I gave Bingz another try as I had visited the FMP location w/ my friends a bunch of times. I could never really see the hype or feel impressed each time I ate there so maybe I was thinking that this location in Eaton's Center would be better? Unfortunately I don't think my opinion's changed much. I ordered the limited time peking duck burger and my first reaction after taking a bite was "damn that's hella salty". The meat was tender and shredded but the flavour was one dimensional. No layering at all. I literally only tasted dark soy sauce. The crispy burger itself was undercooked on the inside and edging towards dry. Needless to say, the ironic thing about Bingz is that I think their cold sesame noodles (liang pi) are better than their burgers. read more

We came across Bingz Crispy Burger at Union Station today. I have never been before and their sign advertising the wonton noodle soup was very inviting. I ordered it online right away rather than standing in line or using their ordering touchscreen stations. (One of the two stations seemed to be broken) Online ordering and payment was easy. There was a choice between 10 wontons for 7.49 or 15 for an additional $3. Additional toppings of "No Shredded Egg", "No Seaweed", "No Goji Berry", and "No Green Onion" all showed "Sold Out" and could not be selected. This would indicate that all of these items would be "added", so absolutely no customization is possible. The order was ready within the estimated 10 minutes. I opened the bag in front of colleagues to showcase a new lunch option. They were impressed with the size ... until I opened the lid and we all were shocked to see the bowl was half empty. Tiny wontons were nestled in a thin broth, very few short noodles and a lot of seaweed. The broth only tasted of seaweed. The wontons were somewhat bland. Bingz Crispy Burger is conveniently located at the Eaton Centre food court. This particular restaurant is perfect for when you're hungry after walking around the mall. They have crispy burgers, wontons, and cold noodles. During this visit, I got the chilli oil pork wontons, and I really enjoyed it. The wontons were a cute little size. The chilli oil was very flavorful, and I loved the cilantro and green onion on top. I saw that they had a little Bingz plushy, but the cashier didn't say anything about how to redeem it. Hello, I made the mistake of trying Bingz at the Eaton Centre. The pre‑made bowl of wonton soup was half full -- completely unacceptable at $8.00 + tax! I tried Bingz crispy burger for the first time today. The double beef burger looks delicious so I ordered that. The crispy texture on the outside and the juicy flavor braised beef make it a very interesting type of burger that I've never tried before. I did find it slightly too oily for my liking but will have to go back and try their other burgers as well! All and all delicious and different worth to try it out. And it's conveniently at the Eaton center's food court with a family friendly ambiance and many seats available. The staff were super friendly as well. read more

Bingz's burger was so interesting and yummy for a little pick me up snack! The burger reminded me of those Asian, flaky pancakes. We tried the signature beef. The beef pieces inside were pretty tasty. There could have been more meat, but there was a decent portion of it. This was such an interesting spot since it's so unique to Canada. I suppose so since I haven't experienced it in my area of the states. None the less, I enjoyed the food along with the price ish. read more

Bingz Crispy Burger has been expanding quickly recently. This location is located in the CF Toronto Eaton Centre's Urban Eatery. It soft-opened 2024-05-22 and will grand-open on 2024-05-31. The Eaton Centre location is a food stall in an upscale food court. There is plenty of indoor seating. The service was fast. There is a window to the side where you can watch them prepare the food. I ordered the following: 1. The Signature Beef Burger ($6.99). 2. Plum Fizz drink ($3.99). I've had these before at their other locations. They are just as good! This restaurant chain introduced the "Chinese Hamburger" in a crispy bun to Toronto back in 2021-05-23 (soft opening). Very tasty indeed! Plus, they have a wide variety of appetizers. The two owners are from China. The brand was founded in Beijing on 2014-04-08 and now has over 65 locations in Beijing. The Chinese Hamburger is called Rou Jia Mo (肉夹馍) in Chinese, which literally translates to "meat in a bun". It is the cuisine of China's Shaanxi province, which has the capital city of Xi'An (or Xian), where you find the terracotta warriors. For Chinese hamburgers, there are two types of buns: crispy and non-crispy. Most restaurants use the non-crispy buns but Bingz is the only restaurant in the GTA that uses the baked crispy buns. There is free WiFi from the mall's WiFi. The food stall is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms, both of which are wheelchair accessible. More of a 2.5 star for me but service was nice. Staff were friendly and tried to explain menu to me as I have never tried Bingz before. I ordered the following: 1) Black Pepper Beef $6.99 - is like a puff pastry with meat inside. Staff said this is one of their top sellers but I thought it was just okay. I think it's lacking in flavour. Staff warned me about spiciness too but I didn't find it all that spicy and I have a low tolerance. 2) Peachy Lychee drink $3.99 - overly sweet soda that was a bit flat. It took them a while to make my order even though it wasn't busy. I wonder if the staff made my drink too soon because by the time my order was ready my drink was kind of flat. 3) Golden Chicken Nuggets with Spicy BBQ sauce $7.29 - Do not recommend at all. This was overly breaded and dry. The sauce didn't really compliment. It says 8pcs but some of the nuggets were very small. Overall, paid $20.65 for this meal and felt the menu pricing should have been lower for what was given. If I were to try again, maybe just fries or the matcha cloud milkshake. read more

This review is for the Eaton center food court Bingz. I got the crispy burger, shake fries, and diet coke as a combo on opening week. This meal is rather heavy, the burger bun is a pastry type, but rather bland. I got the beef - filling is generous but it seemed to only be flavoured with salt. Fries come with a salty and spicy seasoning, I recommend you only add half the packet. The manager of this location was pretty rude to the employees, I saw her screaming at them. She also rolled her eyes at me when I was in line for no reason???? They gave me some promotional coupons to come back but I probably won't. read more

Recently opened up at the Eatons Centre foodcourt. I went during lunch hours on a Monday and got my food quickly. I got the cold noodle with chilli oil for a small lunch and it was delicious. Wasn't super spicy but had a good kick to it. The noodles were really smooth and chewy. A good option for a quick cheap bite. I would order this again. read more

Bingz is relatively new to the eaton centre food court, I love that they expanded here as I don't think there's anything like it in the food court! Everything is relatively cheap. We ordered: -classic combo with the signature beef crispy burger, sizzling chili noodles with pork and peachy lychee drink. -Peking duck crispy burger (came with free smoking hot rockin' fries) -sesame cold noodles (Liangpi) Total: $38.93!! I was super impressed with all of the flavours. The buns were so crispy and flakey, I loved the thick noodles and the fries weren't too spicy! I think the next time I will order the chili noodles without the pork as I don't think it really added anything to the dish and it was a bit dry. We doubled back here because the crispy burger was so unique. I had to try it. It was worth it. It's basically a crispy puff pastry with chopped beef inside. It was delicious. I guess I've never had anything like it before so it stood out to me. I was already full but we came back just for a burger. I think price wise, it was decent for the area. I have no idea.
