    **Edit**I called R and R heating and they came out to find wires had been swapped. Now everything is fine! I had such high expectations for Bill's Heating and A/C but unfortunately ended up feeling like they were trying to rip me off. Please, if you read this review, do your research before you let them do any work. Bill's Heating and A/C are getting a pass because of their high reviews for scamming people. Maybe at some point they were ethical and that is how they gained these positive reviews but with my experience at Bill's Heating and A/C this definitely felt like a scam. I'm not stupid and did some research on specific repairs on my A/C and the one in specific that it ended up being was the fan condenser motor which with research should cost anywhere from $500-$1000 installed. I even got pricing on a OEM carrier motor from a local business. It was $390. Do the math though, say even $600 for the motor because I understand they have to make a profit. We will even say $600 for labor because research says that even on the high end that an HVAC company could charge is 300 per hour and that particular job is 90 minutes. I would have accepted $1,200 but they tried to charge us over $1,600. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked for an itemized invoice 3 times and nobody there can provide us with one. I was told only the supervisor can and that he would but get guess what? Still have not received it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This place is very shady and it's sad that they are taking advantage of people who don't do any research. I attached their super informative estimate with just the total and no labor cost. Please don't get scammed by Bill's Heating and A/C, the great reviews are deceiving!

    Shabby work to say the least. Been at this for a long time and I hate to see others get took like we did

    [[HIGHLIGHT]]i would give 0 stars if I could for their very poor customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were told all service would be completed on the day of service call, so we paid them in full. Big mistake! There was a grate to close a hole in the wall which they took measurements on day of install. Then we had to keep contacting them and they sent 2 techs out on different days to remeasure. Finally a grate was placed, but it is too large for the size hole. We contacted again and was told we can get a different size but you will be charged for it! We paid almost $11,000 for a condominium unit! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shaun through text messages was rude and condescending and pushy in his messages.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very poor customer service![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
