Me and my wife found this place a couple years back, and every time the weather turns cold we end up here at least once a week. The broth is easily the best I've had in Stockton and the steak is always tender. We split the shrimp spring rolls to start, and we never leave without grabbing the famous ribeye banh mi to go. The place is clean, service is quick, and there's always something good on the TV while you eat. If I could give more stars I would.

good smoothies, reasonable price, quick service. Would come again, the size of the smoothies are pretty big for regulat

Large number 4, beef brisket, flank, tripe.

The place is located in the same center as the Walmart on March and West lane. The ambiance reminds me of an old greasy spoon restaurant. The owner is taking orders and his wife is sitting in a corner watching K-drama. Nothing is filtered here, so the casual banter in Vietnamese is heard throughout the restaurant. We ordered the fried egg rolls, x-large bun bo hue and a large number 4, brisket, flank, tripe. The egg rolls were good, you get 5 and they're long, but no lettuce to wrap them in. The XL bun bo hue tasted like a beef pho with chunks of pork blood. Very little meat, but tons of broth. The number 4 was similar, but seemed better portioned. The plus side to this place is their prices are fair and not too expensive to eat here. Cash or debit, but a .95 cent surcharge for debit. If you want to scratch that itch for Vietnamese food, this place has it covered but if you want really good bun bo hue, look elsewhere.

Recent trip was very delicious! Enjoyed authentic Pho from Northern Vietnam with the family. Great local family restaurant!

This is my second time in here since I've lived in Stockton. I was driving towards the gym and decided to give this place another try. Came in to a busy Saturday rush and was sat down and greeted by a nice, energetic, positive, young server. Presumably the son of the owners. Ordered the Bún bò Huế and received it less then 10 minutes later. Bún bò Huế and Bún riêu are my two favorite Vietnamese noodle soups so I had to try and see how theirs tasted. The broth is full of flavors and you can taste the lemongrass! They have an assortment of protein including pork blood, beef, and fish cake patties. Very nice touch! Ambiance is nice but a bit outdated. It be nice to see this place modernized just a bit, maybe with some music playing also? All in all, I found my new Bún bò Huế spot! This family owned Vietnamese restaurant is a must try!

I finally ordered something new because I literally only and always order Bun Bo Hue (BBH) in addition to pho, grilled bbq pork & shrimp spring roll, special combination sandwich, and Chowfun lol. Anyways, it was my very first time trying their wonton egg noodle soup. It is delicious!! You cannot go wrong here at Binh Minh

I haven't tried the pho yet, this is my second time coming to this place for the spring rolls. Spring rolls are the key to my heart, my favorite go to snack! Here they are made and wrapped perfectly no falling apart or sticking. The egg rolls were delicious, they provide a generous amount of lettuce and fish sauce to wrap and dip your roll. The service is great communication is very clear. My order was perfect and I'm someone who is very particular. For as crowded as this place typically is, it is very quiet inside definitely would recommend sitting down and exploring the menu.

So the place clean and the waiter was friendly and spot on - decent service. I haven't been to a Vietnamese place in quite a while so it was time to visit a new place. This place as a nice extensive menu and I usually like to get a meat, veggies and pasta meal at Vietnamese places - and since Vietnamese food is tasty - I really like the fresh basil in the mix - which tastes awesome - the dish I got was #25 on the menu - grilled pork vermicelli- which I've had a many other Vietnamese places. It was good but not excellent - I did enjoy it, would have liked it had them been more basil in the mix - but no real complaints on the food - it was good - would have given the place 4 stars but I deducted one because when I ordered Vietnamese coffee - which usually has a ton of ice cream- which I can't drink - I prefer more to drink and no ice - so they just gave a few ounces of coffee - all the other Vietnamese or Thai place I've gone to - give me the full cup of coffee - if you're paying $6 for. A coffee - you should get a full cup of drink not a full cup of ice

Oh it's fusion alright, menu has a level of variety I haven't seen anywhere else. Lots of seafood options so great for pescatarians like my partner :) They only had one real pho option (the BEEF) but are working on adding more. Erick, the sole dude running the whole show (quite literally ) told us as much (bun rieu!) Anyway where do I even begin. I got the beef pho which was amazing, real bone broth cuz well.. there's a huge bone of meat in it among others. He brought out the usual pho veggie plate with the usual sriracha hoisin sauce duo but the hot sauce was premixed which caught me off guard--like sh I usually do it myself. Bussin ten toes down, I stand on it. Spicier than you expect so just be careful if you're gonna dump some in your soup. Ima purist when it comes to pho so nah but to each they own, no judgement. The final cherry on top was the Dino egg/Pokémon shooters Erick made us. I initially thought he was talking about a toy or something when he was describing. Light cubes in the blue curaçao? Say less, bussin multiplier. It was a fantastic end to the night and Erick was the one that made it, honestly. Dude's got the energy, service, and knowledge cuz he does the food orders AND drinks. We'll be back for sure to go thru the rest of the menu, there was honestly a lot I know we won't be able to find elsewhere, not even Sac. Finally, excuse me, but big slidey door?? Never seen that for a place like this in a plaza. On a hot day, it was really nice to be able to sit right next to it and get the cold ac but also some that nice valley heat from outdoors (they got seating out there too but we left that for the oh so lovey dovey couple). Alright I'm getting sidetracked but as you can see, can't say enough about this place. Thank you, Erick and crew :)

Srry for the business but this is blowing up my mind a bit…read more Our first time trying this Vietnamese fusion, it took us a while to try since we prefer more authentic version. We ordered chicken Pho and vermicelli bowl * The pho broth was so salty from some artificial broth powder or something...it doesn't taste from the natural bone broth. We understand for costs of making that but sometimes you gotta trade off. You position the resto towards the fancy side and you better offer the better quality of broth too!? * The chicken...unbelievable.....I'm not a chef, but I can taste the freezer burn from the meat!!!! I'm not fussy to the point that it shouldn't been frozen at all. But this unacceptable to me. Again, disclaimer!!! I'm not a picky eater but I had to pass my Pho to my husband..sorry. It's very rare I did this. * I end up having the vermicelli bowl instead...the noodle was just right off the fridge and the highlight was the spring roll which tasted like almost spoiled one :((( How come this was served from the fancy Vietnamese resto in town?! How?! * The meal just good enough for me to fill my stomach but the quality and experience were ZERO.

My wife and I stopped in after our jog along the Tidewater Biketrail, making this our lunch pit stop after starting at Lathrop Road. The Char Siu Pork Bánh Mì is an easy 5/5. The baguette was fresh, crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy inside. The char siu pork was tender, juicy, and perfectly caramelized around the edges. Crisp pickled carrots and daikon, plenty of cilantro, and fresh jalapeños brought everything together. It's a well-balanced sandwich with a portion that's just right. The Grilled Chicken Roll'd deserves more attention. The grilled chicken reminded me of a flavorful chicken satay, and the peanut sauce complemented every bite without overpowering the fresh ingredients. If you're looking for a lighter, protein-packed option, this is it. They also offered complimentary strawberry and passion fruit refreshers.
