I had them over to remove and redo the caulking around my shower in the primary bathroom. I had it done previously for cheap and it was done poorly/mildew had grown quite rapidly. I was fully aware the Regrout Systems team would not be the cheapest option, I was quite happy with the quality of the work and the ease with which everything was coordinated. The showers were remodeled…read moreover 20 years ago and have not been professionally cleaned for the entire time - of course they were cleaned in that time, but my poor cleaning led to build-up of layers of bar soap which stuck to the shower tiles and made them look worse and worse. The owner, Elvin, took the time to explain proper care and cleaning for tile and showed me how much of the wax- based bar soap had built up on the tiles which I clearly was unaware of over the years - I knew I needed a professional cleaning and resealing of my tile. I scheduled one shower for a thorough cleaning, resealing, and some recaulking. Upon completion of the first shower, I scheduled my second shower for a full cleaning, resealing, regrouting, and recaulking as it looked plain terrible. Elvin arrived timely each day and worked diligently to complete both jobs within the timeframes stated, and with minimal disruption being unable to use the shower until the job was completed and the tiles completed dried from resealing. Elvin also cleaned his work area at the end of each day, something we appreciate. Also, his wife Dina was responsive to all my texts for scheduling and for any questions I had - both Dina and Elvin were friendly and professional in all my interactions. Both showers looked much better and I regret I did not contact The Grout Doctor sooner. With Elvin's advice, I plan on maintaining my shower tiles properly moving forward and having him back as needed for any maintenance / professional cleaning and resealing as needed.

We spent about 30K on the flooring after they up-charged us on concrete to level the floors because if we didn't then the warranty would not be in place. Within a year the flooring by my pantry started to come apart. We ignored it but after a while we found more flooring has come apart going into the living room and hallway. I finally called My Flooring Guy for help. They told me the warranty on their work only lasted a year. The 30 year warranty was by the manufacturer. However they would have someone call me to see if it was covered. No one called. I called again. This time they gave me an email address to send pictures of the problem. I did so but again no answer. These floors were supposed to last but apparently they don't and this company doesn't stand by their work. Do not go with this company or you will regret it. I will be having someone come out to try to fix my floors and will look into legal action if possible. So much money wasted. Thanks for nothing My Flooring Guy.
