Easy to reserve, friendly customer service, and great communication for delivery/pickup of dumpster.

Previous to this company, I had been penalized $150 by another dumpster company because their large, industrial sized trucks could not fit in the alley of my private business to drop off a dumpster. I felt that the charge was unfair because I gave the address and explained where I wanted the dumpster to be placed prior to booking the dumpster. As someone who has never rented a dumpster in my life, I was not informed that there was a minimum width the alley (which both Ford F150 trucks and regular sized vans go through on a daily basis) could fit through. I called Bin There Dump That (also, great name!) and explained my situation to them. They scouted out my alley beforehand to make sure one of their smaller sized trucks could fit. They gave a fair price, they answered the phone whenever I called, and they even accommodated my special timing requests as well. They were flexible on pick up dates, which was also appreciated, seeing as you never know how long entire building clean outs can take. I wholeheartedly recommend their service. read more

I called this company and it was just the right fit for my project. (Residential kitchen remodel.) The woman that answered the phone was friendly and was able to answer all my questions and take care of the concern about having the wood pieces underneath the wheels so the driveway didn't get damaged. They came exactly at 9am as promised to drop off the dumpster and picked it up the day that was promised. Great service. Would recommend them. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Bin There Dump That.... I have used Bin There Dump That twice now for rehab/cleaning projects at my home they are GREAT! On time priced very well and their staff is a pleasure to deal with. No mess left no .. like the bin was never there. The drivers are friendly and make sure everything is ok before they leave.
