I received an email and text letting me know as much, so called to see if I could reschedule. We all know everyone is trying to get everything done before the holiday season! So I called and Paul answered; let me just say his friendliness and professionalism were amazing, he INSTANTLY passed the vibe check. Not only did Paul accommodate my request, he was able to come two days sooner (today). Paul and his team were on time, efficient, did an awesome job and the price quoted was the price paid! So very cool. Only thing I'd note is it's check or cash (which was totally fine by me) but a heads up most folks have an expectation of electronic options these days. We hired him for tile/gout and carpet cleaning services for 2 separate occasions. Tile/gout: most reasonable price after searching several quotes around. He gave tips on how to keep the tiles/gout clean over time, which is helpful. He can clean bathroom tile walls too! Carpet: not the cheapest but fair pricing for the effort that he goes above and beyond. I asked him to give extra deodorization for the rooms that are smellier and he did! I love a good clean carpet smell. In both of these services, I really appreciate that he moved around pieces of our furniture to really make sure that he cleaning every area as much as possible, like our crib! We also value how on time he is compared to other places. We're quite busy so it can be an inconvenience when places say that they will arrive within a 1-2 hr range. However, he gives a 30 min range of time and when I asked him to come closer to the exact time, he kept his word (we also scheduled him in the morning so that might also play a factor).
