Passing through and came across this spot to grab something to eat. Staff was friendly and prices were on point. The spicy lemon pepper wings were great. They were as if a spicy Buffalo wing was kissed with some lemon pepper seasoning. The cheesesteak was packed full of meat, peppers, onions, and mushrooms with just the right amount of cheese. The bread held up well with all the ingredients. Definitely a chill spot to go and grab some wings, fried rice, cheesesteak, gyro, or even birria tacos. read more

Got the Philly and wing combo with hot flavored wings. The Philly didn't disappoint very good with just the right chew on the bread and lots of flavor. The wings were savage because I am debating going back for more. Great little hole in the wall. read more

I hadn't had any wings in awhile so I decided to try K BBQ Bop. I've ordered food from here before but I couldn't remember the last time I went. The name of the entree I had then was B.Bop I believe. It was bbq beef and it was pretty delicious if I recall correctly. Wings are usually hit or miss. I've had Korean fried chicken before and I'm a fan. I ordered the dry lemon pepper wings online. It came with fries and a drink. When I came to pick up the wings the cashier was very welcoming. He told me that my fries weren't ready yet and I waited for only a couple minutes. The food was good. I can't say that the wings here were greater than your favorite spot but they weren't disappointing either. There was flavor on every wing which is really a plus compared to some places. Also, the wings weren't really greasy. If I really think about it that's not common at any wing place I got too. I'm giving K BBQ Bop 4 stars for their wings. I don't think they'll blow you away in terms of flavor. Lemon pepper is usually the same everywhere but the wings are not greasy. That counts for a lot. Also, this place is super clean inside. Just tried this restaurant for the first time after seeing positive reviews on Yelp. The cashier was very nice and helpful when we weren't sure what to order. It took a few extra minutes to get our food because it's fresh cooked to order and was worth the wait! The dining area was so clean and is wheelchair friendly! I love the bench seating along the walls! The only disappointment I had was the reviews raved about the ribs and they are no longer available. I got the Bulgoggi beef Philly sandwich with wings on the side and it was super good! The bread the sandwich is made with doesn't get soggy or fall apart which was a great thing. My husband got the lamb gyro and wings and was very happy with it. I'm definitely going back! read more

Today was our third visit. We have experienced the absolute best customer service at every visit, without question. Previously, I've only tried the wings, which are good and crispy. Today, I went with my daughter, who asked if the Philly cheesesteak was good. The answer was yes, and fortunately for us, we got to try an item not on the menu yet...you can upgrade to ribeye steak. Uncle Roger approves! This is the First Korean BBQ spot in Mobile and it's awesome. The owner came out and let us try Kimchi for free and also brought us a couple of ribs for free. We tried the B Bop which is a mixture of Korean bbq, fried rice, glass noodles cabbage and hot sauce. It was awesome! Clean and friendly atmosphere and food came out very fast! Awesome wings! I do business with South Korea and these wings were spot on! I had the Gangnam style wings and absolutely awesome.

Have been twice now, once with the Mrs and again with lil Pug. Both visits food was excellent, have now had the beef bowl and fried ribs, recommend both. First visit was a Saturday, not crowded. Fella working the counter (turned out to be an owner) super nice and very welcoming. Explained how the "program" works and we were able to get our bowls to our personal liking, mine a little more spicy hot than Mrs. Pugterrier. Owner brought out a couple ribs for us to try, oh yeah I will be back. Plenty of food, brought leftovers home and Lil' Pug had a midnight snack. Hence the second visit, as we arose Sunday morning, Lil' Pug was already disappointed and announced they are closed on Sunday. Second visit was delayed until Monday, had lunch and the young lady working was very polite and nice, food was the same as Saturday, heck yes! A new spot to hit for lunch, and so close to the kennel. Lil' Pug had the beef bowl and I went with a full on rib lunch, and the leftovers made it home. Report card: Food quality A+ Food quantity A+ Cleanliness A+ Atmosphere B unless you are a huge fan of the K-pop videos running, its pretty much a standard fast food setting. Likely to return? Maybe later today for supper. All in all a great little spot with wonderful food and a menu that offers a burger and philly sammich I just MUST try. I think this is a one spot shop and not a franchise or big operator, please support this spot, I would hate to see it fall by the wayside due to lack of trying it. I was hesitant at first but lucky for me Mrs. Pugterrier knows how much I like Korean bbq and she led the way. Update: Lil' Pug has now added three more visits to her list and I have one. Got the chance to enjoy the burger, and I do mean enjoy. Last on my bucket list here is that Philly sammich, as soon as I recover from my root canal and can enjoy a chewy meal it's on! In the interim I imagine the rest of the Pugterrier family will be hitting this new addition to our rotation. read more

Excellent food. Hefty servings. Gyro and Philly cheese steak are great too. I tried the B Bop and it was literally like 5 servings!!!

I have yet to find something here I didn't like. From the ribs to the bop to the wings, all are excellent. I was so happy when I saw a Korean BBQ place open a couple years ago and it was close to home which is a plus. Our first time there the owner brought additional rins for us to try. Now I'm a complete whimp when it comes to spice foe the hot ones weren't my cup of tea but the meat was good on all the ribs. The Bop was excellent and plentiful, I had leftovers for 2-3days. I also destroyed the wings I bought a couple days ago. I dont think there is a thing on this menu you won't like. I plan to try the cheese steak next time I go!!!! read more

Fabulous restaurant and different than anything else you will find in Mobile. Strongly recommend trying the B.Bop as it's delicious. If you aren't sure what you want or how spicy the owner will let you sample to make sure you are happy with what you get. read more
