When I returned to the owner to have it fixed, he was not capable of correcting it. There was no real solution, no confidence in fixing the mistake, and I was essentially left with a bad haircut. I had to go to another salon to completely fix the damage. Thankfully they did an excellent job, but I should never have left this place in that condition. I strongly advise avoiding this salon for haircuts.

Loved them so much that I had my extensions done by Jen and they have never looked better. They are both the best and never rush on anything. Antonino is the owner and the best colorist on the planet. Scott, the manager, makes mountains move for me. Yes, I now come here for everything. I got my hair done by Olga today. In mid blow she told me I had dandruff and had me rewashed with a special shampoo. She could have just kept it to herself but nope ! She took the time out of her late afternoon to totally redo my long blowout. I look and feel incredible. Everyone here makes this place so special. The only place I will go on Long Island.

Making the appointment was easy - I texted with Sara to schedule but you can also schedule online. When I showed up for my appointment I was told Sara's car had broken down therefore she was running very late. Instead of turning me away and telling me to reschedule completely, Odete swept into action and did my roots. We had a tough time finding a color match (since my previous color was done at a different salon) but she went above and beyond to perfectly match and she did! Sara ended up making it into work right before my rinse therefore we decided to reschedule the bayalage. I came back the following week and everyone remembered me by name (even Oksana the nail lady)! Sara meticulously did my bayalage and made sure I was comfortable as I sat for 3 hours to get the perfect highlights put into my hair. Everything turned out perfectly and the blowout was great, as well. I cannot wait to come back here for touch-ups and color going forward.

After visiting Salon Plush for the third time yesterday, I felt like I had to write a review…read more I came to this salon for the first time in January, unhappy with the color and condition of my hair due to my prior salon's treatment. Missy was super nice and thorough and took the time to discuss my hair with me, make suggestions and listen to my concerns. She and Gia were so kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and I was really happy with my immediate results. Now that I have been here for the third time and I feel like what my old salon did to my hair color is behind me, I can truly say that my hair has never looked better.
