And before that in May they forgot to hook up the bottle so I couldn't donate for about six weeks.And today I waited for 3 hours and I ask where I was in line she said next. But they called someone else. Z told me I lost my place in line because I went to the bathroom.So needless to say I will be going somewhere else. That's 3 for 3 bad experiences. And they never told me when they forgot to hook up the bottle I couldn't come back. I didn't find out until I went the next time. And spent my time and gas going over there because I live in Pace. I never even got an apology. And I got up and left today after I was supposed to be next in line.I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time. 3 Hours is just to much. I've been going there for 2 years.I can honestly say they have dropped the ball one time to many.

The biggest issue is staff consistency. Experienced techs do a great job, but less-trained staff sometimes miss the needle placement, which leads to resticks and delays. Better training and supervision would help a lot. Wait times are very hit or miss. Some days are quick, others stretch past two hours. Small check-in mistakes can slow things down even more since simple fixes require seeing a nurse. Disconnecting after donation has improved recently, but it can still take longer than it should. Also, they're now taking more plasma with no increase in pay. The BioLife app is useful, but it could be better if it allowed pre-check questions and showed vitals history. Overall, there's progress, but inconsistent staffing and long waits still make this a frustrating experience.
