Upon reaching the service, I was greeted at the check-in process by the staff. Since it was my first time at the service, the staff gave me an overview of the different car wash services they offer. After considering all the options, I chose the base plus wash service. The team provided a great service and my car was washed well with the base plus service. I finally canceled my membership. The person who assisted me was professional enough, I suppose. He wasn't at all interested as to why I canceled my membership. Perhaps, he wasn't interested in my issues. Either that, or he didn't care that they'd no longer have me as a customer. Or maybe folks have been lining up and canceling. Who knows. They scrubbed both the front in the back of the car before entering the car wash. I thought I did a pretty good job but The car did come out soaking wet. We went over to the vacuums was able to try the car off and clean up most of the inside of it. I feel like for the price nowadays it wasn't a bad car wash.
