I tried leasing a new Buick with the big dealership in Chapel Hill and had one of the worst car buying experiences.

Secondly I made the sale pretty easy, I got what I asked for my trade and there were no hidden fees while signing for my new truck. The time management this place has is absolutely HORRIBLE. It took maybe an hour to get a deal TOGETHER. There was NO back and forth. It just took that long. Then it took almost 4 hours to sign paper work. That in itself just irritated me. But remained patient and respectful. Everyone who worked here remained respectful. In my deal I got new tires for the truck. The dealership offered to split it with me. I said that's fine. I show up to the service department two days later and I'm sitting in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours (I showed early for my appointment). And my truck had not been started. This is a simple tire replacement (Mount balance and alignment) after sitting here for hours I get told it's going to be another hour and a half to two hours once my truck was started.. I'm telling you. Time management in this place is absolutely poor ALL THE WAY AROUND. Time is money, and I'm super disappointed in this place. Will not be coming back. And won't be recommending anyone to come here for that simple fact. They have good deals and fair prices. But they waste an enormous amount of time with everything they do. The manager will know of me, simply by this review. So respectfully SIR. There's nothing post this review that you can do to fix this. In total sir, 9-10 hours worth of waiting for an hour total worth of paper work, and at MOST 2 hours worth of maintenance work is completely undesirable and not worth my 4 hour total commute. V/R Josh.

I went in for a simple tire rotation and inspection. They took over an hour just to bring my truck back. This place is a joke I recommend never buying or bringing to service department unless you like your time wasted.

I got an offer online to sell my car at Classic Nissan for about $4,500. Because I live about an…read morehour away, I explicitly asked Kimberly when she called if $4,500 was a reasonable estimate of the final offer and was told yes. Their final offer was $2,500. The reason? Not the tires, the condition of the interior or exterior, or any mechanical issues with the car, which they told me were all in surprisingly good shape for a car of its age -- it was the model year and the accident history, both of which I honestly reported on the online form and they could have viewed on the CarFax or AutoCheck reports. I recognize that dealerships can't give a final offer until they've appraised the vehicle. I do not understand why they can't give me an accurate, good-faith initial offer when I honestly disclosed the only factors bringing down the value at the very beginning. The one positive of my experience was Henry, who sat and chatted with me for the half hour I spent at the dealership. Otherwise, this was one of exceedingly few one-star experiences in my life.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. Initially, my daughter spoke with someone about a…read morevehicle that was within our price range.  When we got there, however,  we discovered that they refused to finance a used car in our initial price range.  Then we were shown a car that would have run about $400 a month. Their salesman pulled the usual car sales stunt of delaying and delaying until we were so tired that we just wanted to get out of there.  Then we were shown a new car and I remarked it might be a better deal because of the rebates on a new car, with which the salesperson agreed.  When it finally became time to do the paperwork, that's when we were informed there wouldn't be any kind of rebate on the new car. Then, when he said it would be about the same monthly payment, it actually ballooned to over $100 a month more, and of course, the comprehensive warranty for another $30 a month. Within one or two days, I kept getting a message on the dashboard that the left rear tire was losing pressure. I found out later than they needed me to come back in due to another document that needed to be signed. Why it couldn't be signed by docusign, I don't know. When I spoke to the manager, I mentioned the problem with the tire. I've had to spend somewhere between $30-40.00 stopping for air to pump the tire back up to its recommended PSI. So, being in a hurry, and driving in from out-of-town to accomodate them to sign another paper that somehow was overlooked, I would have thought in the interest of maintaining good customer relations, especially with a customer who had bought a brand new car just a few days ago, that their service department would simply replace the tire that started losing air within a day or two after driving the car off the lot. To my surprise and annoyance, I was informed that it would have to be put on the lift to determine the cause, and if it couldn't be patched, I would have to pay the difference between the cost of replacement and the warranty.  Also, the guy to do it was on break so I'd have to wait at least an additional 30 minutes before it could be put on the lift. The final straw came when I assisted someone in jumping their battery and discovered the hood is missing the rod to prop up the hood. The bottom line is that I'm sorry I ever came to them. I'm sorry I bought the car. I need a car, so I suppose it's better than nothing, but I also doubt that I'll ever do business with Classic Nissan of Sanford ever again. Now I just got a call that they forgot another document that needs to be signed. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle is avoid them like a plague.

We bought the car on September 20 2019, drove the car off the lot and 2 hrs later it would not start and had to be towed. He agreed to have the car serviced and insured that it wasnt anything serious. He ended up having the car for two weeks because he could NOT find the part. Long story short. The same day he returned the car it wouldn't start that evening. We called and instead of answering the phone he sent a text saying it was our car and our problem. That's when we took the car to a reputable mechanic and had the car diagnostic ran. Confirming it was in fact a flood vehicle. This was disappointing because we specifically asked him if the car was in a flood. His words were NO. However, since I was recording my daughter signing he first car deal, it caught the lie on video. Its October 9, 2019, the car has not been drivable since we got it back the second time. So far the ECU has to be replaced. All wiring connected to fuel pump is corroded and need replacing. Fuel pump needs replaced etc the list goes on... We gave Geoge $2000.00 as a down payment. In good faith paid a few car payments in advance. Which total $3k plus after tax and plates. My daughter has not been able to get to work and lost one of her jobs because she had no way of getting there. We are currently filing a petition for damages against George and Affordable Auto in Sanford. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT and this man. George is the reason folks dont trust car dealers or salesmen. Lessons learned from one of the best scam artist in the business. My daughter should have insisted on a carfax. However, we took his word as it related to a flood. We would never knowingly bought a flood vehicle for 15k at a 20% interest rate. My daughter has endured a hard but very valuable lesson about car salesmen. However, we are fighting back! Will post updates! No Stars for this buisness. He only has 1 or 2 vehicles at a time that should've been the first red flag. Salvage title was the second. She has learned the hard way how dishonest folks can be when they want your money. Hope this review helps someone. One star for lessons learned
