My Mom is a HUGE flowers fan and CONSISTENTLY disappointed wherever she went. She's only got one other place that satisfies her desire for flowers. SHE WAS IMPRESSED the moment she laid her eyes on these. I also have to commend the service. We had Sergio help us, he was funny, kind, and extremely polite. Everything you need from an employee. On top of that, he was very helpful with information in general. Not just about this place. I can't think of a more satisfying stop along a highway. Beautiful flowers, large range of options, and workers that know how to do their job. My Mom will be back, not sure about myself because I'm not into flowers. I also don't have a wife yet.

Other plants I have gotten there are vine maples and flowering currants. Keep in mind they are a wholesale nursery so that although they are fine with selling retail, the place is not set up like a store, so you should know what you want before going there, and if it's off season, call them first. Check their plant list and if there's something you want to get, call them and see whether they have some. Their plants are excellent and even at retail their prices are excellent also.

This last Friday we decided to go back to get two more bleeding hearts and two azaleas. Our issue is with the azaleas. The bigger azalea had the price tag. And I didn't realize that the smaller one didn't have one. The person that rang us up said they were in the same size pot, and scanned the one tag twice instead of going to check the price. We couldn't tell at the time, but after planting them today, you can clearly see by the pictures that one pot is definitely smaller. After talking about it, and remembering what plants we looked at that did have price tags, we think we were over charged by about $20.00. The price should have been either $16.99 or $19.99. We really love Tsugawa's plant quality, and will continue to buy our plants there. We just wanted to let folks know, make sure the plant you're going to buy has a price tag.

I purchased some Jowey Winnie and Sylvia tubers this spring and I was so happy when the blooms came…read morein. The Sylvia had dozens of blooms with variations of orange sherbet growing as tall as me. Super prolific with tall single stems, perfect for vases. The Jowey Winnies were my favorite grown this year. The blooms were purple to pink to yellow from the edge of the petal to the center. These produced blooms that changed color shades as the season changed. Pastels in early summer to candy colors through October. The amount of tubers I got from these will let me plant a full perimeter of dahlias next year. I can't wait. Went in the other day to get some lumber and some tile the lumber I needed was in an upper rack…read moreasked an employee if they could get some help to get the rack down went down to the tile department got some tile went back 20 minutes later, the lumber hadn't even touched it was nobody around another employee and got no response. Left and went to Lowe's. The managed confirmed no such policy existed and acknowledged there was a serious consent issue. I abandoned the sale over this incident, and have since purchased for less from another retailer.
