This salon ONLY takes people by appointment which is amazing because this means no wait times and a safe environment to get your hair done! There is only two person who are working one person who does the hair and someone else who washes your hair. This places takes such good care of their customers and cater to what their customer wants! I got my hair cut, straightened, setting perm on the bottom and got my hair colored balayage ash brown. The stylist does not cut layers well, so please go somewhere else if you want layers. Coloring is good they try to get it as accurate to your picture as possible. I'm ngl the only reason why I still come here is 1. Local business and 2. They're the only place nearby that does Japanese hair straightening and they do that beautifully. Mind you now there's 2 people working, 3 if you count the daughter who washes and blow dries hair. So there's always a wait but I mean it's up to you if that's ok. Then she had me sit in the chair Haircut: The guy Alex ham came over I showed him the picture I wanted mind you my hair was to my collar bone area and I wanted a pixie cut he went on about how it was short very short so short after he complained about that he then cut my hair. While cutting my hair he was all over the place and talking to the other employee I just felt like he wasn't really paying attention. Once he was done he took the robe thing off and used the blow dryer to get the extra hair off but left a lot on my arms. He also cut it a bit shorter than I wanted on top but that isn't the end of the world. After I thought a 15$ haircut I gave him a 3$ tip and when I was walking out about to open the door he then said ma'am you didn't pay I said I did pay online he said how much I said 15$ and he said no for your services today it's 70$ before tax so he took the 15$ and deducted it and had me pay the 55$ extra and the tax It was horrible unprofessional and not clear at all and online it didn't even state details on it just a women's haircut is 15$ very misleading they need to be shut down. So either I get my money back or I will take the complaint further. Horrible service and place don't waste your money, they rip people off.

I have been a loyal client and have referred her tons of business because I knew she was starting a new business out on her own. But after yesterday, my opinion has changed dramatically. Her business has increasingly been going downhill and her behavior toward her clients worse and worse. Yesterday she told me to BLOWDRY MY OWN HAIR. The only reason I obliged was because I was in so much shock. She took me an hour late and then went 2 hours over time when I told her I needed to be somewhere 15 minutes later and had to meet a client of my own. List of shocking behavior: 1. Insulting me 2 appointments ago as to why I went a few months without seeing her. I considered leaving her then. I should have. 2. She has no respect for your time. Increasing wait time (up to 1 hr). She turned away a client and made her come back 3 hours later. 3. Double booking and forgetting to schedule you in. (This has happened twice.) 4. Only cares about your money. She told the client before me that her credit card machine was broken but took mine 1.5 hours later after confronting her about her unprofessional behavior. 5. Her work has been getting worse. My haircut is not as great as it was a few years ago. There are many other better colorists who blend better than her and know how to do balayage much better than her. Dont waste your time here. I dont know why I kept going back. Her haircut is okay but you can find better. Her techniques and styles are outdated. I was shopping around for a new stylist, but I only went back because I was hoping my suspicions weren't true and I was used to her at this point. But suspicions of her unscrupulous behavior were proven correct. Debrah doesn't care about her clients. She has no integrity. And her work no longer warrants what she charges. If I am giving you my money, I expect respect. I asked around to see if I was imagining things. I felt so hurt and undervalued. But everyone agreed with me. You DO NOT treat your clients like this. Your client is there by CHOICE. And we also have the CHOICE not to be your client anymore. Don't get so comfortable that you feel you can disrespect people like this. Let this be a lesson. Be warned.
