First time checking out Binge Vietnamese Fusion this weekend and basically went in with no game plan, just ordered whatever caught our eye and hoped for the best. Safe to say everything was delicious! We started with the grilled garlic butter oysters and wow... super rich, buttery, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must order! Got the garlic noodles too really good, but lowkey wish we had gone with the lobster noodles or blue prawn noodles instead. A picture of them popped up on the TV while we were waiting and they looked insanely good... instant food envy. The dodging cow was another standout. The combo of garlic, steak, and onions just worked so well together tons of flavor in every bite. Juicy and tender with every bite! Also tried the banh mi fries, which were a fun twist. The pickled veggies kept things fresh, jalapeños added a nice kick, and the fries stayed crispy underneath it all. While we waited, I grabbed a Thai IPA, super hoppy, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. Service was great too. Staff was friendly, attentive, and gave solid recommendations! I wish we would've tried more dishes! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, really good eats and a great vibe. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I like how they have an open ambiance. You can sit outside like you're chilling at a buddy's patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place is nice with music playing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Huge bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got seated right away. We came just to get a sample of things. I will say their prices are kinda high and the portions of the food are really small so you're kind of paying for a high-end version of things that you can get somewhere else family style and for the same type of price or maybe even less. We got the clams in the soup I believe was tom yum. Ordered sea snails which were flavorless and tough. The grilled scallops were good with all the fixings on top. The fried shrimp, garlic noodles and calamari. Overall I thought it was ok. I had better Vietnamese seafood spots that hit the spot.

Oh man... let's get to it! We ordered a few plates to share. The banh mi fries were a 10/10, super flavorful and loaded. Garlic butter grilled oysters were also a 10/10--rich, buttery, and cooked perfectly & evenly. Some places cannot get the grilled oysters right. The fish sauce wings? Another 10/10...crispy, saucy, and seriously addicting. Sounds crazy, but they were Dodging cow was a solid 9/10, tender and packed with flavor. Garlic noodles were good but a bit more simple compared to everything else, so I'd give those a 7/10. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, great spot for sharing and trying a little bit of everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service always great there! Definitely coming back more often.

We went for an event for their Paint Party night. This was my first time here. If it wasn't for the event, I got invited to I wouldn't have known it was there. It's located in the BJ's parking center. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as you walk in, there is plenty of seating with a bar to the left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had a DJ that played amazing songs throughout the night. That was one of the highlights.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was great. Tiffany took our order and was very welcoming. I Ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp. It was really good! I also had the shrimp rocket , which are fried rolls with sheimp. Those came out piping hot! I also had the Bahn Mi fries. I love the type of fries they use for these. Everything was good!

First time at this restaurant. Came visit family in Stockton and decided to eat lunch here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was a nice little spot, that's modern and open. They have a bar area and television for game days etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was quick as we were seated right away. There was not many people, however, by our side was tables reserved to be for a big group. We got in our orders, truffle fries, wings and Bahn bot loc to share and two bowls of beef pho and the vermicelli bowl. Our food came promptly. The fries tastes perfectly. The wings were crunchy but once bite into, didn't have any flavor. Would have to dip into the honey sauce or ranch to taste.the banh bot loc came with 6 pieces. By far my favorite! My bowl of vermicelli was ok, I've had better. The flavor wasn't there and the sauce was too light for my taste. I don't know if it was intended to be light or not. The only thing I enjoyed about my dish was the eggroll, which tasted great. I just want satisfied. I tastes the pho broth, it was alright for my taste and the rib was flavorful and tender. I don't know if I'll b back for the pho or vermicelli but we'll see! As this restaurant does have other options such aa hot pot, seafood etc which i may come back to try if I'm in town.

Everything that I had today was great. Except for the fact they were out of fresh oysters and whole crabs . Those were the reason for my visit. $26 for a dozen oysters during happy hour amd a whole crab. I recently watched a Mikey Chen aka strictly dumpling a YouTube creator where he visited san francisco and had whole crabs from 3 different spots. So to put in short I was influenced.lol I had a whole crab from place before and I figured id have another one. I my surprised they were out. They get there stock every two week is what i was told. So if you are in the want for a whole crab call in, save yourself a drive.

Absolutely loved my experience at Binge Fusion. [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the moment I walked in, the ambience was everything--elevated, stylish, and effortlessly inviting. The energy felt intentional and well-curated, which instantly set the tone for a great evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food? Exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor--clearly crafted with care and creativity. You can tell they take pride in quality, and it shows in every bite. The service was just as impressive. Attentive, polished, and genuinely warm without being overbearing--exactly what you want when you're out enjoying yourself. Binge Fusion is the perfect balance of great food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to and recommending. A true 5-star experience.

We came from out of town and decided to stop here before going home since a lot of Vietnamese places in the area was closed, and this one was still open. We wanted some Vietnamese seafood since we been eating a bunch of meat sticks from Angel Cruz Park. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place looks nice. Almost like it could be a club right after. They have a bar area. They have an open seating area outside with heat lamps where you can eat outside if you want.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was excited because the ratings were good. We ordered a couple of dishes to share. Our server was nice and attentive. Everything started out good.. we ordered garlic noodles, stir fry snails, scallops in the shell, squid tentacles, clams in a Tom Yum soup, and fried jumbo shrimps. Garlic noodles and the squid tentacles came out first. The garlic noodles were pretty good. The squid tentacles was basically calamari. Decent. The clams in the Tom Yum soup were good, but wanted more of it since all the dishes are small portions. I was disappointed in the scallops in the shell because some was burnt... I ate a burnt one and plus it's hella small. The snails were tough in my opinion, but the liquid it was in was tasty. The shrimp was just OK. Pretty expensive for some small dishes IMO. There's probably other stuff on the menu thats better than what we ordered but I'll never know unless I go back to try. Maybe when I'm in town again!

First time having authentic Vietnamese food and I am so glad it was this restaurant! We ordered a couple of plates to share: shrimp rolls, fried smelt, fried rice, lobster roll and garlic noodles with shrimp. Every dish was super flavorful and delicious. The lobster roll was definitely the best item. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was beautiful and calm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great and he answered our questions amazingly.

FIRE!!! It's so hard to find legit good viet food (espeialy in stockton) and binge is just that. You can taste and see the freshness of their dishes. The staff is friendly and I think it's my new fave I took a pic after I started eating. I couldn't wait lol.

Very nice staff. However good is admittedly just okay. The bone marrow taste very good but is tiny compared to how much bread they serve with it. Shrimp was just okay too. DO NOT order their raw oysters!!! Overpriced and It tastes old/spoiled, I decided to order this cz it was hot but couldn't finish it due to fishiness. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their open restaurant format is a nice aesthetic but the restaurant was full of flies[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

They have a great variety of food and drink selections. There is usually a waiting list, and when we arrived, the restaurant was already packed. We only waited about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated while they finished cleaning a table for us. The restaurant itself is pretty compact, so wheelchair accessibility might be difficult; you would have to squeeze through, as there is limited space. The customer service was okay. While they took our order in a timely manner, getting water refills was a bit lacking. I understand they were busy, but for a restaurant that stays this packed, providing a pitcher of water at the table would be a convenient fix if staff can't keep up with refills. I think adding that small touch would make this place even better, especially since they attract a high volume of customers and serve such high-quality food. Customer Service: 6.5/10 Food Review: * A9 (Chicken Wings Lemon Pepper): These were so good and crispy--my girls absolutely loved them! The portion size was great. They were very flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. Lemon pepper can easily become overpowering if it isn't done right, but this seasoning was absolutely perfect. Rate: 8/10 * B1 (Pho Rib-Eye Grilled Beef): I thought it was very interesting how they served the grilled rib-eye beef on the side. It was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and tender, which made for a great dining experience. The broth was good, too. Rate: 7/10 * B3 (Pho Special w/ Combo Oxtail): This was my pho, and I loved it! The meat and oxtail were super tender, and the meat came off the bone so smoothly. I completely devoured all the protein, which rarely happens for me. The broth was amazing. Rate: 8/10 * Brown Sugar Cinnamon Milk Tea w/ Boba: To be honest, I had never tried cinnamon milk tea before and decided to give it a shot. It was just okay for me--it actually reminded me of Fireball alcohol (yuck!). It did start to taste a lot better as the ice melted and diluted the cinnamon flavor, making it less overpowering. Rate: 2/10 Overall Experience: We had a really good experience here. Even though the surrounding location feels a bit rough around the edges, the food itself was amazing. The customer service was decent, and the prices were reasonable. I'd highly recommend that anyone in the area check it out--it is definitely worth it! For parking, there are spots available in both the front and the back of the building. The back can feel a little risky since it's set up like an alley, while the front parking is right by the main road. There isn't a ton of parking space overall, but we were able to find a spot just fine.

It's hard to a find Khmer restaurant in Stockton so I can actually say this place is a hidden gem…read more The food was all so yummy. My main order is always the chicken curry noodles. I've had plenty of similar dishes from different places and this one just hits different. I must say it's always on point. Very similar to kapoon and other curry noodle dishes. My next go to is always the papaya salad Lao style. I need the sauce as dark as it can get. It's just my preference. With a side of sticky rice. I love the spring roll as well. Love the crunch they have in the center of the spring roll so you get different textures and I love that. Lad na combination was delicious also, very flavorful. The server was a sweet young man. He was very helpful and attentive. Came by to make sure we got everything we needed. I enjoyed the little restaurant ambiance. Very cute and traditional. I felt every piece of the culture.

This little gem is located in a sketchy plaza next to a run down liquor store so don't be surprised…read morelike I was when I first got to the location. Inside is small but nicely decorated. My friends recommended this place and took the opportunity to go when I was in town for an event. We ordered lots of food. Everything was delicious. My family were impressed. Portions are decent. Food is a bit pricy but so is everything else in the world right now. Service was a bit slow since they were busy. I'd definitely recommend it if you're ever in stockton looking for a Thai/Cambodian fusion!
