I had the "3 for Me" Smash Burger, which comes with a burger, fries, salad, and a drink. I was excited to have a Sprite, but they were out of it. I then asked for a lemonade, as I don't like any other soda, but they were out of that too. I had to settle for a fruit punch, which I took one sip of and couldn't drink. I was severely disappointed with the lack of drink options on a Sunday afternoon. To make matters worse, the waiter passed out drinks with his hands on the rim of the glasses, which is both gross and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the inadequate service didn't stop there. I received my side salad about 15 minutes after ordering, but we didn't receive any updates on the rest of our food until we went up front to ask about it. Our waiter was not managing expectations well. It's not a big restaurant and it wasn't packed. Forty-five minutes after we placed our order, we were ready to leave. The food finally came out at 1:56, and while the fries were warm, the burgers were room temperature. We sent one back but ate the others. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my food. The burger was just okay. It was not worth the wait at all. To top it off, a bug was flying near our food while we were trying to eat. The food was affordable, but I will not be returning anytime soon. Overall, the experience was pretty bad. My cousin was late to work because the food took so long. If you're looking for somewhere to eat lunch on a Sunday afternoon, I do not recommend this location. Rating: 1.8/5

I am not making this up, call yourself and ask to speak to the manager on Duty or better yet be an undercover owner visiting your own establishment to gather information with your own eyes.
