I remember when the owner 1st opened his shop, I was deep in car repairs, catalytic converter, major engin work, and then needing 4 tires, 7,000.00 and tires. So in I drove as I had just got my car back from the mechanic and he could tell I had a lot on my mind. I explained what just happened and he explained he had some used tires and didn't have to buy new if I didn't want to spend the money. I was shocked, someone not pushing a hard sale on tires that I could wait until I was ready to put down 3x the money of used.... well that put a smile on my face. I have gone back everything and i refer him to anyone looking for used or new tires. I did go back and buy new and he had the best prices. He gives you options, economic, mid, and high-end, he does not push you into a tire you can't afford and he takes the time to explain the difference so you can make an educated decision before having to pull out your wallet. I had just gotten off work and my tire was flat as a pancake. I was having a rough day and I went to 4 different gas stations in the area and not one had their air machine in working order. The business was about to close so I called ahead because it was 5:45 and they close at 6. I asked if he could please squeeze me in because I was close to the location, he didn't hesitate to help even though it was just a patch. Thats the true meaning of customer service and I'll be buying brand new tires soon and guess where I'm going? To the place that had my back and that was a true blessing. I needed a tire rotation and balance on tires with inner-tubes. One rim required over a pound of weights. Its hard to find a place to mount tire with inner-tubes. But like a Southern Tarzan they swung in on a Kudzu vine and saved the day by breaking down the bad rim for the good spare rim. You might find someplace cheaper, someplace with a better parking lot or someplace with a TV in the waiting room with coffee but they won't be as nice. By the way you won't find any place cheaper because Quick Tire doesn't hide the cost of the TV and coffee in the price of the tires. read more

Great company and the Best customer service. Bought full set of new tires back in June and they were priced just right and the service to get them in and mounted was fantastic. Fast forward to last week(end of September) and due to me hitting something or a pot hole(not really sure how) I had a cut in my sidewall. they ordered my tire that day, Had it in the next and mounted and I was on my way. When I walked in, I explained to Nathan that I had a nail in each back tire. He did everything he could to get me quick help I was in and out of there very fast out of the shop. He and his employees were very friendly. Nathan was very knowledgeable and so were his employees on how to fix my tires and save my tires and not pressure me into purchasing new tires. I've been getting my tires from quick tire for YEARS. The service is absolutely amazing no matter who is at the front desk. I tell them my name they ask which I need work on and in less than an hour my car is ready for me to drive off. The cost is amazing and even the used tires last FOTEVER. Doors open promptly as posted at 0900. Replacing sidewall damaged tire with another from rim was quick. Maybe 30 minutes wait. A lot cheaper than the other shops I have done business with. I will be coming back for my tire needs in the future. read more
