I'm in the wash business myself so I understand If a vehicle is more dirtier than it was realized. Also with picky customers as well. The wait time didn't really matter to me because I was not on a time limit. I will say the line getting out of order is annoying because 2 cars got started before me but right as the second one was getting started they checked my receipt to see who got there first then they prioritized me after that. I will add on to that I wish there was an option to pass on the tire shine because all it does is sling down the side of my truck making it dirty again. All these 1 and 2 stars are from inconsiderate and impatient people. Their job may seem easy but I know it's not. But for $30 I don't see how anyone can actually have a problem with it and if they do they should go spend $200 on a "professional" detail that would take 3 hours minimum.

However, when I need my windows cleaned or interior detailed, I have always gone to Bay Breeze. I will buy the supplies and detail the inside of the car myself in the future. I responded to the email and got no response. The email provided was wrong so I researched what email others were provided with their terrible reviews. I responded and got ignored. Further solidifies I won't be back.
