair and sometimes things take longer. I'm not slow and I know things happen, but communication is key. I also put my day on hold for the second time as they gave me a time frame. Then I was told "If I'm at an appointment I don't always have my phone, my hands are greasy so can't text, etc". All clients should be of importance including the one you gave a time frame. It takes 2 minutes to wipe your hands and send an update on the situation. Then he says "I was trying to do you a favor by coming on your off day". I didn't ask for any favors and sent messages offering to get off early either afternoon so job could be performed and again no response. They take your money and do not render the service that they told you they would be able to complete. I now have bumper that possibly can't be returned and job not done. I will be reaching out to YELP because they advertise for them and they're getting over on people. I will be filing a complaint with the local police department for fraudulent activity. I will also be reaching out to an attorney because this is unacceptable and not one time was offered a refund, but he's made that clear that's their "diagnostic assessment charge ". Oh, and they mentioned a discount for first responders that I didn't even get. Please do not give these people your business your money or your time. I honestly had high hopes because when I finally did meet them, they seemed genuine and then they played my face. If the job was something that they honestly could not do or didn't want to do all they had to do was tell me not keep stringing me along. If anyone needs screenshots of the conversation, I have that too. They wanna say we can still complete the job our you can go somewhere else. At this point you can't be trusted and I waste my time which is valuable as well as everyone else's. He kept saying he understands my frustration and I reminded him multiple times that I'm not frustrated. I'm past that I'm pissed off. Had I have known what I know now I would've ran and not wasted my money nor my time. I have all the screenshots if needed.
