He was cordial, provided some insight about himself, made me extremely comfortable during my massage and because I kept falling asleep...when he was done he simply said Good Morning...made me laugh but mad that my session was over His pressure and technique was perfect for me and one thing he did that I did not get the last time...foot massage. If you are doing a full body the feet just have to go with it. I know who I will choose the next time I go because I'm sure he won't disappoint. I could tell he takes pride in what he does, the service he provides and the professionalism to match. Definitely a model therapist to use to hire others by design!!!! I was confused on the booking website and booked the wrong service type, but we were able to correct this the day of the appointment after she texted me with no issues. Service: The appointment was for a microdermabrasion facial - $130 for 45 mins. For what it costs, I was a bit disappointed that the appointment, aside from the actual microdermabrasion (~5 mins), consisted more of a 4-5 step skincare routine - applying cleanser, applying mask, applying lotion. Application of the mask and sitting in the mask took up most of the appointment time. Extractions, hot facial steam, face/neck massages were not included. Overall: Reading some of the reviews now, it seems that Yourim is more commonly booked for eyelash extensions, rather than skin facials. If I'm ever in the market for an eyelash tech, I'd be happy to check her out again. For facials, I may have to check elsewhere.

Fast forward to 2/3, I wanted to get my nails done so I went in. When I went to check in, I told him I wanted acrylic and pedicure and asked for Hi and Hannah because they are the only 2 I have do my services. He told me Hannah had a 10:30 appointment but then added everything to the printout so I figured she would get me next after her scheduled appointment. He also put in a gel set which is about $10 or so more expensive then the gel instead of the acrylic I asked for. After sitting in the chair, Hannah came over to talk to me however, I had a new woman coming over with pedicure equipment as well as a guy I had never seen before to do my nails. I asked where Hi was for my nails and they said he is busy right now. So I apologized and explained that those are the only 2 that do my nails and I explained that when I came in when I asked if they were there. I ended up leaving without getting a manicure or a pedicure because i don't feel like the manager was truly listening to what I needed.
