We lived in our apartment for over 5 years, so I did not have the time or energy to deep clean it while also juggling a full-time job, packing, and moving out. From start to finish, the team was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They are very quick to respond and to send updates. They also have coupons occasionally! Overall, I feel like their customer service was top notch. For the actually cleaning, it was more than I could have imagined! Our apartment wasn't in horrible shape, but Susana was able to get rid of stains and gunk that I've tried to get rid of all 5 years! She got into corners and spaces I would not have been able to do on my own. AND, she was a one-woman team! Our property manager was shocked and said that he had never seen an apartment so clean at the move-out inspection. Lastly, I would like to share that we got our ENTIRE deposit back! No need for a separate cleaning fee. I could not recommend Bright N Fresh OC more. They have really changed my perspective on hiring a cleaning service rather than doing it yourself. If you have the means, it is definitely worth the price!!

Two cleaners were at my home for about two hours, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results. After they left, there was still visible buildup, dirt, and areas that had clearly been missed. I took photos immediately after the cleaning because I couldn't believe how much still needed to be done. When I reached out to express my concerns, I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted the quality of work I paid for to be acknowledged. Instead, I was told I never requested a deep cleaning. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company.

To my surprise Armando returned with an assistant and the two of them cleaned the Mexican terra cotta pavers better than ever. They worked whole day and got into corners, I didn't know existed. It was pristine. The next morning, bright and early, Armando was back with a new assistant. The set about preparing and dealing with a semi-gloss finish. I stepped out to pick up some odds and ends to return to see the second coat. Wow! Armando is a floor restoration artist. If you don't use Sunshine, your nuts. They really find the best people, passionate about their work and its impact in your life. This was a major turning moment in bringing our home back from the fire. Thank you!

The granite turned out beautiful but the grout/caulk had to be redone because the gal used the wrong color. The shower and bathroom floor turned into a huge fiasco. This area was supposed to be cleaned and only repair to the grout. Antonella re-grouted (maybe it is caulking - I don't know) my bathroom floor in brown it was supposed to be grey. Then she grouted over parts of my shower in brown and left other parts grey (in her defense it was hard to differentiate when it was wet) but it did not need grouting only cleaning and it was the wrong color which was very obvious when it dried. Then she told me I could get the caulking wet for 4 days when I was originally told 24 hours (I have 1 bathroom). Within 24 hours the grout on the bathroom floor started crumbling in places -cI was told it was because I stepped on the bathroom tiles when I used the toilet, however it also crumbled in areas where the tiles were not stepped on (BTW I weigh 126lbs). Anyway, I contacted April at the office she had Izzy call me he came out and made sure things were grouted throughout and he was very apologetic and kind. This cost me $700 + $200 for the granite. My bathroom is super small -it is a toilet and a tub/shower...the vanity is in a separate room. I feel like I could have done a better job DIY'ing it for a lot less money. If you have granite I recommend this company. For anything else - I say go somewhere else. Also, do not trust what is written up at the sale, go over every detail with the person actually doing the work and don't leave the room - micro-manage the job - otherwise you might get my results. I'm giving a 3 rating because the company responded quickly to my concern and Izzy came out and did his best to rectify the original poor workmanship - but be aware of the ethical standards some employees may have relating to their workmanship. Their selection met everything I wanted for my vision of my house. The quality of their materials are also really great too! Not to mention they provided me an excellent price for everything that I could not refuse. Their service was fantastic. Any help or extra pieces I needed for, OC Home Supply was quickly willing to assist me with. They have been very accommodating, understanding, and super friendly every step of the way. If you are able to fork out the extra payment to have their contractors install everything, I would highly recommend to do so. Their contractors work fast but most importantly do a perfect job of installing. I had them cut and install the quartz for my counter tops and fireplace and everything went perfectly. I have no complaints. If I could go back, I would have paid them to also build and install my all my cabinets and flooring too. Overall, my experience with OC Home Supply was exceptional. I liked to support this business, but the guy is one of those who thinks the red zone is a loading zone. If you'll note in my photo, there are empty spaces just across from the business he could use for loading, but he's too lazy to walk a few extra steps. I'm done with this place, and honestly, the vast majority of this shopping center since the folks who run it do nothing to enforce the parking in the red zones. I'll be posting more of these businesses that violate the parking restrictions soon.
