Can't really say anything negative except I did feel rushed towards the end since they were about to close in 15mins. They had to use a pressure bag to force the drip to get into my system faster which raised my anxiety since I no longer felt relaxed. For reference, my friends get half that amount for the same treatment areas -- forehead and glabella -- and see actual results. I saw... nothing. Fast forward to the follow-up: the nurse told me I'd need even more units. At this point, I'd already paid $350 and wasn't about to drop another dime. They didn't offer to correct it, didn't acknowledge that maybe something was off, and definitely didn't act like customer satisfaction was a priority. I've had Botox and Dysport before. I know what proper post-care looks like. I followed every instruction to the letter -- and still, the results were underwhelming at best, nonexistent at worst. Bottom line: you're not getting what you pay for, and you're definitely not getting what they promise. Don't be fooled by the social media sparkle. There are plenty of reputable med spas out there.
