Got a my first bike recently and it came with a small primary leak and I was referred to these guys to get my leak fixed and the whole process was smooth and easy. Thanks to all the guys that helped get me on the road asap. Great customer service and I mean GREAT customer service. I would 10/10 recommend this shop for your motorcycle repairs or maintenance work.

We have been coming here for years. There is no one else we trust with our bikes. Hubby rides a sport bike I ride a cruiser, no matter what you ride, they got you covered! Jeremiah is honest, reliable and knows his stuff. We highly recommend Bills Motorcycle Shop!

Took my raptor for a valve adjustment. They did a good job. It runs great at a fair price and was done when they said it would be. I will go back next time I need work on my ATVS.

I understand that phone calls are part of the business, but I feel that customers who are physically present in the store should be given priority over customers calling in, especially when someone is already waiting in line. I want to emphasize that the service itself is great. The employees are wonderful, helpful, and friendly. I simply think the location could improve by prioritizing customers who are physically present over customers calling in. I believe this would make the overall customer experience even better.

She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.

What a great experience!!!! ---…read more ** 5.0** I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. Wholesale Tire and Automotive is the only shop I trust with my cars. Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. Her mechanic Michael is incredibly sharp -- he diagnosed and fixed an issue on my daughter's BMW that a "name brand" shop had written off as unrepairable. It runs perfectly now. Based on that, I brought my Suburban in before a 6,000-mile road trip for my daughter's college move-in. Josiah and Kenni walked me through everything it needed, and the truck runs just like new. Fair prices, honest work, great people. Do yourself a favor and give them your business -- I won't take my cars anywhere else.

2010 Jetta 2.5L (Oil and Coolant leak, yes we know these cars have their issues)…read more I paid $1,300 for oil and coolant leak repairs. While they did fix the oil leak from the brake vacuum pump (with customer provided part), the rest of the experience was a disaster of poor diagnostics and unauthorized billing. * Unresolved Coolant Leak: Charged to replace the coolant flange, but the car leaked coolant immediately after picking it up. Basically felt like I had to figure the problem out before bringing it back in, and/or I wasn't believed that the issue was still happening. I called back a few days later after coolant level had dropped, was told it was air pockets. Refilled and waited another week. Lost another quart+ of coolant. We park it in the dirt so I placed a tray under the vehicle and caught quite a bit of coolant with an observed active drip a day after the car had been resting (this was all communicated to Kenni with a picture). At this point she said I could bring it in, as I felt like the diagnostic was being pushed onto me to not waste their mechanics time. * Unauthorized Shifter Cable: Replaced a shifter cable during the leak repair completely without my consent or prior authorization. * Defective Recheck & Dismissive Attitude: When I brought the car back, they drove it hot instead of letting it sit cold to locate the drip, then claimed they couldn't find anything. Rather than taking responsibility, they acted like it was my fault for owning the car and made it clear they didn't want to invest any more shop hours into actually solving the problem. * Surprise Diagnostic Fee: Ran a $60 chemical block test without my permission, billed me for it, and still couldn't identify the leak. The owner is personable and gives off a "family-like, straight shooter" vibe at the counter, but that friendly helpful demeanor vanished once things got complicated and time consuming for the shop. The right thing to do would be to offer some kind of refund, but since that was not offered by default for not resolving the issue, I am going to assume this happens more often than not on certain repairs and is not worth my time to fight or challenge other than leaving a detailed review to warn others. Doing unauthorized work, shifting blame to the customer, and leaving a $1,300 bill with an active coolant leak makes it impossible to recommend this shop.
