I am updating my review on this so called Hvac installer. Trying to get the support for the ac/furnace they installed is a joke. They do not care, as from what was explained to me they are busy doing installation on new builds. I purchased a furnace and A/C 11 years ago, and like normal I have my system checked before winter. Now it is shut off as the furnace is condemned due to cracks. These people are liers, careless, and don't give a shit about the customer. The service was bought out 7 years ago, and the only thing they care about is $$$$ profit. I called in this morning and realized this is sooo true. I urge you to look elsewhere. I hired this company to fix my fireplace .They broke it instead .The tech was new and left his tools all over the floor ,he went back to the office to get a part and left his tools out and when he left ,dirt was over my carpet and he didn't;t clean up ,he should have respected my house and left his dirty tools in the toolbox or on a towel .He didn't;t know what he was doing and installed a blower ,well wrong because now my fireplace is very loud and I can't use it .I will never use this company again .It cost me alot and it made the problem worse so now I have to pay more to fix a problem they broke .No help at all from this tech .He only want the money and to get onto the next job .buyer be aware of this company !All I have is a picture of my fireplace they fixed or didn't;t as the case is .I am also in Layton ut ,not California as the review states . read more

In 2008 I bought a 93 percent furnace with central air and a heat pump from Bills Comfort Systems and They installed it in my Fruit Heights Home. It is now July of 2023 and My Heat and Air System Is still plugging away! With every thing made in China now and breaking down in 5 years, I am So Happy that I went with Bills. Tried to get my gas fireplace fixed in mid winter. They came out and replaced a part but this did not fix it. They said it was a certain part but they probably don't make it any more or we would have to replace fireplace. My husband called the manufacturer and found the part and we let Bills know because we couldn't order it Bills would have to. We waited for months and kept calling but technician never called us with update. Finally my husband called and was frustrated the person who spoke to him called him an "a" hole and hung up on him! Do not use this company!!! I have been trying to get them to come out to my house for over a month they canceled on me 2 times and had to be rescheduled. They finally came out to my house yesterday. Ends up there was nothing wrong with my fireplace the switch that we used to light the piolet light just needed to be turned to another position. The young man who was there was very polite and nice he tried to be helpful. He was new and had been there less than one month. I was surprised when I was charged $140.00 because nothing was broke. I thought I would be charged $50 to 75$ for just coming out to my house which is normal for Kaysville. I did not say anything and payed the young man it was not his fault he was just doing his job. So I called Bill's comfort systems the next day and spoke to Marilyn. It was difficult to hear her because I could hear someone else talking on the phone in the background. Very unprofessional. l I explained to Marilyn my concern and she told me there fee for just coming out to the house was $150.00. i said you should have told me the fee would be $150 just to come to the house when I made the appointment and she just said you didn't ask! Marilyn would not hardly let me talk she talked over me was shouting most of the time. she was so rude and had the worst customer service I think I have ever dealt with. She just did not care. Based on my dealings with them I think this company is financially stressed and are in trouble. Maybe that is why she was acting this way? We have two indoor fireplaces and one outdoor and we could have given them a lot of business over the years. I really doubt they will be around a long time, if they are treating their customers that way but even if they are I will never go back. Our furance wasn't working, it was making a very loud noise. Bills comfort system came out to look at it. The technician told use it was the blower and it needed to be replaced. It would take 3 to 4 days to get it from Lennox. The same day he came back and said he found one in the shop. He went downstairs to put the blower in. He only worker on the blower wheel for 5 to 10 minutes and he said it was all Fixed, so we payed the technician for replacing the bad blower wheel he said he replace it, but it still was making a loud noise. we got another heating company to come out and look at it, he said the blower wheel was bad and it need to be replaced an it would take 3 to 4 days to get a new blower wheel for my Furnace it took 4 days to get a new blower wheel the technician came out and replace it. Bill's comfort Systems said they would refund my $800.00 dollars back to me but I haven't seen my refund yet, and it's been 3 months. I've been calling them and they said that they were going to refund my money back to me!!! I'm disappointed in your company, you have been lying to me for 3 months. They installed my furnace, ac and fireplace in my home and 2 water heaters. My install was great and I've had no issues. When I look for service I want honesty and low maintenance and everything runs perfect. They took very good care of me. My equipment is 3 years old and I've never needed a service yet. The install was nicely done and they were clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly from the beginning till the end of the install. I've also used Bill's on my last house and that system was 10 years old and it still ran perfect. They were very quick and prompt. The installers were great and very informative. The sales person said sure we will take care of this and that, but they will never follow through. They are hard to get a hold of and very augmentative and rude on the phone when you ask them to complete work they promised. The person who sold me the system disappeared when i wanted the work done.
