I love my dentist office. My hygienist was so nice and considerate of my comfort the whole way through. She was incredibly gentle too. And Doc is a fun guy and very personable. I never have much work required so our incounters are fast, but informative. But my son has a lot of work done. This has been my family dentist for years, they are reasonable and professional. Was just in for my six month cleaning which I found the hygienist to be a bit rough on the gums. Also, when I got home I realized I was over charged. While they corrected it, they said they had also made an error on my prior visit six months earlier. I may be old school but when I go to the dentist twice a year, I have an expectation to actually see the dentist. 6 months ago, this didn't happen and I left a review saying how disappointed I was on top of telling them so when I was there. I was assured when I came this time Dr Resnik would be there. Guess what. He wasn't. I was told he would look at my xrays after hours or in the morning and lmk if there was anything wrong. Another fantastic visit with Just Smiles. I wasn't sure what to expect after COVID and was a little apprehensive to be honest. I actually love going to my dentist, but COVID has changed everything, especially dentistry. So for my post COVID experience... First off, they don't let anyone linger in the waiting room and they've limited the seating as well. They require you wait in your car until the coast is clear to speak for your appointment (don't line up outside). You'll be required to wear a mask, have your temperature checked and complete a brief questionnaire. There's plenty of hand sanitizer around, and added air filters. The staff also double up on PPE and change things like masks and gloves between patients. Quite frankly the staff at Just Smiles go above and beyond and do everything that is feasible to safeguard patient and staff safety. Not only that, but they don't even charge an extra "cleaning" fee like some of the other offices in the area. I'm just so impressed with the experience at Just Smiles during COVID, it went so smoothly and the staff still made you feel at ease and important in spite of everything going on. This really is the difference between an average dental office and real professionals. Today I had Corey (I hope this is the correct spelling) as my hygienist and she was FANTASTIC! Made sure I was always comfortable and did a very thorough cleaning/exam. Dr. Resnick, as always exceptional and easygoing. Thank you for creating such a fantastic practice and dental environment. Dr. Resnick has been my dentist for 17 years. He's always done one hell of a job on my teeth. I'm very OCD about my teeth and go to him for all my dental care 3-4 times a year verses 2 times a year. He's always professional, kind, attentive to my dental needs, and I would not want any other dentist to touch my mouth or give me advise other than Dr. Resnick. Kori, my hygienist, needs to be the boss of the joint under Dr. Resnick. She pays attention to detail when she cleans my teeth and I won't go to another hygienist. I have severe PTSD from the military and she truly keeps me comfortable with numbing topicals and nitrous oxide. She's very gentle and gets the job done. Dr. Resnick and Kori are fabulous!
