The office is beautiful and clean and the receptionist was so sweet (sorry I'm blanking on her name!). Liberty is incredible at what she does, you can tell how much she cares about helping her patients. She has the most soothing voice and makes sure to explain each step of the process. My skin immediately felt like it was getting a breath of fresh air. Post treatment she recommended products that would be easy for me to use at home, but I didn't feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything. I have come here a few times now for Botox, this is not even a joke here is what I know. Botox stings, it's not a fun sting either. When I saw Nurse Debbie, I could not believe she had even started. When I say no pain I mean I felt nothing. I was so excited about this, now the results were even better. I can usually got 4 months and it lasted just right there. read more

Kat is the only injector I'm comfortable going to, so when I found out that she moved to this office...of course I came here too. I've noticed that when she does my Botox it lasts significantly longer than when I've had other injectors/doctors do it. What's interesting is I've gotten the same number of units by different injectors in the past, but it never lasted as long and it didn't show the same results. With that said, I will never go to another injector unless she retires or moves to another state lol! Anyways I only ever get Botox and I've never been pressured to get any type of treatment beyond what I'm looking for. If I ask about something of course she will let me know what she recommends. I also want to point out that Alexis and Molly were really sweet and helpful as well. They're attentive and organized, which was nice. Definitely helped make my whole experience positive. read more

I decided to inquire about the Kybella Treatment here because I've heard others who have done it and had great results. BioSpa is down the street from where I work so decided to reach out and schedule an appointment. However, they do require you to put down a $50 deposit that will be applied towards your treatment I was a bit nervous coming in because this is the first time I've had any injectable treatment done to my face but Debi was super nice and put me at ease. She's careful and quick and I was done with my treatment in no time...15 minutes is all it took! After 4-6 weeks, I've had great results and I will be going in for my second treatment to get maximal results. I feel like I can really trust BioSpa for all my beauty needs.
