I paid between $3,000 and $4,000 for two Bintelli Fusion e-bikes. Both are about two years old, each has fewer than 400 miles, and both have always been stored indoors. Both 48V 12Ah batteries have failed. When I called Bintelli for replacements, they had none in stock and could not give me any date for when batteries would arrive, just an offer to be added to a backorder list. For a company that stocks and distributes these batteries at scale, having zero inventory and no estimate for a basic wear part is a failure to support what they sell. Buyer beware. read more

But if you are trying to purchase a golf cart from them, buyers beware. They don't honor what they promise you. We had a deal with them for trading in our golf cart for a newer version in November. They told us they would honor the deal for a few months. We came back recently to finish the deal and they told us they no longer can honor it. Very disappointing and not how you do business here in Pompano Beach. I myself am a business owner here and have never done that to any of my customers. Especially when the deal was in writing. Worst business ever!!!! Spent 2k on a new Bentelli Beast. Broke down under 500 miles. They wouldn't fix it. Had to buy a new carburetor on Amazon and replace it myself. They refused to service my brand new moped! Said they would call the cops on me if I returned to the shop. So their response to absolutely doing nothing and zero customer service is to call the cops. Effing A holes!!!! Don't spend your $ at this effed up a hole place!!!! I unfortunately did and just got a broken machine and zero service and threatened with police force for trying to get them to right what was wrong. read more

This was by far one of the WORSE Customer Experience I have ever had in my life, and even witnessed for that matter as being a RETAIL Manager, District Manager and Business Owner. I purchased a Bintelli Fusion E-Bike Moped about a month ago, and I should have known then that I should have not purchased anything at this store. When I first walked into the store through the OPEN Garage in the Sales Area I saw the Manager Haley and 3 employees just hanging around the front Desk doing absolutely nothing. When I asked for help they acted as if they were being bothered, their product knowledge on the product they sold was minimal, and did not know the answers to many of my questions. After riding it and the back and forth of trying to decide to which bike to purchase I picked the Fusion Moped E-Bike, so they said OK here you go, and I asked should they Tune it up or check it, they said "no all the bikes on the floor are ready to go". So I took the bike and put it in my van, and brought it home. Then on my FIRST real ride for a 5 Mile Commute to work, the Kickstand Fell off, with loose bolts all over the bike and the right front blinker stopped working with exposed wires. Also, the battery was at 50% after driving only 5 miles. They said that the bike could go 20 miles without needing a charge, which is more like 10. They also said it went 25 MPH, and the highest I got it at was 20. So when got to work I called Hailey and explained how upset they sold me an UNSAFE bike to ride, and couldn't believe how awful the battery was holding a charge, she got all frazzled and just transferred me to service, where I spoke with ERIC the Service Manager and he said they were going to send someone to pick my bike up to give it a Proper Tune up (that should have been done at purchase), as well as replace the Kickstand, Fix the Blinker, exposed wiring, and look into the battery charge. I was happy with the fact that they were going to do that because I still have not purchased a bike rack for it, and was not looking forward to having to drive it all the way to North Charleston. They had my bike for a week, and I dealt with Eric Several times on the phone about the battery charge and when everything was going to be fixed. We went back and forth, where he told me he rode it and the charge was fine, and I said it was not, so I told him then if it was going to be a crappy battery, I wanted to buy another one for $500 and I wanted to purchase mirrors from them and have them installed. Every time I spoke with him he had an attitude with me, and was blatantly obvious he did not care if I purchased more stuff from them, he was reluctant to even find me Mirrors so I could purchase and pay them to put it on. So finally the day I was supposed to pick it up, I called him to make sure everything was good, he then tells me the Mirrors had a "delay" and would not be there until the next day, but he had the NEW Battery and both batteries were charging, he told me I can come pick up the FIXED Bike, New Battery and he would send someone next week to put the mirrors on. I reluctantly agreed, and headed to the shop, again when I walk in all the Girls and Haley hanging around the Desk doing NOTHING. Eric brought the bike up to me and said to me they got the wrong size battery in so it was going to take another week, I could not believe my ears because I just got off the phone with him a couple hours previous and he said that it was all good. Then I looked at the exposed wires (which is why the blinker stopped working in the first place), and I asked him why it wasn't fixed, he immediately got an attitude with me, and said "It's Fine", I said to him I don't care if it's plugged in, put some black electrical tape over it, and he said no he would zip tie it, and literally had to tell the Service Manager that I wanted Electrical tape over the wires so they are protected and don't pull out again. So he grabbed the bike with an attitude and took off to the the back to put the wire on it. I then asked a simple question about a Return/Exchange $15 difference with one of the girls up front again sitting at the desk, she got all Frazzled and got Frazzled Hailey , her MANAGER. It was a simple question, could not believe how ridiculous they were acting. So then I got aggravated and asked why they are ALL SUCH NASTY PEOPLE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and why they ALL Showed Zero EMPATHY for me the CUSTOMER that just had to drive an hour in Traffic just to find out nothing has been done on my bike, when I was told everything was done. I then could not believe what came out of Hailey's Mouth and that was "ok then fine we will just RETURN your BIKE and give you your Money Back" (with her voice cracking like she was gonna cry). I said really that is how you deal with a customer issue, just refund their money? How about instead of losing a Sale Offer a Discount on the Battery that I drove up here to get along with my Bike that is not fixed read more

I just needed a nut and kotter pin. I called Bentelli's service dept. and they said no problem come and get it. Those guys are the best. I highly recommend people to do business with them. I have mixed feelings about Bintelli Powersports. On the positive side, they were very helpful when I purchased my bike from them through Motolease. However, after ending my lease early and being instructed by Motolease to return the motorcycle to the dealership where I leased it, upon entering they immediately became angry and told me that Motolease owes them a lot of money and they don't work with them anymore and they refused to take the bike. Their relationship with Motolease is not my problem, and they should have kept that between themselves and their loan vendor. It was super unprofessional to act as if that was my fault. Then they turned away and walked away from me, leaving me standing there with no idea what to do. They seem to be very accommodating when you are about to buy something, but not so much once you complete the purchase. A little common courtesy and respect could have gone a long way in this situation, but unfortunately it didn't happen. Just unfortunate. read more
