By the way, if you do not have the time or are just too lazy to go and get your own food, that is too many peoples hands in the service portion to place ALL the blame, maybe cut panera bread some slack in this case. I ordered for myself and 3 coworkers, but only 2 of 4 orders were received when it was marked delivered. Apparently, the store forgot to pack it all in one bag, and told the driver they did. The driver was very communicative, explained the error on the store's part, and even went back to pick up the remaining orders. However, their lunchtime was over upon correcting the delivery issue. Panera did credit the entire missing order, so I was made whole to try again another day. Cheers!
