And before that in May they forgot to hook up the bottle so I couldn't donate for about six weeks.And today I waited for 3 hours and I ask where I was in line she said next. But they called someone else. Z told me I lost my place in line because I went to the bathroom.So needless to say I will be going somewhere else. That's 3 for 3 bad experiences. And they never told me when they forgot to hook up the bottle I couldn't come back. I didn't find out until I went the next time. And spent my time and gas going over there because I live in Pace. I never even got an apology. And I got up and left today after I was supposed to be next in line.I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time. 3 Hours is just to much. I've been going there for 2 years.I can honestly say they have dropped the ball one time to many.

The office staff move thank you very much at a glacial pace even during non-peak hours. Question the indifference, I dare you. Answers are pat to the extreme, with hostility in the tone that one must overlook...responding will only delay your progress. The ones actually drawing blood are much more pleasant. Shout out to Rachel, who I saw today. Cool, capable, cheerful. Every time I come I say that I will find another venue for donating. I think I will.
