My only complaint this time was with the technician who seemed put out that I asked for a disk of my MRIs for a new doctor AND then the dude grabbed the trash cans from the rooms around me and placed them in the hallway and then DID NOT wash his hands and proceeded to show me to the table, touch the controls in the room and the headset that went on my head. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't change the sheet. Someone get that man some hygiene training! GROSS!!!

I was able to hear baby's heartbeat and paid extra for a teddy bear with the baby's recorded heartbeat. My sister accidentally deleted the recorded heartbeat and the owner offered to mail me a fetal Doppler to attempt to redo the recording. I currently live in Washington D.C. so I found that offer to be very generous.

I went to this clinic from my doctor's referral from a rear-ended collision. Back of My head and neck were injured. The technician put me on a hard surface without any support. About 30 minutes later I was in excruciating pain and I tried to tell the technician but he didn't provide me the button for assistance. I had to wait until it was ended. I explained how much loud and pain I am experiencing from this session. He said I still have to scan my back. This time he put me sit on the machine and asked me if I want some earplugs ! I said, you had earplugs and didn't offer me until now?!? And he said, would you like a pillow.. I said You have a pillow and didn't give me for my neck?? I was so upset. This technician is obviously pretty dumb and or just got the job. He shouldn't be working on a patient. After that horrible experience at this place, my neck was unbelievably painful and wasn't going away. I had to go to an ER to get treatment. I called and left a message to the MRI office but no follow up call and no one responded back to my voicemail. Absolutely terrible care quality. I strongly recommend that Not use this clinic. Don't recommend to anyone!!

Very shortly after that the Triage Nurse called me in and my vitals were taken, then I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room because they were full. I went back to the waiting room at 8:50pm at which time I was taken back to a "FAST TRAK" room. Trust me......that was no "FAST TRAK". I could hear the doctor in other rooms but by 10pm when no one even bothered to check in on me, I left. I even asked the nurses if the door I was pointing to was the way out and they responded yes. I was checked in-YES I was triaged-YES I was NEVER treated medically by a nurse or doctor!!! I am still having issues and will seek medical care elsewhere due to the treatment I received at this location. And.....I don't expect to receive a bill for treatment I NEVER received. I went to that location because I have had stellar service there previously. I'm not sure what has happened to make this experience so BAD. It is BROKE and they desperately need to FIX IT !!! I've been to Baptist emergency room twice and after tests, they just say I'm free to go without actually telling me what's wrong or what to expect. Really down to earth person and makes my anxiety lower knowing I'm going to be okay.
