I'm a huge boba fan, had it everywhere. (Canada, hawaii and multiple places in Tucson) bings offers a large selection of flavors which is fantastic and they offer punch cards! I tried the house milk tea and the cantaloupe tea. Milk tea wasn't as great as I thought it would be, I love milk tea so if you're also a milk tea lover I would suggest oh my buns, Anyway the cantaloupe green tea really wasn't that great either, very artificial tasting, not one of my 5 friends liked it either. The actual boba, soft and perfectly made. The actual place, employees are very knowledgeable, good prices and decent size place. What I would recommend is getting window shades, I went around 5-6pm and my friends and I were trying to find somewhere that wasn't going to blind us. I'll be coming back to try all flavors. read more

The reason for the 3 stars is because the quality of the drinks are never consistent. Sometimes the boba is nice and chewy and other times the boba is hard. The same thing can be said about their food. However, I still recommend that you check it out and see for yourself! read more

This is the worst boba in Tucson that I have ever had. The boba balls were warm so my slush turned into juice water in less than 3 minutes. It is common sense, if you out warm boba in a slush it will turn into juice! I picked up my slushies (2) and I headed out because we had our dog in the car. Don't waste your money here. read more

Bing's Boba Tea is sunshine in a cup - it brings joy to my day! Prices are reasonable, and the menu is vast - from teas, to milk teas, to snow, and frappes; you're bound to find something you fancy. The staff is always very cheerful. They are patient and I never felt rushed while reading through the menu. They are always helpful in answering my questions, or making suggestions (which are usually spot on! *high five maple snow!*) If you're unsure if you will like one of the add-ons (boba, pudding, jellies), they offer little samples, and also offer insight to good combinations you would never think about (Popping boba in cantaloupe milk tea!). Also, most of the drinks come sweetened, so if you're not a fan of the sugar, let them know and they will adjust the sweetness factor to your liking. Great shop! (Don't forget your punch card so you can start working towards a free boba reward!) read more

This is a fun place to go in Tucson. Adults and kids of all ages gather for the semi-cultural experience of the crazy little tapioca pearls at the bottom of our cups! I love that their are plant-based options too. My personal favorite is an earl grey tea unsweetened with coconut milk and boba! You can customize at all levels with of your drink to make it perfect for you! The owner is the nicest guy and always remembers me! Such great service. read more

Bings is a pretty decent boba place. Their boba is okay and their Milk Teas are also okay. I wish there were more Boba options like Crystal Boba or mini boba. Their boba isn't sweet and kind of bland. The milk tea usually doesn't help the boba flavor. The environment is very friendly and nice. read more

Best boba tea in Tucson! The original milk tea with boba is really good. The staff is always friendly. I just wish they had a better gift card system. The email certificates aren't very user friendly. But that won't stop me coming in to get my boba fix! read more

Me: "Hi! Which of your smoothies are made with fresh fruit?" Woman behind counter: "Oh, the pineapple and peach." Me: "Great! I love fresh pineapple." Woman: "Well, it's canned fresh fruit." Me: . . . (Thinking: What are your other fruit flavors made from if not canned fruit?) Our bubble tea (I ordered almond milk tea with boba) comes out, and the almond flavor is waaaay too strong. I end up throwing it away. Fox News is playing (LOUDLY) on the TV in the corner. I was really excited about this place, because I'm a bubble tea addict and the new location is close to my house! Visions of nightly mango milk teas danced in my head...only to be dashed. Bings, I'd love it if you could have real fruit in your smoothies, and let's try some music instead of Fox News. Make some changes, and I'd love to try again! DON'T BOTHER ORDERING Ordered 2 flavored snow drinks with boba. Received the drinks without the boba. 2 staff members, both with a flippant and snarky attitude, refused to fix or remake the drinks as originally ordered. Said they'd rather loose my business. Will never visit this store again, they're crooks. I see responses to other reviews claiming they're following the Governor's order for wearing a mask. Governor Ducey refused to order masks and leaves it up to local municipalities. The local mask order requires a mask be worn except by those with a health condition. :( I just came here for a boba and it was pretty bad ... My bobas all differed in sizes... Meaning I got "flakes" of boba in my mouth and halves of some boba ... Most of it was mushy not chewy so the means the boba balls were not fresh. It left for a pretty disgusting experience since it felt like I was chewing boba balls that had already been chewed once before. Unfortunately I had to toss it out. read more

I remember when we went here we were distinctly wanting to try as many boba places in town to find the best one. Especially considering boba is pretty much all this place does, it is really not anywhere near the top of the list for me. So many places around town do it better, and there are two places I can think of very close to this location--I would rather stop at either of them before going here again! I had a Thai Iced Tea boba and it was remarkably sweet, with not much depth of flavor. The bobas themselves had the wrong texture as if they had been sitting too long. Several were already falling apart. My wife and our friend both ordered green tea with no sweetener added, and thank goodness they did because it was still quite sweet despite the order. The flavor was good on theirs but something kind of unfortunate happened with our friend where some of the matcha powder didn't get dissolved into the drink somehow and she inhaled the dry powder. It caused her to choke a bit and she had to get some water and excuse herself to the bathroom. She was ok, and I know it was just an accident, but this was clearly carelessness on the part of the people making the drink. So long story short, just not that great. I don't think we'll be returning any time soon. read more

Kind of in a sketchy part of town, Bing's is just off a busy road in a strip mall. Inside is cute with plenty of seating and a variety of games on a shelf to borrow while you drink your tea. They have a ton of varieties of bubble tea, and even a variety of bubbles, which I didn't know was even a thing. They have different milks to offer if you don't want dairy, and they have a special cup where they can do two flavor a for you if you are indecisive. Dude behind the counter was very friendly and happy to walk us through the menu. In the end we tried four: -vanilla milk tea with almond milk and regular tapioca balls (very good) -green tea smoothie sweetened with almond milk and regular tapioca (okay, but not very sweet) - Thai iced tea with regular tapioca (disappointing-It didn't have milk in it and was weakly brewed) -raspberry tea with popping strawberry boba (interesting-the regular tea was good, and the popping boba were extremely sweet, though I think I'll stick to traditional) read more

Mmm mmm!! So yummy in my tummy! So addicted to this place. Hubs and I come here at least once a week. I wasn't sure about coming to this place after having my first Boba in Cali. I absolutely love Bing's Boba Tea. I usually go to the one on Orange Grove, but ever since this one opened up, I come here all the time! This one is so much closer to central UofA and to my home, so no complaints here! I get the Pineapple boba black tea with the Mango juice poppers and it's so tasty! This place has made me addicted to boba. Would recommend their Pumpkin Sno and well as their Taro drink. Mango is a little too sweet, as well as the strawberry. Everything is all packed up due to COVID- but all the workers wear masks and it makes me feel very safe. Thanks Bing's! read more

Not bad at all! The House Milk Tea could use a little more "tea-ness" but overall pretty good. The boba was a little soft for my preference and wasn't sweet at all- I guess they don't keep them in honey. The taste of Passion Fruit Green Tea was refreshing- the fruit teas may be a better go-to for the Arizona summer. They also offer slushies, snow ice and small plates. The sizing is a little confusing; the "regular" is like a Venti Starbucks size and not your standard 16 oz. read more

Been here weekly for the past three weeks. The noise level is a little much at times, be sure to bring headphones if you do not like Top 40 radio with commercials, or loudly laughing school girls. If i did not have my headphones I probably couldn't be in here more than 20 mins without wanting to punch a baby. Just kidding. But seriously. That all said, this is still a solid spot to come grab a non-alcoholic drink and do the stuff I talked about in my other review. Oh and the manager/owner? (assuming) is very nice. She has always been helpful and even remembers what I have ordered in the past. read more

I have enjoyed both my quick visits to Bing's Boba Tea. Fast service, friendly staff, very clean space, and minimal but fun décor! I have gotten lychee/lemonade green fruit tea with tapioca pearls and lychee/passionfruit green fruit tea with tapioca pearls and have enjoyed both! Flavorful tea, but the boba left something to be desired, somewhat unflavorful. Possibly not stored in honey as it tasted like my homemade boba when I do not store it in honey after cooking. Regardless, I will likely return! read more

So, I have the same order every time (coconut milk tea with extra boba), and thus, I can't speak anything else. Keep that in mind, **this is only applicable for milk teas**. TL;DR... * Is drink sweetness and customization a major factor for you? Go to Chatime down the street (they have much better service too). * Want a fast, meh, on-the-run-I'm-driving-on-this-side-of-Campbell boba? Go to Bing's. * Want a drink and are super hungry too? WTF... get your tail to Miss Saigon's already! They have...edible boba (if you're not a boba snob, you won't notice - it's really yummy!), but honestly any excuse to go to Miss Saigon's is a good excuse. So. Bing's is...an okay boba. It beats the lower-than-average Quickly's locations in San Francisco, but that's not saying much. However, though I truly love Tucson's Chatime, Bing's is more consistent with their boba cookin'. Chatime boba can be undercooked, overcooked - who knows?! Boba should be al dente you hooligans. AL DENTE!!! Yes, Chatime can do the "I want it 3.14159% sweetness" or whatever, but I don't really give a shit about that. I just give a shit about my AL DENTE BOBA. Okay...I'm okay. Anyway, Bing's advantage ends right there. The service here sucks. Like, consistently sucks. You only interact with them for 20 seconds max, but it's the principle. If you want to support businesses that care about customer service, go to Chatime down the street - their staff is awesome. And though I harp on their non-al dente boba shenanigans, it's usually quite good, and the actual drink itself always superior. I recommend Chatime overall. read more

I love bubble tea, and this is my favorite place to get it in Tuscon. You can customize your order to be less sweet (which I always do), extra boba, and a few other things to make it to your liking. It's a little noisy if you want to get some studying done or concentrate. I've tried all the bubble tea places I've found in a desperate search for a place that's as good as my college town. This place is definitely the closest I've found. Keep up the good work! read more

What's not to love about Bing's Boba? This place has everything: 1) Freshly made boba with the right mouth-feel 2) Fast and friendly service 3) The prices are right 4) Clean facilities and establishment 5) Card games, board games, couches, and plenty of seating 6) Loyalty card - buy 10 drinks and get the 11th free! They really do a fantastic job with iced teas w/ boba. I'm talking about ANY iced tea: Thai, matcha, Hong Kong, hibiscus... you name it. I have tried them all without any sweeteners, and they are simply fantastic. That's when you know it's good ;) read more

Yes it's beautiful amazing decor and table setting. It's located near U of A so many students were at the table. No place to sit for actual customers. Students camped out with laptops so all tables were taken. At one point while we are there someone from a different tea place came in took a table with outside drinks and didn't even order anything. Just used it for the WiFi for their laptop. Disappointing they don't regulate for actual customers. Sour taste for sure of this experience.

The door was already open, and we watched another gentleman walk in and order four drinks, so naturally we assumed they were serving customers. However, when we entered, an employee told us to go back outside and wait until they officially opened. No problem. We waited and came back in at 12:02 PM. Once we were ready to order, we asked for a drink with regular tapioca boba. The employee told us it wasn't ready yet and suggested crystal boba instead. We explained that we were willing to wait for the regular tapioca, but we kept getting the impression they really didn't want us to order it because they repeatedly emphasized that it would take a while. Crystal boba is not the same thing as traditional tapioca boba. At that point, the employee was also having issues with the POS system and seemed very stressed trying to make the previous customer's drinks while simultaneously texting their manager for help. We were asked to wait off to the side. About 10 minutes later, who I assume was the manager arrived and helped get everything sorted out. After asking about the available toppings and trying samples of the crystal boba, we finally placed our order. Unfortunately, two of our three drinks came out wrong. One drink was supposed to be a plain Jasmine Floral Milk Tea with lychee jelly and light ice. Instead, it came with no jelly at all and regular ice. Another drink was supposed to be a Strawberry Jelly Watermelon Slush with crystal boba, but it arrived with lychee jelly instead. By that point, after waiting through the opening confusion, POS issues, topping availability issues, and ordering delays, we honestly didn't feel like spending even more time having drinks remade. For nearly $25 for three drinks, I expected a much smoother experience. I understand that opening can be hectic, but it felt like the shop wasn't fully prepared to serve customers when the doors opened. The drinks themselves were fine, but getting two out of three orders wrong after such a long wait was disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on our visit, the experience didn't live up to the reputation and positive reviews we saw beforehand.

Let's also not forget the filthy outside tables, chairs, and concrete. They will not allow customers to use Reusable Containers! My fiancé and I have recently made a conscious decision to be more aware of the amount of trash we dispose of. Plastics are especially something that we are trying to avoid because of their harmful effects on the environment. So we have stainless steel reusable containers that we take with us wherever we go. Last week we went into Bings and we had one of our containers with us (16oz) we asked the young lady at the register if they could make us a 16oz sized boba snow but put it into our container. (This is something my fiancé and I do at small and big businesses alike and have never had any problems). The young lady at the register initially said no citing health code reasons. I then explained to her that no part of our container had to touch any tools of theirs, we simply want them to pour it in. She then said okay and we paid and then she asked us to bring the container to the "pick-up" end of the counter and they would put it in our container. We waited and then they called us up and we saw that they had went ahead and put it in a plastic cup anyway and they handed us our empty container back, saying nothing. We walked away and then decided to walk back and speak with a manager. A young girl said she was the manager so I explained to her that had we known they were going to put it in a plastic cup ahead of time then we would have not spent the money on a drink. Then the other two girl employees came up and all 3 started talking over me saying that's just how they do things there and they had to make it that way. I kept repeating myself that we were told by the cashier that our container would be used instead and that if they were not going to adhere to our request then they should have informed us instead of making the drink in the plastic cup anyway. We would have tried to find boba somewhere else. Two of the girls had very bad attitudes while the other one (with light blonde long hair) was polite and apologetic. This may seem like a small issue but the problem is; every single drink they make is made inside a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a big plastic straw and we want to be able to purchase boba without "having to" use all that plastic every time. This seems a simple enough request especially because other businesses are always accommodating. I then spoke with the owner (hoping that since it is their business they would have more of a invested interest in finding a way to fulfill our request) and I explained what had happened. The owner then told me that there would be no way they could accommodate us because 1. they are a small business, 2. because they use the plastic cups to measure the ingredients and 3. because of sanitation reasons. 1. Most places I frequent are small businesses and they find a way to accommodate us, especially because each customer is valuable when you are trying to stay afloat in Tucson. 2. A simple measuring device (measuring cup) would answer this problem easily. 3. It is not unsanitary to pour a drink into an outside cup as long as nothing touches. (I do it at the coffee shop I work at, everyday.) It is sad that in 2016 we have business that are still so wasteful and not only wasteful but unwilling to let their customers choose to use a reusable container. This is so irresponsible. Luckily for us Miss Saigon serves Boba tea and snow and they have allowed us to use our reusable containers without hesitation. We will not be returning to Bings until they are able to adapt to this consciously changing world. read more

Horrible migraine and haven't been able to eat. Only thing I craved today was a Boba tea. Muscles up the strength to go pick one up, stood in line, made my order just to be told "Sorry, we can't take that" when I handed over a $50. I had that and a one dollar bill on me. I get the preference but a $50 doesn't change the amount of cash in their drawer after a transaction ends be me paying exact change. So I'm getting ready to go home. Migraine still full blown and soooo disappointed I don't get my boba. That's just not great service. Don't feel like coming back again. I'll get my Boba anywhere else. read more

Be concerned when you asked them to modify your drink like add something or leave something out! There Female employees one in particular Christine. I asked her to leave out the honey, because my 4year old daughter was extremely allergic. She made a special effort to put honey in our drinks and I'm not the only one! they've done this to others. I've watch them do it to other customers... they have employees that are quite evil just for the fun of it.. I will never return there! read more

There is no "TEA" definition on the milk tea I ordered. I only experienced milk sugar water with some flavor (strawberry in this case). I visited Bing's several times just because there is no other boba place in Tucson. The quality was not consistent, some time too much syrup taste, some time no taste at all. My third review of boba shops in town. Great location. I drive by Bing's every day and last week I have decided to give it a try. I tried taro milktea w/boba and it was delicious. Boba was cooked perfectly but the tea flavor was bland which is probably the result of not being brewed long enough. But the atmosphere is nice and I end up being here and staying longer than expected. read more
