    I have always has such good experiences with this dealership and their staff. This is the all around best group of people I've ever had work on my vehicle. They are understanding, kind, and hardworking. They are communicative and so accommodating to our family's needs and fixed my jeep right up when it was having issues. Thank you all for your diligence and for being so wonderful to our family.

    Awesome service!! Had been looking around for a Jeep was actually going back and forth with another lot about trade in. Stopped in to see what they had. The 4x4 I was looking at they didn't have. The salesman Tommy Freeman came onto the lot. I told him what I was looking for and within what price range. He actually had found me a Jeep by the time I got home. I let them look at my trade in the next day. We negotiated and the deal was done in several hours. He actually went over all the accessories linked my phone and even my favorite radio stations. I can honestly say it was painless

    Rain Water Leaking into Van

    3/29/2021 - I am revising my review for Leith Chrysler. - After owning the 2020 Pacifica for about 4 months and having less than 5000 miles the van started to leak in the back / collecting rain water in the 3rd row well for the seats. The repairs started 2/15/21 and finally resolved 3/25/21 after 3 attempts by the dealer. I get it sometimes things happen and Chrysler stood behind the van 100% and the leak is fixed. However my big complaint is the quality of workmanship of the service department. My van was returned to me the final time filthy. I went through the expense of putting in floor liners. Since the techs had to work inside the van they tracked mud and dirt into the van. That is understandable. What I don't understand is why they will not clean up after themselves. Today 3/29/21 I was cleaning the top of the van and discovered the techs got body seam sealer all over the panoramic sun roof glass. This is the final straw for me. I will be contacting the general manager of Leith and contacting Chrysler. Either they will clean the sealer off of the glass to my satisfaction or replace the glass. Either way I am completely done with this dealership. It is obvious to me that they do not care about the quality of their work or property that belongs to a customer. 1/19/21 - I had some warranty work completed on my 2020 Pacifica Hybrid. I was very please with the experience from diagnosing the problem to ordering the parts and having them installed. Service Advisor Tiffany is a rock star. She is very helpful and communicates flawlessly during the process. Initial Review - I am happy to say that my warranty issue with the Pacifica was resolved 100% The sales experience was very pleasant. It was a pleasure dealing with everybody at Leith from the initial contact to Eric and your finance team. I would highly recommend this dealership for anybody searching for a new car.

    I really want to thank Mr Bailey for all his help in my first new car. I've done nothing but make his life pure hell not being able to decide on a truck. He never gave up on me. He called everytime a truck came in and even called Monday mornings to say nothing came in. All in all a great experience all the way around. Thanks for putting up with my shit and not giving up. I traded the vehicle March of 2026 and applied for my refund on my extended warranties. I checked Bach 4, 5, 6 7 weeks later as it was suppose to only take 4-6 weeks for refund. went back week 11 and Oh, we never processed the paper work. we will start fresh and new, so it will be another 4-6 weeks. really, and how much interest are they gaining on my money. not a happy camper as I did use due diligence and not just let the ball drop. this goes hand and hand with service provided when they attempted to get " required " wheel alignment while still under full Warrenty, and charge $240. The service department kept the car and provided a loaner which smelled so bad, you gagged just getting in it. When calling this out, the only thing said, it's all we have. As stated above, Caveat Emptor when dealing with this Toyota dealership. I've purchased several Toyota models the prior 20 years and have to admit, Fords are looking good....

    I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership while trying to purchase a vehicle…read more I was provided multiple out-the-door price quotes in writing, $34,572. Later, the price jumped to over $37,000. I was then told the vehicle could only be purchased for about $36,600 if I financed through the dealership, even though all information was already provided and correct. This was especially frustrating because I already had bank approval for financing and had arranged for someone to take time off work to help me complete the purchase before the pricing changed. Refusing to honor a written quote under these circumstances felt misleading and unprofessional. Only one employee admitted that the tax calculation for my state had been their mistake, which was a relief. However, the next person I spoke with didn't seem to care and continued giving conflicting information. At one point, I was told taxes were "my responsibility," despite being quoted out-the-door pricing. I also asked to speak with the general manager who supposedly approved the pricing, but was repeatedly told he was unavailable. During one conversation, a representative raised their voice, which was unprofessional. I was ready to purchase immediately if the quoted pricing had been honored. I would advise future customers to get a fully itemized out-the-door breakdown upfront and confirm all details before committing.

Not only are they telling me they can't find the transmission issue but they're 'offering' a long list of work that SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR. Just another case of selling a lemon-car to an unsuspecting female. AVOID BUYING THERE AT ALL COSTS!
