He doesn't speak English very well so I just used a translation app and took pictures so it would translate to Spanish for him. His son however does speak English. He was extremely professional, very kind, and went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. He is extremely knowledgeable in appliances and the household! The problem with our washer was really really bad and he was able to fix it! I am extremely great full for him. He is also very very reasonably priced for the amount of work he did. I thought it was going to cost double than what he charged and what I was quoted from other companies.

They sent me an email saying the appointment was confirmed. Great! Only the guy never showed up. I called and he said it's not worth it to him to drive 20 minutes to my house. They came back out and said they put cheap parts in that often don't last (Why they used those parts in the first place beats me!) so they would need to order new parts. I waited 3 weeks with no word from them. Then when I called he told me the parts were on back order but he'd call as soon as they arrived. I waited until the end of April with no word. I called again and was told the parts still hadn't arrived. It's now been over 2 1/2 months. I told them that a friend had the same problem and was able to get theirs fixed the same day with no problems. He said if I had the receipt or a copy of the check that he would refund me. I texted him a copy of the check that day and now he won't get back to me. I have sent two follow up texts with no response. It will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well! He said the issue was "One of three possible things", but, "I don't know which one it is". He told me to call him back and schedule him to come back, once I had the model number for him (aka doing HIS job). He dumbed down his $75 fee to $50, and by the look on his face, I assume he thought he did me a favor, when he HADN'T DONE A THING! I'll get a competent repair guy/gal to fix the dryer.
