We went to Billy Beez today. We've been before. It's over priced and not super clean but the kids have fun so it's worth it. It costs us nearly $100 to take our family here to play for a couple of hours. That's about a half a days wages. Again, it's worth it when we can afford it, because the kids have fun. BUT it ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT happen again. When we left today, I guess we missed the Stop sign on the enter/exit door and an employee comes hustling from around the corner (not the front desk) yelling at us to stop so she can make sure we have wrist bands on. When I asked her why she needed to check our wristbands she proceeded to say, "it's our policy." She saw that our wrists were all green and said, "ok" the started walking away. As she walks away she rudely says, "there's a reason the door says stop. It's right there" while giving me a nasty look. What was a fun morning ended with us being treated so rudely by the staff here. NOPE. There are far too many options for spending my money and showing my kids a fun time to be wasted on a business who doesn't care about the customer and allows its employees to act so unkindly. This place is a complete scam. I bought the 10 pass card and never had an issue when I go with my twins until recently. I went in like every other time and they tried to charge me for one of my kids when I had 7 visits left on the card. Confused I asked why and they said they changed their policy. So let me understand, I pay for 10 visits ahead of time but now you have changed your policy after purchasing this card to being able to only scan one adult and one child at a time?! That's absurd. DON'T RENT A PARTY ROOM!!!! On March 22, 2025 my family and I had a birthday party for my child inside the party room that we had rented. Online we were told that we would have time to set up for the party and that there would be a host for our party. We arrived an hour before our party and were denied entry into the party room until that actual party start time. Therefore, we had to sit in the lobby with our cake, gifts, and party supplies. Once we were admitted into the party room we had to rush and set up decorations while guests were there. We had no host assisting us. We just had a lady come immediately bring pizzas that were cold. Once we requested that the pizzas be warmed up she disappeared with the pizza. When we asked another worker what happened to our helper (not a party host) we were told she burned her hand on the pizzas and had to rush to ER. My daughter had a deluxe party here. Cool indoor playground but horrible customer service. The people in the front were unwelcoming to my party. They are so strict here, can't even have our own water bottle. A lady in plaid with big hoop earrings rudely passed by me and told me no outside food or drinks and didn't even bother to offer my pregnant self anything. It's an effing contained water bottle. I have been taking my Kids, Niece's , Nephew's to Billy Beez Valencia for 9 years. I have had over 12 parties and always had Great Experiences . Until Yesterday I was verbally assaulted by the Manager Alma Huerta all over my niece not having billy beez socks on! Which lead to security and police be requested by myself. I had over 10 other parents who were in shock and disgust over her actions, verbally assault and very aggressive body language. I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL SHE IS LET GO !!! Billybeez corporate really needs to read all the negative comments for this Valencia location. Sanitation was also an issue not one of the 3 woman in the Cafe was wearing Gloves, Hair nets while visible handling food. I've been coming here for years and my kids love it. Yes they had to make some changes because of the pandemic but I'm ok with that as long as they stay open for my kids. My 22 month and 4 year old always have a fantastic time. The place is pretty big with a lot of different activities for both younger and older kids. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner. The staff is usually great. The snack bar is temporarily closed because of COVID but you can leave and come back as long as you have your wrist bands on. We bought a 10 pack for each kid which includes 1 adult admission which was a good deal. You have to wear billy beez socks so remember to bring them back if you buy the package because you only get 1 pair. We forgot them once and had to buy new ones. My family and I recently visited Billy Beez today at approx 2pm, and we were disappointed with the service. Upon entering, the cashier appeared disengaged and unfriendly, displaying a poor attitude. The only team member who demonstrated a positive demeanor was a young man on staff. Unfortunately, I also witnessed another female employee rudely reprimanding him, demanding he take out the trash in a demeaning manner in front of guests. This experience left me questioning the hiring and training process. Employees who interact with children and families should exhibit positivity and professionalism. Having visited this location five years ago, I was disheartened to see such a change, especially during my first visit with my daughter. We've been to this place before Covid and returned today to revisit it. At 2:30pm, it was a totally dead. A disinterested looking lady was at the front. This place is horrible, I love yelp for its feedback and I usually always leave a positive one but how this place is still operating is beyond my comprehension. My son had an incident where he fell and cracked his tooth while missing a step onto one of their platforms , usually they have mats out but this area didn't. He started bleeding from his mouth and there was blood on the floor and I immediately rushed him to the bathroom in panic . The staff all heard his cries and I tried my best to stay calm. One of the staff members just stood outside the door listening and staring at us while holding the door open, never asked if he was ok, never asked where the incident happened just stared , it was the most awkward thing ever, not to mention rude, They have no consideration for anyone . My kids were invited to a birthday party (first one at Billy Beez) for a school friend thinking it would be a fun time because my kids love this place, but it turned out to be terrible and one of the worst experiences I've ever had. After the kids played we were called into the birthday room for pizza and cake, however, the pizza never showed up. The kids waited in the room for well more than 30 minutes. Finally someone who worked there came and advised the birthday girls Mom that they were so "sorry", but they needed to leave the room because there was another birthday party scheduled. First of all the kids NEVER got their pizza or drinks, a birthday coordinator NEVER coordinated anything, and we had to rush singing happy birthday because the workers were in the room with the trash can starting to throw everything away. They advised us that we needed to take all of our belongings into the open food area with the cake, presents, decorations, etc. We asked to speak with the Manager (Alma) whom never came and spoke to the parents and when she did, she had an attitude about trying to fix all the screw ups that her staff was making. The Assistant Manager was apologetic, however, lied about her name and said it was Elizabeth, when the Manager said her name was Chloe. We asked for her name as reference when the parents of the birthday girl were to contact Corporate. The birthday started at 3:30pm and still no pizza by 6:30pm and unfortunately we had to leave the party and head home. I was so disappointed how rude the staff was and the lack of customer service. I had thought about doing a birthday party here, but I will never have one and I will definitely communicate to anyone who wants to....don't. Management needs to step up! We live about 25 minutes away from here and needed to come up to see some family, my family friend and I, and our 4 and 6 year old daughters, decided to meet here so the girls could play. Our friends were treating us, so my daughter and I sat down to wait for them. My daughter had to go to the bathroom real bad and the bathroom is, of course, inside the play area. I asked someone if she could use the bathroom real fast and we were told no. She said no due to "safety precautions". We then had to leave to go to the Mexican restaurant next door. That was a real turn off and we hadn't even been there for 5 minutes. The food is incredibly over priced and terrible. Soggy tater tots and chicken fingers that were only good because we were starving and a small soda that was in a small water cup cost $9. She wouldn't upgrade me to a large drink so she had to charge me for a regular drink and gave me a large cup since they were out of regular drinks. Mind you, the lady that told me no to using the bathroom was the same woman that took my food order. Now the positive is that our kids loved this place so much they didn't want to leave. My daughter is a slide snob and she loved every single slide here. It provided our kids three hours of fun and my little will sleep like a rock tonight. I also like their wristband method so my kid can't leave or leave with someone else. Their exits also have an alarm on them because my daughter tried to slip out and the alarm was startling. Not complaining about that because it's necessary. On the way out I noticed that it was messy with employees shoes and boots behind the counter. It should be a safety precaution for the lady that took her boots off that told us we couldn't use the restroom because another employee could have tripped over those. I like that my kid enjoyed this place, but I wouldn't drive up just to let her play here, I'd have to already be in the area for something else. I came to Billy Beez a few months ago and my granddaughter walked in and decided she didn't want to play after paying for her ticket and myself. A Billy Beez employee gave me credit on her ticket but not mine. I was okay with that, then a few months latter we decide to give it another try and they scanned the card that the credit was on and said sorry theres no credit on the card. However, there was also an employee that wrote one child on the back of the card with a sharpie and they still wouldn't give me the credit I was owed for her. This establishment is unprofessional with a bunch of young kids running it. I will never come back! read more

YELP 100 REVIEW CHALLENGE 2016 --- 20/100 We pass by this place all time, but due time restrictions we never got to go. MAKE SURE TO BRING SOCKS! This place is great for kids 4 and up, unless you have a little one that's not scared to go down slides really fast. My husband and I went down the slides and were surprised when we went super fast. My 3 year old wasn't able to go down most of them on her own. They do have a small baby section but it's quite limited. They also have a ball area, same one from Universals, which is great. My kids loved the basketball/soccer section. We spent at least an hour just playing around. The place is a great place for kids. They even have a little cafe. Prices are reasonable, but if you have a large family it can be a little pricey. read more

I tried to explain to her that we had snacks to accommodate a diabetic in our group if our glucose meter (we where a dexcom meter) had a low spike which pings our phone but she disregarded me and did not let me talk and kept talking over me. Her raising her voice and talking over me was in excusable. The fact that I legitimately could not get a word out to even explain that an individual in our group has diabetes and glucose meter hit a low from running around is a true indication of her lack of ability to manage your facility. Mike came over and was extremely kind and tried his best to de escalate the situation and was witness( along with multiple other people around) to April talking over me. April has created a hostile environment that could have led to a medical emergency today, due to her inability to listen to the customer. I would have gladly thrown away our snacks and purchased food (which I have numerous times in the past) but how she handled the incident was inexcusable. We had my daughter's 9th here in October, and it was the best! Sherry the party planner was on point, and Connor our host was the sweetest. (Connor I Venmo'd you a tip, I hope you received it) My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time playing. The staff quite literally did everything for me, so I was able to chat with the other parents and even relax a little. Mike the manager was hilarious and super warm and friendly. He always made sure to check in on us throughout the party. My son is obsessed with Mike and thinks he's his grandpa (when we talked to him on the phone prior to the party). The space is so vast, there is so much for the kids to do, they were busy the whole time! The party room is reserved for 2 hours, but we stayed and played for hours after the party room expired. One lady who answered the phone originally was a bit rude, but I won't deduct a star because it was handled. Was so much fun, we'd do it all over again! Love. This. Place. Seriously. Taken my son (4yo) here a few times and it's a default option. It's huge and we have hours of fun (yes WE). Compared to giggles and hugs and other play areas it's probably 2-3 times the size, it's big enough for adults to go in with their kids and has a small food court. The food is ok, nothing fancy. They don't close for parties either which is awesome because we know we'll get in. Pricing is fair considering we're there for at least 4 hours every time we go. There's only one small door that you can get out of and there's an employee guarding it. I am completely disappointed in my experience at the Valencia, CA location. When I arrived, I was asked to fill a waiver using the QR code, which I did. Once I completed the form, it clears and starts over. The self proclaimed Manager of the location asked to see the form but I informed that it had cleared and I could not recall the form to show again. She repeatedly told me she needed to see the form, at least 5 more times and each time I expressed that the form had cleared and there was nothing I can show. She became insistent and also told me I was being aggrevating. I finally asked if she can look me up by phone number, which she finally complied to do after a second request then told me I wasn't allowed in because I wasn't in the system and didn't complete the form. I checked my emails and got a waiver confirmation which I showed her and she became frustrated and entered it in. I asked for her regional manager info or corporate number or contacts for complaints and she refused to provide any information including her name. I will reinforce she did confirm she was the manager. This incident occurred on 01/20/2024 at around 2pm. She was completely unreasonable, disrespectful and refused to acknowledge that my form was no longer visible once I clicked the complete button. No employees wear name tags. I brought my son to play here today and boy do I regret it. We waited for 10 minutes to be helped because there was only one person on register. The young man that helped us was very nice. After playing for about an hour, my son and I sat down at a table. I brought him a pouch and water for snack. Two minutes into sitting I was abruptly approached by a woman that said there was no outside food or drink allowed and that I had to go to lobby area to eat I communicated he was almost done. She then responded that if I didn't not comply I would be asked to leave. Not really sure why she was so aggressive about it, but we got up and continued playing. I told her that I wasn't talking to her. She proceeded to say that, I'm highest one here you can talk to me". I communicated that she lacked tack when she initially approached me and that I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me. She continued to talk over me so I chose to walk away and watch my son play. While my son was playing I tried to look up information about corporate and finding a customer service number. I was unable to find one. Before leaving you are required to show a staff member your wristband that matches your child's. After he checked our wristbands, he let us out. Right before we left, I realized we left my son's shoes inside. He let us in again. After doing so he went back to help customers in line. We grabbed his shoes and walked right through the gate because it was broken! It's supposed to locked at all times because children are present and running around unsupervised. Definitely made me question the safety of this establishment. I purchased a 10 pack today and completely regret my decision. I found my receipt and Billy Beez card so that I could get a refund after my horrible experience. The employee said she had to ask her manager. When she came back to the register, she said there is nothing I can do. The same unprofessional manager came over with a post with corporates email on it.
