On the first occasion, she was 5 minutes late arriving, and they refused to see her because they had double booked her time slot, and were not able to squeeze her in. The second time they refused to see her because she had our baby with her and they were unwilling to accommodate a mother with a child in any way since she needed an x-ray. On both occasions the office manager refused to work with her or consider the situation. Incredibly disappointed. May be a great doctor there but we never got passed the office staff. We won't be back.

Fortunately, he referred me to Dr. Bell. From the moment I walked into the office, there was a feeling of serenity and hospitality. I was seen very close to my appointment time and the assistant did a very thorough intake, including several imaging studies. Dr. Bell explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. This man is absolutely brilliant and it was obvious from the moment he began describing the procedure and the options. Dr. Bell did a few painless injections of local anesthetics and then the procedure itself was completely pain free. After hearing such horror stories of how painful a root canal procedure could be, I was apprehensive. But it was totally unwarranted; I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure. The entire evolution was very efficient and professional and I was completely at ease. I was stunned at how uneventful and painless the entire procedure turned out to be. My point in writing this: don't delay an indicated root canal because of dental phobia. The longer you wait, the more likely the dental issue will progress. This is the place to go; they will take exceptional care of you if my experience was any indication of the incredibly professional and efficient practice at the Pensacola Center for Endodontics. I could not have imagined a better experience. I am forever grateful to Dr. Bell and his staff for accommodating me on short notice. Dr. Bell truly cares about helping his patients and it was evident in the entire interaction.

I was so glad that I elected to go to Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital for my rehab. after being discharged from the hospital. My experience could not have gone any better. From the moment I was transported from Sacred Heart Hospital (after being there a week) with a few medical complications. I was brought to Encompass and the staff was remarkable!! I would highly recommend you making the right choice with Encompass!! If I ever had to go to any rehab. facility it would ONLY be Encompass. Due to complications following a knee replacement, resulting in a spacer placement in my left knee,…read moreI elected to initiate rehabilitation in a facility dedicated to meeting those needs immediately after being discharged from the hospital. This is the 1st time I have done so. I usually go straight home. My friend and home health care physical therapist suggested I transition to a rehab facility prior to going home because of the challenges of being below the knee amputee on my right leg, it would be in my best interest and moving towards the best possible outcome. She recommended Encompass because she had heard good things. I can now personally testify to the EXCELLENT care I received over an 8 day stay. From the moment I was delivered into Encompass care until the moment I was discharged and on my way home, I received a quality of care that I have never experienced before. Every nurse, nursing tech, and physical therapist who implemented the care prescribed for me was exceptional. They listened to my concerns and reassured me as to the plans in place to meet my needs. Because this procedure is part of a series of steps needed to give me complete control of my quality of life they took care to explain clearly how everything would work together when the new hardware was installed and I was ultimately able to live my best life. And those were the folks I had minute by minute interaction with. My case worker, the doctors, and administrators were on point to ensure that they clearly directed the care my people implemented and made happen. I experienced the full spectrum of emotions from despair to joy, and my team was there and available to hold my hand or celebrate our victory. And that word TEAM is the most important to me. Encompass gave me a Team approach to successfully transitioning back home while continuing to progress to the new hardware installation. After which I will return to Encompass to complete this process knowing that my Team is there to support my needs whatever they may be in this next stage. I can not stress how incredible the people who make up Encompass are. From the top of the food chain to Mr. Bob in the kitchen to Hazel who cleaned up after me. My gratitude is immense and my recommendation is without caveat or hesitation.
