This place is great for kids 4 and up, unless you have a little one that's not scared to go down slides really fast. My husband and I went down the slides and were surprised when we went super fast. My 3 year old wasn't able to go down most of them on her own. They do have a small baby section but it's quite limited. They also have a ball area, same one from Universals, which is great. My kids loved the basketball/soccer section. We spent at least an hour just playing around. The place is a great place for kids. They even have a little cafe. Prices are reasonable, but if you have a large family it can be a little pricey. read more

Horrible customer service, the girl at the front with long black hair, thin wearing a grey sweat shirt (2-15-24) has absolutely no type of courtesy, or is kid friendly. Been here multiple times and the staff isnt great, the kids love it here, but definitely considering not coming here anymore. read more

Although the kids had a blast, I would not honestly recommend a birthday party here. Some of the staff tried hard and others had attitudes--rude attitudes. They aren't staffed appropriately for hosting parties. When I have my guests -- multiple guests -- mention to me that staff members were rude, it just puts a bummer on the whole thing. A dedicated party host was necessary and seems they haven't had one in years. So, although not a horrible experience, my other kiddos won't be having any parties here. read more

I was at my granddaughthers birthday, the kids never got there food or drinks they waited for so long. I have mixed feelings about this place. I have taken my kids to many indoor play zones. First off it's pricey in my opinion. I didn't understand why parents have to pay to watch their kids play? That I have never encountered before. I Can understand the price for the kids because you can come back at anytime of the day. It worked out for us because we left for lunch (waking distance) and returned to play for another 2 hours. Overall their facility was a bit dirty. The staff did not seem happy to be there. The line to the cafe was so long because only one staff member was working. They need to hire more people, but people with better attitudes. Not sure that we will return. read more

Some negative reviews of this place have been posted lately and that doesn't match my recent experience at all. We hadn't been here in a few years so I brought the kids last week -- and between all the different slides, tunnels, climbing, the upper and lower levels of the ball room, etc. they had a great time. They start getting a little bored at Scooter's Jungle and Rockin' Jump after about an hour because the space and options are limited; but we were here for more than 2.5 hours and they were engaged the entire time. And we only left because they wanted to get some lunch at that point, so really we could have stayed longer. I can't speak for the parties, the bathrooms or the food; but in terms of the activities here, it worked out quite well for us. read more

I'm sure it's great if you get in but that didn't happen. Came this morning for the 1st time with a regular. 4 kids total and they didn't let us in because their system was down. How? What? It's a nice play area and concept but the people running this establishment is very rude and don't know how to talk to people or handle issues. First I had bought a package for my son. The person that entered the information put the wrong name and phone number for check in. I had gone to the place a few times to talk to their manager who had promised to call back but never did. When I talk to other employees they don't care or simply state ma'am that's not my problem. I had to come back several times just to catch the manager address the issue. Problem was finally resolved with corporate having proved what I paid. Just a headache. Today I brought my son to play and had left over food at the food court. They said I couldn't bring it inside. I understand and told them my mom is on her way to pick it up from here I'm not going to take it inside. She said it was fine and open the door and my kids in and I had to run in after them. I left the food outside for my mom. Minutes later another lady employee came up to me and rudely said we explained the rules and the food is not her problem and can't be left outside to wait for my mom. Honestly it's okay it was just a taco and I ended up throwing it away. But she was rude and clearly does not know how to talk to customers. Perhaps before letting us in they could kindly say please toss it before going in if they were not okay with it outside to wait and not approach me so RUDELY AND AGGRESSIVELY inside. We have taken our children here several times, and each time has been a spectacular experience. I should have written a 5-star review much sooner! We went most recently today, Father's Day, and as expected had a total blast! The staff are so nice and truly accommodating, it's a breath of fresh air to see staff at this kind of place who actually care about their jobs! Terrible customer service, pre paid for a two hour party. One of the guests showed up an hour before closing and they wouldn't let her in. They also wouldn't give a refund for the person that they wouldn't let in. The person running the desk wouldn't call the manager or give us her name. Terrible way to run a business. Also the bathrooms are disgusting. The snack bar also closed 1 hour before closing. How can a business do they with kids getting hot and sweaty and needing waters or juice. Kids love it, parents hate it. Why would I need to pay extra money to do nothing? The parent fee is a scam after paying the child fee. I don't know any other kids play place that charges for the kids and then sneaks in a superset fee by claiming they are not a childcare facility. An indoor playground. It is nice and cool during the summer. The only reason I gave it a 3 stars is because it is a bit pricey. Children up to 17 $18 and adults accompanying children $4. And be prepared to pay for their own logo sock for $3:19. It doesn't matter if you have your own non skid sock. You will still have to buy theirs. Scooter jungle is a bit better because you can bring in your own socks. read more

This place is really terrible. I'm not sure how they are still in business. It is so dirty. The bathrooms ready disgusting. I was with my kids going up to go to the slides and you can see the amount of dust and dirt on the slides. This is not a place to be bring kids too. It is unsanitary and super dirty. I'm not sure why they haven't gotten shut down yet or why a health inspector has not seen the dirt and filth in this place. The food section don't even bother I wouldn't even buy anything. I held my son's birthday party here this past weekend. From the moment I went there to get pricing, till the moment all guests had left the party, Sean couldn't have been better. While the day of had a couple hiccups due to being understaffed, Sean went above and beyond to make sure all our guests and myself were happy and having a good time. Please clean up your place. Seriously, I was here first time 2018 and your place then was really clean. Been there a couple of days ago and the smell alone was disgusting. It's dusty everywhere, littering everywhere and looks like the place is not cleaned for days or probably weeks. This kind of establishment should be cleaned everyday, disinfected everyday. With the price you are asking from your customers we expect this place to be clean especially that kids, toddlers are running, crawling everywhere. We went there on a weekend and there are enough front desk persons to check people in...so the wait for each family is like 15 mins and more....there no any kind of sanitation....the bathrooms are filthy and it's not a cheap place so it least we should get what we pay for....the kids usually have a blast but it is a filthy place. read more

I was looking for an Indoor playground for my 2 toddlers and decided to bring them here as I have checked this place on yelp several times. We were greeted accordingly and felt very welcomed, however my concern is the charges for adults. As the adults increase so does the price which is disheartening. I understand many parents may engage with their children but I think it should be one price. My concern is parents will purchase food and drinks which should offset the entry fee. My children had a wonderful time and was a great experience overall. I like their check in policy and how the staff ensures the safety of all children. Great indoor playground. read more

Went here for the first time with a 3 year old that I babysit & I can honestly say I was very impressed with this place! There are a variety of things for kids to do here whether it's sliding down slides, playing in ball pits, or running around on the jungle gym. Everything is safe & pretty easy to navigate through. I like that they made all of the equipment strong enough to withstand adults as opposed to only little children. With that being said, you are more than welcome to play on the equipment with your children. As I briefly mentioned earlier, there are slides all ranging in different speeds & shapes. Some are really fast & some are really slow, so I definitely recommend super vision if child is going on one. Other then that, everything else seems pretty safe & easy to play on. My only complaint was the food. Not only was it overpriced, but there was very little options & the service took forever. I ordered chicken nuggets & a hot dog which almost took an hour to come out!! So if I were you parents, babysitters, etc. I'd make sure to pack a lunch. You are made to take off your shoes but don't worry they provide free storage spaces. They also offer lockers but you need to bring your own lock! I personally love this place & had so much fun here which is crazy since I'm 24! One star is already too much for this place. THIS PLACE SUCKS. The employees are so rude and are honestly so damn lazy. Some of them spent time on their phones in the middle of getting our slushees like bro?? We ordered a pizza and instead of taking it to our table they made me carry it to the table WHEN IT WAS FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN without anything to carry it with I burnt my hand. After I saw the same guy who took my order carry out a pizza to a table WITH AN OVEN MIT. Like what the?? We saw an employee putting a coffee packet in his mouth while he was grabbing a cup and then he proceeded to open that same packet that was in his mouth and pour it for a customer. The carts that they push the food and drinks around on...yeah they had knives hanging off of the cart while their are children running around. Knives children? Hmmm.... This place was so dirty, there was food and trash all over the floor and dirt swept in to the corners of the floors and in between the mats. I doubt they actually clean the mats, and just sweep the dirt in between the cracks. The bathrooms were so disgusting and dirty like they never get cleaned, the cafe area was out of all the food they were supposed to have and we only went a couple hours after opening. I brought my three grandkids here at $25 a kid's and my husband and I wanted to trade off watching them in the play area because there has to be an adult. Both of us are 65 years of age. I used to love this place. Today I am here with my kids and I saw 2 women without their brace band and I saw at least 3 families leaving the place without being check if they were together or not. The alarm sounds and nobody came to check. The all point of this place it was the safety after today unless you are seating right next to the door ai believe it is not worth it. How sad its this. I understand because of Covid business are short of staff but if you do not have staff limit the number of clients. Terrible !! TERRIBLE customer service! We come from LA to play here and today was the worst experience. First, starting today, they require you to buy their Billy Beez socks. While annoying, I was willing to go along with it because my kids love playing here. They are $3 a pair. BUT then a big group of Boys and Girls Club kids came in and NONE of them are wearing socks. I spoke with the manager and she said it was because they booked their time months in advance. Huh?!?! If it's the rule today, then EVERYONE should be required to abide by this policy. This is why it's a total racket just for the company to make money. We are already paying a lot of money just to play here. Also, I asked for the manager's name and she was "uncomfortable giving me this information". This is a clear indication of poor business practices and the fact that these policies are angering customers. A parent was complaining to the manger just before I was as well. And they don't let you bring outside food inside, they want you to buy their food of course. And it's all pizza and nachos. If you want to give your kids a healthy snack from home forget it! I've been to over a dozen similar establishments all over the US (most in CA). I can say without a doubt this is the worse. 1. It's $15.99 per child. That's $6 dollars more than any other places. I have two children and adults need to pay. Total without socks was a whooping $40. 2. YOU CANNOT USE GRIP SOCKS OF BETTER OR SIMILAR QUALITY FROM OTHER BOUNCE HOUSES. They claim this is due to some phantom regulation, but in fact they're just greedy. Socks are and ungodly $3.50 each!!! Other bounce houses charge $2 for theirs. 3. Lastly, their address is misrepresented in google. Despite the lady in the front explaining that this is a common complaint from customers who like myself had to walk nearly a a third of a mile with two kids after parking in the wrong area, they've made zero effort to change or give clearer instructions on their page. I refused to pay for my kids to play here out of principle. Dear who ever owns this establishment. Stop trying to nickel and dime people. You will not last long here. read more

Trying to find affordable indoor place for the kids to play can be frustrating because they are usually not the cleanest or don't have a lot of activities for the kids. Billy beez is really clean and my two kids can play in this place all day. There are dozens of slides and climbers and it's a pretty big place. You can't bring in outside food but they do have a snack bar. That being said it's attached to the mall and you can come in and out as you please which is pretty convenient. For a family of four it ends up being about $40 for all day. You can get packs which make it cheaper which is good. More than likely you'll be trying to relax at the front while the kids are running around. Consider bringing headphones because there are a lot of screaming kids running around crying havoc and letting loose the dogs of war. People with children know what I mean. In summary a convenient spot to let your kids burn off extra energy which is clean, fun and great if it's too hot or too cold for a park. Note: you can't leave your children here. The facility was much cleaner and well kept than I expected. The pizza wasn't bad either. More cheese than sauce... Room was ready for the party when we got there. Kids had a great time. Free refills of soda during the party. There were a few areas that were shut down and marked with yellow caution tape but 90+% of the activities were available. Rooms for the parties were a little small and number of guests were limited. Overall, a good experience for all. read more

I spent nearly $200 and the manager was so rude! We had our grandmother, a senior who was supposed to be free and the manager still charged me for her pass. She was very rude and has zero customer service skills. She scolded me and told me that my whole group had to be present to enter. I had my sister and her 3 kids with us and had them enter a few minutes before i did because my father was still parking the car with my children inside. Of course I would have to wait for them!
