Pueblo don't have that many museums to compite with. But compared to others children's museum that we have visited, this one is the less attractive. Still a great choice to visit while in Pueblo, it will keep the little ones entertained. It took us around 2 hours to walk all the areas and play around. I wasn't blown away with the place but I think the course is fun and the beer girls driving around always have a cold one for you so that's a major plus. The ballroom was good and the live band sounded good so I can say the acoustics are fine. The dinning room was beautiful, but I think all that was brought in. If you are thinking about a wedding or event I think the Country Club would be a great venue.

Tons of fun on any day or night of the week!…read more I came to Brushes N Beverages Art Studio for the first time on a Friday night. I had heard a lot about this place recently and was looking forward to trying it out. It is located in a downtown loft space right across from the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center with lots of parking in the front off of Sante Fe. When I arrived the owners Rick and Sue welcomed me into their beautiful paint studio and offered me a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. I spent the first few minutes getting acquainted with the nice and friendly owners, the teacher of the class, and the other students, then it was time to put my apron on and get to painting! The studio is fairly large for lots of individual painters, as well as for bigger private parties/groups. We all got to pick a seat which was already set up with our own personal easel, canvas, brushes, and a variety of paints to get started. Apparently Brushes N Beverages offers different painting themes on different days/nights of the month. On this particular night we painted a beautiful mountain range with a sunset lit sky! I have no prior painting experience and I have to say that I have not had this much fun in a long time! The teacher was super patient and thoroughly explained which brushes to use, how to mix our colors to make our paintings a little more customizable (the guy next to me wanted to paint a "Denver Bronco colored sunset"), how to create different blending effects, textures, etc.. She even walked around to check on each of our paintings a few times to offer specific help and tips on how to make our paintings as beautiful as possible. After a very enjoyable 2 hours I found myself sitting in front of a beautiful masterpiece! haha! I am so proud of my painting and everything that I learned in just one night at Brushes N Beverages, but most of all, when I look at my painting I remember how much fun it was and what a new experience it was for me in Pueblo! I am going to highly recommend this place to everyone I know! I already want to bring all of my family and friends back here so that they can experience it too! I imagine this place would be perfect for family outings, a cool date experience, girls night out, bachelorette parties, work functions, family/high school reunions, birthday parties, baby showers..the list goes on! Basically, it would be perfect for any occasion where you want to do something different, learn something new, have a drink, relax, have fun, and be proud of yourself when you sign your beautiful painting with your name! We had so much fun this weekend when we took the kids. My kids and myself have never been to a…read moredrive in movie, and my husband had but wanted to go to one for nostalgic reasons. So after some research we found this drive in and are so happy we did. There are two screens showing two separate movies. Your ticket will actually get you tickets to two movies. We stayed for only one since it was already almost 11 after the first one was done. There are restrooms a plenty, and a snack shack that has quite the selection. We 100% will be back and can't wait :).

I'm all for nostalgia but there is no updating at all that I could tell. The concessions stand looked at felt worn down and the flies in there were out of control. The staff in the stand were good though.The ticket pricing is good, but you are getting what you paid for here. I wasn't expecting a tier one, first class experience here but I was hoping for kind of stepping back to my childhood experiences going to my drive in with my brothers and parents. I'm just being honest, the whole place just felt thrown together. At one point during the movie besides all the smoke from the cigarettes and pot, me and my starting smelling an odor of a sewer. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't recommend going to this drive in especially with your kids. But if none of this bothers you, then I guess it is for you.

I think they should not charge for entry, I feel like it's a little bit weird plus they only accept cash or some online payment method, however there is NO CELLULAR RECEPTION in the place, and that's why I can't give them 5 stars. There is also a good shuttle service but we did wait a little long. Some stands are too expensive, especially the food stands. Prices should be more affordable. Also, I couldn't find a stand with the official event merch this year, maybe I just missed it. So overall, this is a great experience and I love supporting the Pueblo chile farmers, however, a few things to still improve: * faster shuttle service * no fee to enter * provide cellular reception. this is simply ridiculous! * some stands charge outrageous prices the good: * can get fresh chiles * lots of food options * lots of other stands * happy atmosphere * so much to do
