I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. Michelle calculated how many more units I would need, then calculated HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST ME. Nope. Either they water it down, or don't know what they're doing. When I explained to them that that is not at all how it was presented to me and that I expected to pay a flat rate of the package cost with no interest rate they proceeded to explain it to me 20 more times that the package deal was not 0%, but really it was that they would discount the package to OFF SET the cost of the interest rate, and I kept explaining that is not at all how it was presented to me two different times months apart I told them that this was not transparent, and it was underhanded, and if I was sold a package for $1000 and was told interest would be covered then I would expect to only pay $1000 not $1000 +37% interest rate. They refused to concede, so I am spreading the word about this scam of a spa in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas
