This is my second time utilizing the Carpet Saver services! Each time has been such a pleasant experience. First was for a whole-house scrub down, of my (now replaced) carpeting 5 years back). This time it was time for a couch cleaning - and with three dogs, boy was it necessary! Our giant couches look brand new, and so does the rug. They really breathed new life into them. They also don't have the o' de' Doge scent anymore! Amazing stuff. Would use their services again. read more

I am so impressed and pleased with the service from Carpet Savers! I booked an appt online, but it turned out the time was unavailable. I received an email and text letting me know as much, so called to see if I could reschedule. We all know everyone is trying to get everything done before the holiday season! So I called and Paul answered; let me just say his friendliness and professionalism were amazing, he INSTANTLY passed the vibe check. Not only did Paul accommodate my request, he was able to come two days sooner (today). Paul and his team were on time, efficient, did an awesome job and the price quoted was the price paid! So very cool. Only thing I'd note is it's check or cash (which was totally fine by me) but a heads up most folks have an expectation of electronic options these days. Anyway 12/10 recommend Paul and Carpet Savers. He's already a contact in my phone. Make the call! Your carpets will thank you. First of all, I got an instant quote on the phone. I had tracked in oil on the carpet and it wouldn't come out. Paul said if his mobile steam cleaning unit couldn't get it out no one could. He communicated with me a number of times and arrived Exactly on time. When he looked at the carpet and we talked about the details, he said he could get it clean. After making one swipe with the steam vacuum on the carpet I was shocked how clean it looked. In the worst areas he went over two and three times. My dog had just run into a bush full of fleas and out of fear and paranoia that flea eggs could have dropped onto our carpet, we called Carpet Savers! They responded so quickly to our inquiries and because they were so attentive, we ended up going with them over other quotes. They were so fast, coming over to clean our studio apartment the very next day! They steam cleaned our entire place within 1.5 hrs! The carpet was so fresh, clean, and dried within a couple hours. We hired him for tile/gout and carpet cleaning services for 2 separate occasions. Tile/gout: most reasonable price after searching several quotes around. He gave tips on how to keep the tiles/gout clean over time, which is helpful. He can clean bathroom tile walls too! Carpet: not the cheapest but fair pricing for the effort that he goes above and beyond. I asked him to give extra deodorization for the rooms that are smellier and he did! I love a good clean carpet smell. In both of these services, I really appreciate that he moved around pieces of our furniture to really make sure that he cleaning every area as much as possible, like our crib! We also value how on time he is compared to other places. We're quite busy so it can be an inconvenience when places say that they will arrive within a 1-2 hr range. However, he gives a 30 min range of time and when I asked him to come closer to the exact time, he kept his word (we also scheduled him in the morning so that might also play a factor). Finally, he leaves small thank you gifts which really shows how much he cares about his customers! read more

Carpet Savers was awesome. The guy they sent was friendly and thorough and didn't rush through the job. The carpets look SO much better. The stairs had had plastic covers with pokey things on the bottom that left holes in the berber-like carpet and when Carpet Savers was done - you couldn't even see the holes. Carpet Savers were great. Very responsive and reasonable prices. They came out and moved the big furniture and cleaned the carpets and put everything back with care. They did a wonderful job getting our two large area rugs cleaned and they smelled amazing. They place plastic squares under the furniture legs to protect them. They were fast and very nice. I'd never seen so much dog throw-up. And after some Resolve/Bissel wet vac/stressing out trying to clean this giant brown yuck spot--not a spot, like Jupiter's eye colossus--my wife found Carpet Savers and Paul Arndt, short version is they saved the day. Carpet Savers cleaned my couches and did an amazing job! My couches are 5 years old and in that time I have had 3 cats, 3 dogs of my own and have fostered 5 dogs. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

When I reached out to express my concerns, I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted the quality of work I paid for to be acknowledged. Instead, I was told I never requested a deep cleaning. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have cleaned my bathrooms claiming false information. That I haven't . Took them 2 hours to do 2 showers. I should have stayed and watched what was being done with the time. Respinse to company to their reply: Thank you for your response, but I do need to correct a few inaccurate statements. I never said my home had gone five years without being cleaned. I said it had not been professionally cleaned in that time, which is very different. My bathrooms and kitchen have been cleaned regularly by me. Suggesting my home went five years without being cleaned is simply not true. I also specifically requested a deep cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms before booking the appointment. If two cleaners could not complete that work in the scheduled time, that should have been communicated before or during the appointment--not after the service was finished and paid for. My disappointment is not that my home wasn't made perfect in two hours. It's that there were still obvious areas with visible buildup and grime left behind, as shown in the photos I uploaded immediately after the service. Those photos were taken after the cleaners left and accurately reflect the quality of the work I received. Rather than acknowledging the areas that were missed or offering a reasonable resolution, your response places the blame on my home while including statements that are not accurate. I believe future customers deserve to know both my experience and the company's response so they can make an informed decision. This response addresses the specific claim about "five years," reinforces that you requested a deep cleaning, and stays professional while highlighting the lack of accountability.
