I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. The owner appears to charge significantly…read moremore than expected for both parts and services. During my visit, even other customers expressed concerns about excessive markups and a lack of professionalism - even his own employees expressed the same concerns. One issue I encountered was the lack of transparency regarding parts pricing. Rather than providing information about the source or cost of the parts, I was only given an invoice. Based on my research, the parts appeared to be marked up substantially. Additionally, I was charged $220 for a diagnostic service that did not provide any meaningful information, while other reputable shops in the area offer similar diagnostics for around $80. I also found the owner's communication style to be unprofessional. Responses to negative reviews appear dismissive and confrontational rather than focused on resolving customer concerns (please see his responses to 1-star reviews below). Given this pattern, I anticipate my feedback may be disputed as well. This is his typical response to avoid accountability. I am also confident that his positive reviews are paid. However, I have retained all receipts and text message correspondence documenting my experience. Overall, I found the pricing, customer service, and business practices disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will be reporting my concerns to the appropriate consumer protection channels.

I would give this shop a 10 if it was allowed, so it gets the 5+ it is deserved. I was looking for…read morestriping on my Harley and just couldn't find anyone I was comfortable with. I came in and watched this crew for about two hrs, was amazed at the different things they did and how professional they worked together. needless to say, I was very happy with how my bike turned out. Mike is the owner I talked too. and even for a small job like mine, he treated me like I was a million bucks. I am in retail myself, and you just don't get that kind of treatment like that anymore. (He let me feel like family) His crew from mechanics to paint are all top notch, AWSOME JOB! Gary

1 Very, very disappointed! Maybe a good jap bike guy, but…read moreafter months wait to just have blown fork seals replaced and 3 hole oil change, I got my Harley back all f--ked up. They sent me riding home with my fairing halfway twisted, out of alignment, no air in the suspension/ firks, the right mirror missing, bike absolutely filthy and with smeared grease handprints every place and that's just to start. I was so disgusted by the bs he said over the phone days later when I called to ask why my charging system was fried: I decided I would spend $2000. to buy my own, professional, motorcycle lift, ramp table and could figure things out better by myself than paying some dishonest, careless shop to do a lesser qualified job than I can do being a cook with zero knowledge of motorcycle repair. My bike on my lift table for a few months and I managed to remove and reinstall my fairing properly and unbind my throttle cables that were so bound that I only had 20% throttle movement when I picked it up. I had to replace my voltage regulator, which they probably fried by jump starting, I replaced the compliance boot that they evidently failed to properly realign with the carburetor while also not reconnecting to voe canister and the other crank case vent hose to the factory air filter and they had put locktite on the banjo bolts instead of reinstalling the o rings, all of which caused massive amounts of unmetered air intake, improper ignition and oil dumping from my rocker boxes, directly into my carburetor and saturating my brand new air filter and when I still don't know is why they even touched that it wasn't anything that they were supposed to be fucking with. The result of that being that my vintage 1995 ultra classic ran like absolute garbage and was running extremely hot, basically the self-destruct this was like total sabotage or willful sabotage whatever you want to say as if to intentionally destroy a vintage motorcycle with only 30,000 miles on it but for what reason? I had to pay the shop $800 to to replace my fork seals and do a three-hole oil change service. They didn't even clean up after themselves they let the oil run all over the damn bottom of the bike, lazy as shit. Make matters more, they had overfilled my gearbox by 8 oz, they had also overfilled the crankcase oil by 8 oz, and I have no idea why my forks are leaking oil after the new seals only that they probably overfill those two. I still haven't gotten to that problem. And my bike still leaking I'm trying to figure out what the hell to causes are. I've been fighting for my life with neurological symptoms 7 months so I haven't been able to really work on my bike very much and I haven't been able to ride it. I'm not sure what else I'm going to find that is wrong but I can tell you this much I've learned quite a bit being nervous and inexperienced and always intimidated about working on my bike, but now I'm gaining confidence I'll never let another jet bike shop work on it ever again and if you want your motorcycle worked on unless you just want to be an idiot don't take it to the shop because they're not honest. I would advise you before you spend $1,000 paying this shop to do any work on your bike if you give a shit about what you have, either take it to a Harley-Davidson dealership or buy your own tools get the damn book out and teach yourself how to do it because otherwise you're going to be spending twice as much to repair it if it doesn't become sabotaged by the hands of these morons do not trust this shop! AC most of the time when you call a shop like this one they assume you don't know anything about motorcycles and they're just going to tell you you know that they're not at fault and dadada I didn't know any better but now that I've learned one step at a time and figured all these things out, I see exactly what kind of bullshit this shot pulled. I don't mind telling you the truth about what they did to my motorcycle and I am not at all the least bit guilty for leaving this review because for $800 that I paid to be able to write this review they're very effing fortunate that I don't say worse. It doesn't matter to me what you're right if you ride a jet bike or what if you want to take your stuff to this shop you're going to get what you pay for and it'd be kind of like you know sending your kids to the leering Center for an education or or sending your children to a Muslim machete daycare center. It might seem cruel to say this, but for $800. , 90 days of riding missed and obvious sabotage/ INCOMPETENT and Dangerous outcomes, I'm absolutely in my rights to post this review that's actually more generous than they deserve. Shame on you Johnathan!
