The staff is always friendly from the admissions to radiology. I don't recall ever waiting more than 15 minutes, & that was during a busy morning. Tip: Friday mornings always seem busiest. Recently I went for an X-ray on a knee that has been troubling me for several months. I went on a Friday afternoon & got right through. My X-ray was done through the jeans I had on. Pretty cool....no undressing. Not always the case of course depending on what you're there for.

I would go through phone prompt hell to be told, for example, that I was 3rd in line waiting only to either a) have the phone ring over 100 times and then hang up on me or b) I would just be stuck on hold for half an hour. 2) Their changing rooms are just cubicles with curtains on them. I was already feeling distinctly uncomfortable as they were walking around with a workman, discussing what they wanted done. So I quickly took my top off and put on the gown and sat down to take my shoes off, only to then have one of the employees PEEK IN THE CURTAIN AT ME. She asked me, without any trace of embarrassment at getting caught, if I required any assistance. Um, NO, I don't. She then peeked in AGAIN when walking by after my MRI and I was changing back into my clothes. If you do cannot tell if anyone is in the changing room simply by the fact that the curtain is CLOSED, then try knocking or clearing your throat. There is ZERO reason that you should be peeping in on people while they are changing their clothes! 3) The person who did my MRI was nice, but there was zero communication either before or during my MRI as to how long the process would be. My appointment was at 3 and I got there early to fill out paperwork, and I didn't get out of there until after 4:20. I will never go to this place ever again.

I was hoping to have a service performed right away, but we were told that we needed an appointment. That was fine, since we live in the area anyways. I made an appointment to get a Neurotoxin treatment for the next day, which was Friday, 04/19/2024 at 10:00 am. Luckily, they were able to get me on the schedule that fast. When I returned for my appointment, I was instructed to fill out forms. After I finished, we were guided to the back by Alexa Campbell. She evaluated my face and went over my options. I ended up going with the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Initial Treatment and she recommended 22 units total for the zones I wanted to target. Each unit was $10.00. Since I was a new customer, I was given 20% off for my treatment, so it only ended up being $176.00. That was awesome. The treatment didn't cause me too much pain and definitely didn't take very long. My head felt heavy for a little bit, but it quickly subsided. It was recommended to have the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Follow Up Treatment two weeks later. I scheduled mine for Wednesday, 05/01/2024 at 10:00 am. The customer service was pleasing and professional during my time there. I recommend Alexa for a Xeomin treatment for sure! Overall, this place didn't disappoint.
