I've been coming here for a few months and today the girl with the blonde hair that assisted me was so rude not only did I get my hair pulled twice or three times but no kind of customer service whatsoever just plain rude. My girlfriend also went and she also had a passive aggressive attitude w her. As much as I wanted to complain and say something, it was already the end of their shift, which might be why she was so unprofessional and inconsiderate. A simple asking me to move my hair out the way could've sufficed as I don't know when they're going to grab my arm to place blood pressure cuff. And still afterwards she presses on the wound firmly. There's a super long process when you first get there which was to be expected. After like, 4 hours of being sent back and fourth I was finally given an interview to talk about my medical history. I had cancer when I was 9 years old. 9. I am now 21, and my doctor himself said it'd be fine to get blood taken since it was such a long time ago. Despite this I was turned away, so I like wasted 4 hours for some goldfish and water. read more

This is a blood donation center and yet the intake process and first blood draw took over FOUR HOURS. That is beyond ridiculous. The customer service is terrible, the process is completely disorganized, and the staff seems overwhelmed and unprepared -- even for regular donors. This location desperately needs new management. The constant delays and lack of urgency show zero respect for people's time. Donors are literally doing you a favor, and instead their entire day is ruined due to incompetence and poor staffing. If you value your time, avoid this location. A blood donation should not require sacrificing half your day. read more

Everyone was so kind! For first timers, note that you're going to be there a while. After it is a VERY quick process. The team always has a kind and friendly attitude, all of the men and women (and ENBYs if applicable) are very professional. They are attentive, note that they can only be so many places at once. They also found my veins very quickly and with no mistake! Note that they make you wait for the saline after your donation every time, and they make you wait for 15 minutes for observation after your first donation. Make the most out of any new donor promos for your first month, and look for coupons! If the money makes you feel guilty, knowing that youre helping people is sure to put you at ease. Ty team!! I know that new donors take a while to get admitted but, they just gave a crackers and a water bottle and told me to sit down with no further instructions. Usually I have a great experience however today when I went the person who removed my needle I believe his name was zeke was so rough when removing it it actually hurt. Shell was great when inserting the needle and I didn't feel a thing. I will still come back but goodness gracious please remove the needle carefully. read more

It does take a while to get seen, even as a return donor, but I get taht, it happens. What i dont get, Is that I was approved to donate, and in order to get your bonus, you have to get all 8 in your first month. So I donated my first, my second day, my appointment was for 5. I was there at 445, waited til 630, all for them to tell me they couldnt see me today. So they gave me $20 for the next donation and $20 for the one after. So next week, I went to make my appointment, couldnt because it said I donated twice in the week already ( which I hadnt). When I went back a couple days later, It said I was not eligible..blood work was "reactive" to an std which I dont have. lol. So they deferred my for the whole week, until their Dr was able to review and determine if I was eligible. The first sample was reactive, the second was not. But, they donated the plasma from the first one anyway...Anyway, by I was approved and went back, I SHOULD have been on number 5, when I was still on number 2, so I asked if my bonus date was going to be pushed back, because due to ZERO fault of my own, their scheduling conflict and a faulty test result, they told me no, unfortunately it cant be moved back. The blood test wasnt a false test, it was reactive, and then non-reactive. But I would be paid regular donor status, and forfeit my bonus. Wtf? Why do I forfeit MY bonus when it wasnt MY fault? I was very mad. But, I desperately need the $$$, so what can you do? I talked to "management", and thats what they told me. I even emailed, and got zero response. So f*** me I guess right? SO beware about that. They can just make some shit up and revoke your "bonus". read more

This is my second visit to this location, and I'm highly doubting ever returning due to the carelessness of the staff as a whole. Granted, they're fantastic and respectful, but careless and fail to check all the details. I can't my first time back in May and was deferred due to needing a letter for something medical. Totally valid, I'm OK with this. I'm here today, and while onboarding, I inform the nurse I'm returning. She now is fully aware as she has me do the fingerprint "that you did last time", so she's aware there's a reason. I specifically told her I was deferred while they waited for this letter, and was back since it was cleared. She acknowledged this. Fantastic lady. I go for my physical and while the nurse, Monica, was nice enough, and seemed like she was taking her time, after reviewing my medical, we talked about why I'm back (again... said letter from my PCP for my medical situation, and I'm cleared so I'm donating). I assumed that since she knows this, we're just doing physical and we're good. Nope. "We're going to have to get a letter from..." I interrupted her (i hate doing that, honestly). "That letter is already doing and approved, I have the email" "Oh.. let me check..." She checks and then goes to talk to manager or someone cause i hear them talking. Comes back in, and says "since i made this mistake and always submitted the decline, you can't donate today. Yada yada, you should have told me earlier on..." wait, hold on.. i brought this to your attention and we discussed it. So I've wasted an hour here for you to not do your diligence and remember what the donor said? Then the manager, after asking to talk to her, says they can't compensate due to the staff's negligence, red tape... etc., "but she gave you the $20 bonus for next time right?" Yeah, but that doesn't correct today. Again, not sure if I'm even interested in supporting Biolife due to this staff read more

They let me donate once, then I got a call the day of my second appointment. They wanted a release from a doctor that performed surgery on my neck 7 years ago. I obviously didn't have the surgeons name and they insisted that the hospital would give me the info over the phone. I told them that they wouldn't disclose that information over the phone. I thought that was the end of it until I went to donate at another center and they said I had been blacklisted. I'm going to find out who their governing agency is and file a complaint. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to donate plasma AT ALL. The nurses and overseer main nurse in charge are super unprofessional, rude and don't want to do their job. Every single person who works here will try to send you away or tell you that you look sick just so they don't have to work. Very lazy and I would way rather go to CSL Plasma, ANY DAY! After putting in an hour and a half into the onboarding process I was rejected for not drinking enough water. Evidently you need to tell them that you drink 100 ounces of water every 24 hours which is pure H2O if you weigh 200 pounds and you can't correct this by quick drinking more water if you're short on that goal at least not if you are there late. I wish you told me about the water at the beginning of my appointment. I have a life. Also you can only get the new donor bonus for one month in your lifetime with them which is cheap. read more

This is supposed to be a way to help save lives, by donating Plasma. Unfortunately one of the managers there 'Stacy' is rude and a know-it-all. I had my first interaction with her today with a complaint as to how my blood pressure and heart rate are being taken. I'm always rushed, my feet dangle off the chair and my numbers are always OFF, here only ... She tells me they have a "special" way that they do it, and this doesn't matter they are doing what the FDA allows. REALLY well her manager didn't think so!! I noticed her being RUDE and talking down to others when I was at the location and took note of her name. True to form she was flippant, rude, and tried to brush me off, so I took it to another level. One thing people like her are going to learn is you NEVER know who someone is or who they know. I WILL make sure my complaints are taken to the top. Who she reports to will not be my final complaint. Treat people as you would like to be treated, all it takes is a little common courtesy!! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I came here TWICE and both times they said I couldn't donate because a had a "small vein" on one of My arms but the other arm was good but they still said I can't. I returned a few Days ago which was my 2nd time but only this time they took Me threw the ENTIRE process I was there 3 HOURS and then AGAIN said "I cannot donate" this place sucks! I am an eight gallon whole blood and several times platelets donor but was told I was ineligible to donate plasma because I fainted once in my life. This would have been good information before I drove an hour and a half to get to the facility and spent 2 hours in the screening process. Wait times are RIDICULOUS. You would think after a year of me coming here, things would have improved. They are sadly understaffed and overbooked every single day. I've walked out several times because it wasn't worth the wait. I started donating last year around the holiday time and their wait times weren't as long as they are now. It seems like every week their beds are down or messing up. They're constantly short staffed. I came in two days ago just to walk in on 25 people waiting for a bed!! I walked right out. The staff is doing the best they can. But management needs to step in to help. I waited 30 mins in the bed just to get hooked up to the machine :/ I hate waiting cus then my anxiety starts kicking in. I never write reviews and I was very scared of going to this place because of all the bad reviews. However, I needed some extra cash and I went. I've been there 4 times and the 4 times have been great and I have been treated good. The first time, I almost passed out since I didn't drink enough water or ate enough that day ( they even gave me Ensure and snacks), they immediately stopped the machine, took care of me, gave me snacks and gatorade and let me go until I felt better. The following day they called me back to check on me. I make every appointment between 11am-2pm and I'm in an out in less than 1 hour (just the first day took longer). I never had a problem and I am very grateful for the help. read more

Lack of energy or enthusiasm they never told my old tattoos would be of issue even though I haven't had a tattoo in 15 + years but after hours and driving a distance to this location they tell I can't donate because tattoos are covering my veins. I walked in with my tattoo sleeves they never mentioned anything till I was hours and hours invested that I couldn't . Wish they could have given me a courteous heads up or an idea that I might not be able to but would be evaluated for a better response but NOPE and girls just seemed like they weren't interested in giving me the help or tell what was actually going on until I started asking questions. Never going back. Recommended that people take the time to ask as many questions or be aware of lack of communication or energy of employees. Not the worst place but definitely needs a lot of improvement especially because we're donars and patients and not just customers. read more

I donated 2 times but unfortunately didn't continue because I had reactions both times. The last time I donated I was helped by phlebotomists Erica and Erika. Everyone else that I came into contact with were friendly and professional but I felt that Erika and Erica went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. My complaint about this location is the managment is over booking more than the staff can handle. 2 of the 7 times I went I got out within 1 hour. (Which is good) The other 5 times I stayed longer than 2 hours. I have 1 donation to complete to finish the 8 donations and I probably won't even go and miss out on $100 because that's how bad it is. The process is You will stand in line a minuminn hour and a half , wait in the bed for another 30 minutes to get hooked up, 30 minutes for your plasma to finish, and another 15-20 minutes to get unhooked for you to be able to go home. The plasma hours listed are 9a.m.-7p.m. My appointment today was at 6:20 p.m. I didn't get home until 9:10 p.m. not only did I walk out of the building in the night with an empty parking lot scared to even walk to my car. I also didn't see any security guard outside. This company and managment are over working their employees. I feel so bad for the staff because they look over whelmed and stressed having to work up to 12 beds by themselves. My complaint is not towards the girls . They are wounderful and are doing their best under the circumstances. I don't like to write reviews not my style but this needs to have some light shed on the situation and hopefully the managment who over books will slow on the times so the staff can work in a nice paced environment and the people that are donating are not waiting 2 plus hours for a 30 min plasma donation. read more

I went here six times or so and it always something. Once I got thru the having to prove I lived at an address that I didn't even live at. Then go figure my blood pressure was too high the next time. Seeing that I wanted to strangle someone at this point they told me to sit down for five minutes. It's not going to go down I told them I am realizing that I'm going to be told no I can't donate again for the fifth time. And it went up of course. So I come back the next day and after getting my finger pricked everytime and the whole nine yards they say my pulse was too high this time. Seriously? One again I sit down for five minutes while my pulse goes up. Six times I went in there and never donated. I have donated in three different states hundreds of times without a problem. It won't happen up in this place. Waste of a whole week. Ridiculous. They do anything and everything from second one to keep a person from donating. They act like your time is nothing but if u are five minutes late for an appointment they will tell you have to wait two weeks for an appointment. I went online and got one the next day. They got personal problems in this place. Hitler at the front desk. I just gave up and they were going to pay me 130 for each time. I used to get paid 15 dollars back in the day. Maybe that's why they don't let you do it because your new and they pay new people much more so why not fill the beds up with people that are getting bottom dollar rather then having new people they have to give 130 too. Makes sense really. But they won't ever admit to it. They will just come up with some b.s and not let u donate. read more
