I've been going to omelette house with my mom since it was in Lodi and the food and service here are always great! I was in Stockton today running errands so I called my mom to see if she wanted to meet for breakfast/brunch. I ordered a club sandwich with sweet potato fries and an iced tea. My mom ordered the chicken fried steak off the senior menu. Both were delicious like always. The club sandwiches here are huge and easily large enough to get two meals out of for me. The gravy on the CFS is heavenly and 100% comfort food. I wish I would've caught our servers name because she was so good. She juggled so many tables and made it look easy (I know it's def not easy to do that.) love omelette house.

Came here on a pit stop along the way to the Moaning Caverns!V Good: - Very diner experience and vibes - feels local and homey! - The portion sizes are huge - The flortentine Benedict I got was huge - it was also very oily, the potatoes were very oily and fatty - so I don't think my stomach was very happy after the meal Bad: - Service took a while even though it wasn't too busy yet - A bit dirty and cramped inside Overall, I felt the experience was nice as a one-off but due to the stomach ache I won't come back.

The Omlet House is the breakfast spot of Champions!!! This little place has EVERYTHING you could imagine wanting for breakfast and great portions for the price. You can tell how good the food is by how full their huge parking lot is. They quickly seat and feed everyone with a smile. If you haven't eaten here, we just tried it, and highly recommend trying it. Thanks staff for the great service, food, and prices.

The Omelet House never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, and the food quality is consistently excellent. My wife and I have made it a tradition to order breakfast from here every Thursday. Last week there was a mix-up with my order, but they called right away to apologize and offered to make it right. Today they honored their promise without hesitation. Great customer service, great food, and a place we truly enjoy supporting.

Some of the biggest platters of food I have ever seen. Careful when ordering a side of hash browns or pancakes.... They are huge. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and if you leave here hungry... wow just wow. Restaurant has a diner vibe and it was hopping with customers which continued to flow in while we were there. Server was very nice and attentive. Loved the variety of people eating here. Young and old were all here enjoying their breakfast. Definitely someplace to grab a good LARGE breakfast.

Our waitress was amazing very attentive and made sure our food was perfect. We ordered corned beef has comes with 3 eggs hash browns or country potatoes with a pancake or half waffle or half French toast I opted for the half French toast and flavor and the food was delicious!!! This place is right next to the freeway and gas station and it gets pretty packed in here but the wait is not that long. Great breakfast spot for large groups too!

We got the Texas breakfast sandwich, almond strawberry waffle (fresh berries) and make your own omelette with cranberry sausage!! Their carmalized onion with the potatoes - too die for!! Huge portions!!

Ask the Community - The Omelet House

    Do u dinne in?

The allow dine in WHEN the protocols allow. The last time I visited a couple of weeks ago, they had both inside and outside dining with plenty of space between tables.

Do they have non-pork substitutes (turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc)?

They have delicious turkey sausage patties. I prefer it over their regular sausage and their bacon.

Our you open for pickup during the Corona shut down?

Yes, from 8am - 2pm to go only!

Do they have vegan options besides instant oatmeal?

They offer vegetables that can be sautéed, potatoes and fruit.

When will they reopen? It is closed for construction?

They reopened January 1st, same hours.

Is this the same "Omelet House" that was in Lodi, Ca.?

Yup! Same great food and I think the hours are the same as well!

Some plates were worth it, others weren't, and at the prices they're charging the gaps were hard to ignore. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal. The deviled eggs were a hit at the table and went fast. The jalapeño on each one was a nice touch, though the heat varied depending on which egg you grabbed since it was just a thin slice. The salmon cakes were solid, nothing to complain about. My mom's ceviche tostada was loaded, the avocado was generous and fresh, but the ceviche itself lacked the acidity you expect from the dish and had very little shrimp in it. She said it felt more like a lunch item than a dinner offering, though two of them were filling. My mom's friend had the steak frites, which was the standout plate of the night: a lean cut with a rich mushroom béchamel, well cooked, and the frites were fried rather than what you might expect, but the flavor delivered. My dad's spinach salad was underwhelming, overdressed with a balsamic that was too sharp and overpowered everything else. My ribeye was the disappointment. At $65 I expected better. It was thin, closer to pounded than what you'd expect from the cut, came out medium instead of medium rare, and didn't feel substantial for the price. The baked potato was a basic side, sour cream and onion, nothing more. The broccolini arrived at room temperature, borderline cold, which was unexpected. The au jus on the side didn't add much for me. Service was attentive but veered into overdone territory, the kind of performative politeness that signals they want a good tip more than they're genuinely being warm. It was noticeable. Also worth knowing: if you're seated near the windows, the afternoon sun can be blinding depending on when you go. The atmosphere is genuinely nice and this place works better as a brunch spot than a special occasion dinner destination. I've had better meals here before, which is why I know they can do better. One practical note: if you're parking in the disabled spots near the leasing center next door, the sidewalk doesn't connect to the restaurant entrance. You'll need to go through the parking lot to get there.

Up front, I wanted to express why I'm giving this review a 5-star rating. It was entirely because of the Manager Betsy and of course the flavor of these ribs we had. I don't want to put this restaurant down or nit-pick the issues both my sister and I had. I wouldn't think that would be right of me and to the restaurant. Let's just say, we had issues and Betsy, God bless her, she took care of business and made everything right and even went beyond what we expected. Personal service is foremost what's important at any eating establishment, along with the quality of the food. The ribs and pesto pasta was to die for, and that's why I keep coming back. The three serves that were there attending to us, need better training. The food is always great and I will go back.

What a mistake! A person who didn't wanna wait any longer gave us their buzzer. After we got seated, we handed our buzzer in. To my husband, surprise, the hostess was extremely, extremely rude and replied to him. We don't do that here!!!! Our waitress was extremely pleasant and professional! We ordered the chicken and rib combo, the ribs were just ok but the chicken was dry. For the price overall, we expected much more. I can't say that it left a good lasting impression on us. Our waitress gave us a couple of extra ribs in our to go containers. That was very kind of her. Unfortunately, we won't be dining here again.

And I love it! Garlic Bro's is a not so hidden local favorite that has become much more popular through the years. It sits right on the Delta for a perfect water-front view for outside dining and those lucky enough to get the huge bay window seating on the inside. I can order a full meal just on the appetizers alone. Ive tried them all. The fried raviolis and the grilled duck wraps (in bacon) are among my favorites. Garlic Bro's has a unique selection of oven baked pizza's but when I come to Garlic Bro's, it's all about the entree's for me. My all-time favorite is the grilled garlic steak. It is the best rib eye steak in Stockton. I order mine blackened (crispy outside) with the brown mushroom gravy that comes in a side dish. For sides, I order the garlic mashed potatoes. They taste creamy good by itself but remember the mushroom brown gravy I ordered for the steak? It's really for my garlic mashed potato's. A perfect combo. Consider this a Pro Tip. My other side is the green death pasta. You have to request it (another Pro Tip). I've tried pesto pasta everywhere and it's only this delicious at Garlic Bro's. The honorable mention is the grilled pork steak. The best pork steak in Stockton. The grilled lamb chops are good - just not as great as the other two entrees....but I'm a very tough critic when it comes to lamb chops. One thing to know at Garlic Bro's is they don't water down the mixed drinks. You definitely get what you pay for. And the price tag is actually pretty reasonable. Garlic Bro's can get very busy so come early for good seats and parking - because they don't take reservations.
