There is not a separate are for kids under 1. The "Mini Beez" section is for the younger kids under a certain height.

Can I bring my own cake in without booking a party room?

I don't believe so. If your not renting their room most likely no. As they don't allow outside food and drinks in either.

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

They can climb on rock walls, play up in the rope house and even do tire swings. My kids can play here for hours without knowing. If we need a break from rides and the heat, this is the spot we like going to and just let the kids run around. My kids are still pretty small so I follow them but bigger kids can just explore with you feeling confident that they are contained and safe. Great spot. Totally recommend.

This year, I wanted to do something different and give myself a break from all the planning, setup, cleanup, and stress. I chose Kids Empire after attending another birthday party here that was so well done. I expected to have that same experience, but unfortunately, ours was the complete opposite. We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday on Thursday, July 11, with about 40 guests. I dropped off our balloons, cake, and drinks ahead of time and was told I didn't need to arrive early because everything would be set up. Thankfully, I did anyway because almost nothing had been put out except the tablecloths, cups, and Kids Empire's drinks. I ended up setting everything up myself. The biggest concern was safety. Both restrooms were closed due to plumbing issues, forcing our guests to walk to Target just to use the restroom. Meanwhile, the back exit door was left wide open for the plumber with no employee monitoring it. Parents from my party stood by the door because we were worried children could accidentally walk outside. When we expressed our concerns, the only response was, "It's open for the plumber." Our party package included seven pizzas, but Kids Empire forgot to order them. We didn't find out until we asked where they were around 6:30. The pizzas didn't arrive until 7:40--after our party had ended--so I ended up giving away full pizza boxes for families to take home. We were also told the dragon mascot would come out, but instead of interacting with the kids, it was only a rushed photo before we were hurried along. I will say the local manager was kind, empathetic, and did everything she could to help. Tried offering free passes to come back. She followed up with me and escalated everything to the regional manager. Unfortunately, the overall handling of the situation still left me disappointed. When the regional manager took away the passes to come back. I chose to have the party here so I could relax and enjoy my daughter's special day instead of worrying about the details. Instead, I found myself handling many of the things I paid the venue to take care of while dealing with issues that should never happen at a children's party. Sadly, I can't recommend hosting a birthday party here. Many parents at our party told me it was their first time visiting Kids Empire, and after everything they witnessed, several said they wouldn't be coming back. Unfortunately, I won't be referring anyone here either.

My frustration was with the way management handled changes to party packages. I booked and prepaid for my son's birthday party in June (for a July party) during a promotion. Before the party, I even called the party hotline twice to go over the details of my reservation, and at no point was I told that the attraction tiers had changed or that there would be optional upgrades available. When we checked in with seven excited kids ready to play, I was told I would need to pay additional fees as their packages had changed. Mind you, I had already paid the $200 for the party in June. I had to pay $35 for an extra kid because the new package included 5, not 6 kids. In addition, I had to pay an additional $9 per child if I wanted everyone to have access to the attractions they wanted to use. That wasn't the time to be making an unexpected spending decision, and realistically I wasn't going to tell a group of kids that some of them couldn't participate. (I was prepared to pay for one extra kid and an extra pizza). We ended up paying $360 instead of the $260 I had budgeted. To add to the confusion, I also didn't receive the balloons that were included with my party package. After reaching out to management, they explained that the attraction tiers had changed after I booked and clarified how the pricing worked. While I still think the communication leading up to the event could have been much better, I do appreciate that they took the time to respond, acknowledged that the communication wasn't clear, and offered two complimentary Unlimited Play passes and a large pizza as a goodwill gesture. My suggestion to Urban Air would be simple: if party packages change after customers have already booked, proactively notify them before their event. It would avoid confusion, unexpected charges at check-in, and allow parents to make informed decisions before arriving with a group of excited kids. What would be even better is that when you book a package, you are locked into that price and details instead of it changing. I would be really hesitant to book another party here because I wouldn't know what price I would ultimately be paying day of. Overall, the kids had a blast, and we'd likely return to play. I just hope the communication around birthday parties improves, because that's what took away from an otherwise fun celebration.

Another favorite was the live bee exhibit, where kids can put on a little bee keeper costume and go inside to learn about bees up close. Such a fun and unique experience! Overall, this was a really enjoyable visit, and we would definitely come back. It's a great stop if you're heading to Knott's, and with the Museums for All pricing, it's incredibly affordable. Highly recommend!

Horrible party service! Staff uncleanliness/unsanitary/unorganized mess!! We had been here a few times with my daughter and my nephew and they enjoyed it. We booked my daughters birthday party here because we thought it would be a hit for her and her friends. For the price you pay for a party here, the service is horrible! The owners of this business really need to wake up to the impending closure of this facility if they keep running it this way. I feel sorry for the employees, they are constantly trying to meet customer demands and deadlines with minimal staff. They have one person at the check in desk checking in party guests. There is no place for guests to store gifts until the party starts, so guests have to lug around gifts. Guests waited up to 20 minutes to be checked in which cuts into the kids play time that you pay for. Our room wasn't ready until 30 minutes after our scheduled time. Guests and kids were hungry. We finally get our room and notice we did not have the theme we picked for our daughter. It was the plane Billy Beez theme instead of Moana. Which we paid extra for. The food still wasn't ready and we had to wait a bit once we were in the room. We had to keep asking for utensils, napkins and drinks. We also had to serve the food to our guests. Our contract stated we would have a party host, but we didn't since the staff member was too busy trying to catch up on finishing putting the room Together with the necessary supplies to get the party going. Instead we were handing out the pizza to guests and having to ask for things repeatedly. Most staff minus a nice blonde lady whose name escapes me, were oblivious and their uniforms were dirty and their hygiene was not up to par to be showing up at a workplace where you have to talk to customer. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be horrified at how the employees show up to work. Workers should look clean and professional. The workers putting the party together had the dirtiest shirts on. Anyone that looks dirty should not be handling kids plates. When I told the manager about how they didn't get the theme right, he said they overlooked it and offered longer time in the room free of charge. At this point who cares about staying in there longer? It's also disgusting to see the same staff member who put together your kids party, cleaning the bathroom after your party is over! ( who knows if he cross contaminated by not changing gloves, judging by their dirty uniforms, It's scary to think of what happens here) Pizza came in uncovered on a disgusting dirty cart. Room was quiet without music until I said " is there any type of music?" the staff member finally said oh yea and turned it on ( 20 minutes into the party). Juice was brought out after the kids were done with their pizza. This place is out of thier minds for what they charge and the service they deliver. Robbery!!! Do not book your kids birthday party here!!!!!!! Truly the most unorganized party we have ever experienced and I am pretty easy going. I can understand when things fall behind or some mistakes are made but this place is obviously not managed correctly while corporate just takes the money and runs. We took our kids to Billy Beez at Anaheim GardenWalk and they had SO much fun! This indoor playground is HUGE and perfect for getting energy out on hot days, rainy days, or Disneyland rest days. Location: Inside Anaheim GardenWalk near Disneyland Parking: Large parking garage attached to GardenWalk. First hour is usually free, then around $4/hour after that. Some validations may help reduce parking cost, so definitely ask before leaving. Hours: Usually around 10 or 11 AM opening and closes between 7-9 PM depending on the day. Prices: - Kids admission is about $19.95 - Babies under 1 are free with paid child - Extra adults cost extra - Grip socks required but u need billy beez socks!! They also offer 10-visit passes that save money if you plan to come often. Best ages in my opinion: Toddlers: There's a dedicated "Mini Beez" toddler section. Ages 4-10: BEST age range because they can fully enjoy all the climbing tunnels, giant slides, obstacle areas, sports courts, and ball blasters. Older kids even seemed to have fun too! Had a horrible customer service here today. Their corporate changed the policy and they now force you to purchase a $2 socks for each person coming inside. They hired bunch of teenagers at the front and they aren't trained properly to provide decent customer service. Worst of all, the manager is pretty ignorant, lazy, intimidating, and has no experience of handling upset customers. I made a complaint to this large white piece of Junk manager and he was acting like I didn't know anything and he thought he could boss me around. yeaa lol. I would be very surprised to see this guys losing his job and work back flipping charcoal burgers near by fastfood restuarant. If you guys changed the policy, make sure it's shown on your websites... Their reason for forcing customers to buy their socks is because of Covid and its dangerous... Rigggghhhttt... another way to increase sale and dump unnecessary purchases to customers is not a good business strategy. We customers should have choice to either buy their socks or keep our socks... Bad management and corporation. If anyone from the head corp is reading this review, make sure you replace this manager because he will only lose customers and lose credibility. read more

This has got to be one of THE WORST indoor playgrounds I've ever been too. The staff is rude, THE MANAGER in the black shirt didn't seem to know how to MANAGE her store. This place is extremely dirty and it seems like no one does their job. The mats are all full of visible dirt and the toys in the village are old, misused and torn up. Everyone is always on their cell phones and huddled in groups talking and they don't really check the wristbands before you leave they barely pay attention. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! FORMAL EMPLOYEE, hated working here if you are about to work here wouldn't recommend, NO BENEFITS, you have to pay for parking while other store employees do not , no request days off & manger and assistant manger would watch me struggle helping people all while they sit in then corner on their phones. Manger is weird and a dick , and would spread rumors and talk about other employees. Place needs a remodel especially where the toddlers play. Saw employees leave within weeks of working here. Party rooms are disgusting and need remodeling ASAP, wouldn't recommend booking a party here , pizza taste like shit . read more

We brought our kids to this place for the first time, we were an hour into their playtime and we were informed they would be closing soon. I asked what time was closing time and they told me at 8pm, we paid full price for each of my kids and we would of appreciate if the cashier, for example pointed to us they were closing in 1 hr. In that way I would probably decided if I wanted to pay the full price or simply walk away. I asked to talk to the manager and I was informed that the manager was not within the premises that day. I recently visited Billy Beez with my family and had a great time! The facility is huge and offers a ton of fun activities for kids of all ages. There are giant slides, climbing structures, ball pits, and plenty of other fun things to keep kids entertained for hours. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which was important for us as parents. Overall, I would recommend Billy Beez to anyone looking for a fun and safe indoor play area for their kids. I bring my nephew here every so often and I love this place. I even have fun when Im here. Its a little far from my home but worth the drive. I love that they take pictures of you and the child your with for security reasons so when you need to walk out they make sure the kids are with the correct adult they walked in with. There are so many activities in here that you won't get bored. My nephew has a blast every time and he loves being here. Food is not that good but overall we love it here. read more

Took my kids here for the first time today, the place was great. Had a lot of fun with kids, alot of great slides and activities to do here. Only issue I had here was the concern over the security on kids leaving without there parents. I seen at least 2 kids walk out and none of the staff was paying attention. They need better security to make sure kids don't wander off or end up leaving with a stranger read more

We recently had my daughter's 4th birthday here and all the kids loved it! Although, it was a bit pricey and the party package did not offer much. It's a fun place to bring the kids but weekends are a bit chaotic due to the parties. I would not recommend having a party here. The place is clean overall, but I would like it if workers pickef up in the toddler area. read more

Great place to take my two year old and her cousin! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that later when there were quite a few more big kids the big kids took over. They went into the toddler area and knocked over my nephew. You guys NEED to get someone to kick the big kids out of the little area if they are not with another little kid. read more

This place has fallen apart, pretty filthy, and run down. When do they clean the slides? Also they should hire more women in this place to balance out male/female workers in the environment. If you go, make sure you tell ypur kids to avoid touching their mouth and to wash/sanitize when they can. read more

Ive brought my son here a few times and he loves it. There is a lot to do, a lot of areas its a pretty decent size indoor playground. I even enjoy it as an adult. The only reason Im giving it a 4 stars is because the food Is terrible, but other than that we love it here and my son has a blast. read more

This place was a perfect place for kids, I'd say from 2-12yrs to play. I took my two kids on an outing with one of my friend and her three kids. Our kids were aged 2,3,6 and 8 and they all had a blast. all the facility is new and clean. I am definitely coming back here. read more

The playground is bigger than other ones I've been to in the area. -There is a cafe place inside with food, which I like because we could snack on something, get drinks and my kid could continue playing. The food is also pretty decent here. -There are many game machines that line the front area leading to the playground (think Boomers Vibe). -The party room towards the back of the facility has decent size, I would say it can fit up to 30 people. -The process is simple: we go to the counter where kids enter to play, pay the tickets, fill in the waiver forms electronically with QR code, then the kids/ adults get the paper wrist bands and can enter the playground. -No shoes inside the playground (there's a cubby for shoes past the playground entrance). Anti-skid Socks are required in the playground and can be purchased if we forget ours. -Employees are pretty nice. They look really young (around early college years just after high school). I hope they are trained well in regards to emergency situation when it comes to kids (this is neither positive nor negative so I'm keeping it a neutral perspective here). The cons: 1. There used to be a person at the door checking people entering and leaving the place to ensure kids don't leave with strangers (just like Chuck e Cheese). We didn't see anyone here upon entering but I ocassionally saw an employee coming back to that spot (maybe their job is not stationed there all the time? Which is strange). 2. They charge one adult ticket, on top of kids' tickets for kids under 7 yr old, which is unreasonable considering adults don't "play" in this area. 3. There is no outlet anywhere at the benchs/ tables so we can plug in our phone charger/ laptops. While I understand it's not a cafe, it'd be a nice feature to have considering the kids play here for min. 3 hours.

They open at 10am and the 10-11am slot is for tiny tots. You have to buy their socks - they don't like you using socks from other establishments. However on the day we went they gave us socks free because they had limited sizes. They have lockers with a key code and shoe racks. Closed toe shoes are needed for the American ninja warrior side of the park. And socks are needed for the huge trampoline side. The kids had a great time!

People opened it around 7 minutes late. My husband and I were about to leave but luckily stood around trying to make phone calls for long enough that someone eventually came and opened the gate. Instead there's bird poop, spider webs, and litter everywhere. The splash pad wasn't operating when we visited. Some of the playground equipment is rusty. All of it is outdated with some strange design choices. We were the only ones there, which after a while was sad and a bit creepy. I like that there's so much shady greenery and that the park is fenced in with an affordable admission fee. In fact, that's how an Instagram influencer convinced me to check this place out (last time I listen to that person, ay yi yi). But it's messed up how the ticket seller took our money with a big smile and told us to have a good time -- not letting us know that the splash pad was broken and sending us to play in a neglected mess. When I asked about the splash pad, I was told to contact Garden Grove city hall for updates. Not sure what's going on with this place. Maybe the employees could at least pick up trash and wipe away bird poop.

We have hosted multiple birthdays for our kids here and cannot recommend them enough. The prices are a bit cheaper on weekdays for the same experience and since the party is only a couple of hours, we are usually able to get great attendance for a simple weekday party at an affordable price. You're allowed to bring in your own snacks and they sell pizza/beverage packages. I love that flexibility to bring healthy snacks but also give kids what they really want: pizza. They call you a few days beforehand to confirm details and answer questions. Then when you arrive they handle all the setup of the decorations and banners and gift bags and cake (they ask for nothing frozen) while you go ENJOY YOUR PARTY. To me, this is the huge advantage of hosting your party at a venue and at this venue in particular. The ability to enjoy the party without stressing the details is priceless, and they do such a wonderful job with the presentation. They even asked me to come approve the setup before everyone came in. Then while you're enjoying your time with the kids, they have a photographer snapping quality pictures of all the kids at the party. They climb in the bounce houses and through the play stations snapping amazing candid and posed pictures and play them for you when you're enjoying the pizza and snacks. The flash drive of images, including group photos in front of the ginormous inflatable slide, isn't even crazy expensive. It was like $25, or something like that. The photographer's time and effort was 100% worth the price and gave a lovely memento of the day that I could share with other parents. In short, this place is amazing and affordable and so much fun. Do not hesitate to book a party here!
